Have been using this website for years. The quality of the latest frames I got has gone down, so I'm not impressed. Not the image itself, the wooden parts. I've always ordered the same format, but it seems they've changed how they make the canvases. It feels cheap. I know the price is good, but the quality was better before. You get what you pay for eh.

As a photographer, I must say I was left disappointed with the quality and speed of delivery of the products I received from this particular company. Waiting a month for just two simple orders is not up to standard. Furthermore, the website does not offer a proper tracking system, making it difficult to monitor the progress of my order. Overall, I would not recommend this company to others. It is not worth the trouble and it would be just as easy to print the photographs at home and purchase inexpensive frames from Ikea that would look more appealing than the products provided by this company.

I have many many pictures in my apartment that I really love and thanks to you amazing work I have a great memories to look for everyday.. you guys are absolutely amazing 🤩

Never received the parcel. Clearly stated it would take 2-3 days, waited 20 days, spoke to customer service they said wait 2 more days. I have waited for 28 days now in total and still haven't received it. Customer service have since stopped replying.

Very good experience, was easy to order and product arrived early. Looks great.

Had a voucher I wanted to use (problem with my last order) but I did not find where to add it to the order. I thought it would be at the end of the order process but suddenly everything was done and the order was done.

I thought, no worries, I just inform the support right away and they can update my invoice based on my voucher. But no this was apparently impossible!!??

Very nice products, top quality. Fast delivery, well packed. So nice couchins and super quality prints.

BUT... change freigh company please, I am so disappointed that my children did not get their christmas gifts despite that Bestcanvas did a good job... UPS, that was supposed to deliver never showed up (I work from home and I know no one came). Despite this they say they have been at my house. Not the furst time with UPS, they lie!!! No notification was sent by them either. When I was asked to give opinion on the products in a mail from Bestcanvas, I understood the products were actually sent. Then I manage to track the package backwards,and to a small shop in my town, and luckily it was there. Pure luck. Ca NOT recommend UPS, total con company.

Product as expected, delivered on time (also as of an campaign super good price).

This kinde of mail topic is not OK. You can´t fool your costumers to open mails.

third time i order and all canvas photos are brilliant apart from one. Super quality, photo needs to be top class.

Great features, quick production, great quality, and price worthy but slow (8 business days) and complicated delivery partner. The partner has limited tracking information and the parcel is not traceable with postnord the information is only available in postnord once the package arrives.

No problems, mine were actually well packaged. They arrived quickly and I like the product.

The creation of the canvas were propably fast, but then nothing happend until i get an envelope from the mail company who says i have a package to collect at the post office. No updates on bestcanvas site says the package has left their location.
