My order had a delay of 1 whole month. After they decided to help me on my order they assured me compensation which was a good move. After they just closed my ticket out of nowhere and I had to reopen it myself they decided to ghost me after I asked them about my compensation of my till then almost 2 month waiting time

the best part about BestBuyLoot is the staff always so helpful, i got my order today and even after the long wait it was worth it, would 100% recommend buying from here

Service is legit but they weren't true to their words when they said delayed orders would be compensated.

Besides the delay the service was really nice and so were the people, the site is also very usefull and straightforward

I've been using this service for a while now and when i mean a while it's been a while since the owner was doing everything himself i've noticed that its been getting worse with time. Now that doesn't mean its a scam or anything just delays not that it's the staff's fault with riot turning off the transfers but i just gotta say that i think more people should be on deliveries and maybe pin something in news about the deliveries since i see people asking everyday on discord about their orders and how they are still waiting after 2 months i mean i had to ask in game for my order to be delivered and it's not cool to be ignored after you spent money on something and there are delays i get it i just think that responding would be nicer than radio silence. That's all i have to say on the matter hope my opinion helped improve the service.

Ordered a month ago in ticket they told me to wait that its some sort of “bad time” idk i just wanted my skin. Never bying again

Been waiting for a long time and still havent got gifted. The "support" they have are lets say not the best, takes a few days to get a response and when I got one it really didnt answer my questions then stopped answering.

The wait can be long depending on how many requests there are at the moment but its 100% worth the wait i got a 70 euro purchase for 40 euro.

i got my order in 10 days worth the wait got pass for 10 euros which is very cheap fast delivery i dont know about all the reviews saying the delivery is slow you need to wait because 1 person doing all orders and he is doing them really quick i recomend buying from here instead of league

i cant give more than this, ordered 2 month ago, still didnt receive what i ordered if it was something limited in time i would have got scamed.

Waiting for 3 weeks and every time you ask the support it takes 2-3 days to answer and its always the same something new came in and the gifts are blocked yet again.

you must wait too long and the supporters are not versy helpful inclip the supporter is the only once who wanna help.
