Banned

Hello,

I have already purchased from the site multiple times (3 times, to be exact), and the items always arrived after two weeks, or 14 days. However, unfortunately, I, like thousands of other players, have been banned because of this, and there’s not much I can do about it. The support team refuses to take any action regarding the issue. Several thousand euros worth of skins and other items are now simply gone.

PERMABANNED DO NOT TRUST

I bought a skin, an emote, a pass and an icon back in December. I then won a giveaway in the Discord server for some other stuff. I received my giveaway items just under two weeks ago, and then I was banned permanently. They turned off the general chat after claiming the ban wave was over. They are nice people but please do not trust them!

I bought the new event pass and while I…

I bought the new event pass and while I was waiting to get it (7 days cuz of riot) a lot of people started getting banned so I asked for a refund (and not get it) but they don't answer to the ticket. They even tried to tell us that the ban wave is over just to get some more money off it. I think they will exit scam.

I got Banned Be carefull

I recently had a negative experience due to my account being suspended after using a third-party gifting system for League of Legends. While I understand Riot Games' stance on unauthorized transactions and the need to ensure the security of their systems, the punishment felt overly harsh and one-sided. Order Number #2832

The suspension, which lasts until January 30th, was applied because the third-party gifting system I used was flagged for fraudulent activity. All the gifted content was removed from my account, and I was warned that future issues could result in a permanent ban. I take responsibility for using an unofficial service, but I also believe there’s a lack of transparency and options for players to safely participate in gifting without relying on external platforms.

This experience highlighted a gap in Riot’s official gifting system, which can sometimes be too restrictive, pushing players toward alternative solutions. Instead of punishing users with suspensions and bans, Riot should consider improving their own gifting platform to make it more accessible, flexible, and competitive compared to third-party services.

While the support team was polite and explained the situation, the overall resolution felt unfair. I hope Riot Games takes steps to enhance their gifting features and offers players better tools to avoid these issues in the future.

LEGIT!!! 10/10

they're 100% legit, I got the skin on time, you just have to wait 7 days to receive the gift because that's riot's policy but I have no complaints, when buying just be patient because they have a handful of orders to complete and yes sometimes support can be slow but that's because they are busy taking care of other orders they probably have a lot of tickets to go through in their server so that's probably why its slow, remember these are real people that have to individually handle each order, but I'm not complaining, just be PATIENT and yes I'm a REAL customer leaving a REAL review.

I WILL BUY AGAIN!!!!!

I had a great experience with the delivery. I made the mistake of not accepting the friend requests beforehand, which extended the delivery time slightly. However, since it was a bit delayed, they kindly upgraded my purchase.

Always delivered when they said they would, discounts codes are basically always available, and the cost is great. Customer support is also very good, would recommend for sure.

Great service, terrible support... Like TERRIBLE.

I have purchased from Bestbestbuy loot many times before, spending £££ without any issues.

One day, I decided to replay League after a few months and found that my account was listed as "unknown player". I was falsely Permanently HWID banned. After a long three day battle with Riot Support, I was given the actual reason... "whole lot of FRAUDULENT GIFTS". Unfortunately, I cannot post links.

Now normally, I would understand that I have made this risk knowing I could be banned/have my items taken away from using this service. However, the situation changes when the owners themselves have stated there is a "LIFETIME WARRANTY". I immediately contacted Bestbuyloot support via discord. Before, when I had issues, my ticket/s was responded to within hours (granted back then the service was not as big as it is now) but I still somewhat expected the same experience as I know they had started to recruit support.

November 22nd: I started my ticket showing the email from Riot Support and immediately asked about the "Lifetime Warranty" they do for their "SAFE" service with 0.5% ban rate. Again, I cannot submit a link here, but this information is on their discord.

November 27th: I pinged the support admin assigned to my ticket as I hadn't heard from anyone within a few days. I was told to "stay patient and wait for the owner, when he can he will respond".
I think that's fair, I am a fair guy.

December 6th: As soon as my account was unbanned after the HWID ban got turned into a 2 week suspension, I went to check my skins. Granted, not all of my skins were wiped like they suggested. However, I tried to think of what skins were not there and I listed them all in my support ticket on Discord.

Today (December 10th): At this point, I still haven't heard from the owners. Almost three weeks without any acknowledgement except from when I pinged the support admin assigned to the role. I doubt I will actually hear anything at this point...

I'm a fair guy, I know the owners are busy with back to back orders and backorders ect, but surely in a business like this no one should have to wait this long to even be acknowledged by the owner. Shouldn't there be dedicated time for support? Maybe there should be dedicated staff that can act in place of the owners when situations like this happen? At this rate, the people listed as "support" in discord cannot actually help and needs to wait for the owners to respond. That isn't support.

What makes this worse for me is that there has been more proactivity to get people to buy rather than fix issues presented. This being 3 different coupon codes being issued out by the owners to get more buyers and 3 different giveaways. One of them being ££££ worth of items.

This isn't to bash the owners on the service because it does work really well when you buy, it's just a shame the support can't work the same way. Thank you for reading, I hope this review supports any future buyers in knowing what to expect. I also hope this helps the owners too.
