Placed a large order and 3 of the 8 canvases I couldn't display due to the wood showing through from the frame behind the canvas. When I contacted them to explain they could only offer me 50% off on a next order, shipping excluded. This while they're offering everyone up to 84% off on their website.
Very bad after sales service.

I have ordered from Bestcanvas the last 4 years, and they have never once dissapoint me. Fast delivery and very very good quality prints on canvas and to top it all, wonderful affordable prices!
I Will and Can definitely recommend anyone to use Bestcanvas.

Ordered a canvas for delivery to an address in Sweden that said it would be arriving in time for Christmas (so mid Dec 2020)...No tracking number or anything provided and the package still hasn't arrived at it's destination! (it is now almost Feb 2021). .... absolutely regret ordering from the swedish site. Canada's works fine tho! :)

I would not recommend BestCanvas. The products as such are OK, but they have twice failed to successfully deliver my shipment due to them providing an incorrect receiver contact telephone number to the shipment agent. The number on the parcel was to an 800 number in Germany, I live in Sweden. I made a sincere effort to help them identify the source of the problem, but their support staff had the audacity to suggest that I had given them an incorrect number! I will no longer be using BestCanvas.

svarar inte på mail heller. Efter fjärde mailet kommer ett svar där dom verkar bli sura när man frågar

Very fast delivery and supernice products!!!

The delivery sucks. They keep the object at thier stor when they could not deliver it. The don't contact the costumer. It is more headache than value. UPS does not work well in sweden which is really surprising me. The feedback is based on two packets experience...

Amazing service, quality of the goods were great.

Excellent printing quality with the three canvases of different sizes I ordered recently. Color reproduction is great, detail retention is excellent and even large stretched canvases are mounted properly, accurately and professionally.
Shipping and handling was also good, combining adequate shrinkwrap or bubblewrap with a fitted cardboard box, shipped via UPS to the door.
Smooth ordering, production and delivery all around; kudos!
