This review has been edited as it was flagged for using language that was an honest reflection of my experience, the truth hurt and somebody didn't like that. My perception of this is that this is an attempt to sweep any criticism under the carpet.

Paid for 6 months, now getting asked to pay again 2 months in.

Been fitted by a professional fitter, the suggestions given by this app are way off. Anyone relying on this information will make some expensive mistakes.

Edit: The company now has the audacity to email me offering a discounted report, at the email address that is already registered for a 6 month subscription (Aug 2025 - ).

They are also looking for a "reference" through TrustPilot when their platform does not provide any. That in itself is questionable behaviour.

You will see from their reply, the customer service is far from exemplary (at least for as long as that reply remains). No question as to why Anonymity is necessary given the behaviour exhibited. You will also see the focus is on their platforms account management and billing and not the accuracy of the information provided, it's almost like an admission of guilt on that part.

Great data to setup your bike. Many advices to choose and set your saddle, handlebar, cleats.

Reach estimation was miscalculated by 5 cm.

It was very helpful to get my bike setup based upon my own measurements. Your system seems to be really accurate. The outcome was very close to how my bike was setup before doing the analysis. It was very educating too. Thank you.

I was preparing for my first coast to coast ride and brought myself a new to me road bike that I wanted to be as comfortable as possible. Dubious at first but I thought for the price there really was nothing to lose. You will need someone to help with measurements, getting them right is super important. It probably took us 40mins to get all the measurements pop them into the best bike advice and receive our report. Instantly on reading i knew it was talking some sense because of how i had felt when riding. We got to altering the bike which actually was some quite substantial changes and i had to order a new stem. First longer test ride i noticed everything seemed fine apart from some pain in my hands, when i got back i contacted best bike advice who requested photos of me on the bike and then advised some rotation changes to the bars. I did these, another test ride and all seemed ok and then last week my C2C. The bike was perfect and no hand pain.

Give it ago, yes you have to pay a very small amount for knowledge. Its a hell of a lot cheaper than an in person fit for those of us who are not professional athletes but want to try and get the best from ourselves. I may well give it ago with my MTB to.

if you are planning to charge on fit measures you should say it before i spend my time and give up my email.

This is a scam. First, they demand personal information, including an email address. Then they demand money, without informing me before registration that the results are paid. Typical data theft. I demand that all my data be immediately deleted from this company's database. I do not want to have any contact with this company!!!!

Imagine that the website doesn't clearly state that services are paid. I don't see such information.
Then you request a web address without informing me that the service is paid.
If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have even looked at your website; it's a waste of my time.
However, your company has obtained my email address without my consent.
I don't want your company to have my email address. I don't want anything to do with your company. You deceitfully obtained my private personal information.

I DEMAND THAT ALL MY DATA BE DELETED

Insufficient explanation about measuring. Images (measuring with a pen in hand) cannot be exactly reproduced. Additionally, the recommendations do not match reality. There is also only a limited selection of brand bikes among the recommendations.

With your advice and bicycle frame geometry I was able to find the right bicycle handlebar stem length and angle

Easy to self measure and useful examples of various brands.

Super annoying that they don't tell you up front that you have to pay for the measuring. Not until you've gone through the trouble of measuring all your different body parts PLUS entered your name and email address do they tell you, hey that's $20. For real? $5 maybe and then be upfront right from the start. But I won't pay now out of principle. Do better!

Been using Best Bike Advice for a while now. Love it as it is so user friendly and can do a bike fit without having to make appointments, travel to the city, pay a fortune and get nothing better than Best Bike Advice!

I am absolutely agree with some previous reviews: absolutely unfair to make me measure all the measurement and finally ask me to pay for the result without any preinformation about pricing. This is a very common on cheater sites but not on serious ones.

One star because my first experience with this it was a misleading. You spent your time and fill a lot of fields to a fitting calculator only so you can find out at the end how much does it cost. Where is the transparency? That is misleading! How should you trust this people when you first interaction with them is this. I definitely do not recommend Best bike advice!
