Delivery time was very fast and prices are very fair, the print quality was good but the canvas could have been tight since it is kinda loose and not perfectly tight, and it does have a small crease but it's only noticeable at specific angles and when ur really close to it

I am happy overall, but I have had my own design and so I knew what I was getting. Regardless the print quality is outstanding.

4 broken, no refund or compensation

Is the first time that I use this service and until know I still not have my package.
In the website says that the delivery is by UPS, that is not true, because I got a link from Asendia company, that send me a link to lapost. And either of them can tell me were is my package.
Other thing that is not true, says that the delivery could take between 4 and 7 days after payment. I have 8 days waiting, and looks like I would need to wait more.

They don't deliver what you order. Waiting more than a month now. Scam!

Order was quick to arrive. Quality was good and price was good. No complaints, would order again.

I will try to give an, as honest review as possible of my first experience with this company, BESTCANVAS.

First of all, notice that once you have placed an order for a print, your money is already committed and spent, no matter how disappointed you might be or not be with the outcome. It is stated in the conditions that you don’t have any right of withdrawal. So, with that said, be prepared to risk your money even if you will not be happy with the end-result.

I placed an order for an aluminium-print. The print arrived shortly after placing the order, but there was something obviously wrong with the print. The print was seriously banded, which was most visible in the evenly-toned areas without details (I have printed this image myself on other media before without the banding and the image is high-resolution). As a professional photographer with extensive experience with prints I conclude that the issue is due to a few different possible causes, 1. They have compressed my uploaded file either when uploading or before printing, causing the banding of the print. 2. There is something wrong with the printing-machine or it is printing done at a too high speed, causing the banding of the print. 3. There is a banding already on the aluminium substrate already before the print.

I contacted the customer service, they answered promptly and are polite, but they do not seem to be at all interested in the root-cause of the banded print. Therefor they just sent me a replacement of the same print, which was just as terrible. I again explained to the customer service the problem and made it clear that the print I had ordered was for a client of mine and it was impossible to hand over with the serious banding. I asked to have the order cancelled and my money back, only to be reminded that there is no possibility of that. Therefore, I had to order my print (from the same file) from a different company and I received it without any banding, so I could deliver it to my customer.

BestCanvas instead offered me to get a different print as a replacement for the print they had failed on twice. I ended up ordering another image not as sensitive to banding, an image with lots of details. But the fact is I had no need for that image, my customer had no need for that image, so the result for me was paying for an image I didn’t need/want, loosing profit on my own deal. I also spent a lot of time writing to the customer service.

For reasons above, but most of all their total lack of interest in quality-issues, I would NOT! recommend using BESTCANVAS.
