It was easy to compare bikes and measurements. It helped me very much to buy an expensive race bike. I do appreciate my bike at this moment very much. So BBA helped me a lot to make my decision easier.

So you need someone with your personal dimensions. After that it is straightforward. Nice is also the bike database which helps with new bike selection. I had a question concerning cockpit setup and there i got a personal clarification. I had the luck of a prof bike fit retul later which matched the bikefit advice.

I had a bit of a misunderstanding originally and I subsequently left negative advice. I was trying to figure out what frame size I needed (S/M/L) as bike I want to buy can only be obtained online. In hindsight its probably just going to the bike shop to do this. However after the negative review Jaap reached out and got me sorted. I'd say that Best Bike Advice is ideal for achieving optimal bike set up once purchased. (just my opinion) Anyway...all good in the end and certainly for price of a couple of beers, money well spent.

Waste of time, taking all your measurements carefully, then all useful results are behind a paywall at the very end of the process.
They say they are ‘transparent’ about pricing, but there is no cost mentioned in the homepage at all, and once you click through you would have to scroll past five ‘start your fitting’ buttons before you get to any information on there being a cost.

I initially had an issue logging in after I purchased my fitting to retrieve the suggested bike recommendations, but the support team was quick to resolve the issue. Great customer service.

Good fast service. Results ambigious, need to be overlooked by a real person if dealing with non-standard body measurements.
