Quick delivery to Sweden.
Custom canvas ordered 80x60cm and precisely as ordered.
Only downsize is a small mark (Almost not noticeble) on the frame due to UPS who probably did not handle it properly. I noticed as UPS told me about the damage on the package - else I would have missed it.

That is the only thing differ from 4 to 5 star

I didn't receive my first order so I wrote customer service and immediately got another order produced and shipped completely free of charge. This time it came with a tracking number. It arrived exactly as planned. Picture looks great for the price I paid.

Do not trust the low price that they offer!!!!
1-Very bad Quality of the printed picture on acryl glass. The picture Self had a very good quality and taken with very good camera. The picture which was printed became much darker than the real picture. They didnt accept reprint the picture with a better quality.
2-the image had not stuck properly on acryl.
3- i recommend just another componey wich is called Önskefoto. Unsatisfied= money back

I already ordered twice and there was no problem at all, but this time I could not check where is my package, and I still don't get it.

Avoid - this is the worst experience I’ve had shopping in years.
I ordered 2 separate orders for delivery in Canada - seeing this is a ‘Canadian’ based company.
They get items produced in Germany and force you to pay for UPS import charges - despite having paid for shipping and handling when making the original purchases.
Customer service is non existent, I’d avoid at all costs! Orders from beginning of April are still not resolved!

Bad company! Paid for 67 pictures, got 27! Just a scam!
Ofcourse you can have "low prices" when you just deliver less then half!

Delays, bad info on parcel whereabouts. Will not use again.

Finally got my delivery after about 6 weeks and some chasing. The first delivery didn‘t work (the company said the address was incomplete, which was strange). The second time I had to get in touch with UPS to arrange a delivery. Anyway, I finally got my delivery, the canvasses look nice. Lower price compared to competitors, seems like they are saving costs on customer services, staffing, delivery etc.

Yep - same experience as the last two posts, but worse. I NEVER got my order, which contained three gift orders. I got an email that confirmed my order had shipped, but that the shipper offered no tracking information. :( Never received anything, no response to multiple emails and the same experience with calling - 15 minutes of hold time, after which the auto attendant comes on and says there's a high volume of calls and to call back; then hangs up. I'm furious about the gifts and also the time I've wasted 1) making the order (I had 25 canvasses,) and 2) writing emails and sitting on hold with that mind-numbing music trying to resolve my issue. I filed a dispute with PayPal and will also file a complaint with the BBB. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I made a pretty big order on 7th of December 2019. I chose Bestcanvas instead of their competitors because they promised delivery before Christmas. My whole order was Christmas presents for my family, that I ordered because they promised "Order today and get your delivery before Christmas". I even got it screenshot! I thought I'd ordered on time....that was not the case.

It's 27th of Dec. I got 2,5 items of the entire order, which consists of 10 pieces combined....???

Their customer service has been extremely bad. I must be honest. I sent one mail that I had to wait over 1 week for a response. I their FAQs they say "might take up to 1-2 days during holiday period". I got an answer, responded and haven't got any response back and it's been 2 days. I've called 3 times, where I came through to them only 2 times and didn't even get great help.

I understand it's holiday season!! DOES NOT MATTER. They should be prepared for higher volumes of everything in their business!

I'm very disappointed right now, because now the Christmas is over and these presents were very personal.

I checked the mailbox today! Nothing again. Called once more, paying extra money to call them for that matter. In the middle of waiting for the call, 10 minutes in queue, the call just ended.

I will not buy again, I would not recommend, and will ask for a refund!

As many seem to agree their customer service is really poor.
I started to wonder after a couple of weeks why my order never arrived. Best canvas replies that it's stuck at UPS because adress is incomplete. It had been transferred wrong from them. Apparently they did not bother to inform me of this and when I asked them to sort it out the reply was that I could do it myself with UPS...

Fast delivery, nice price and good quality! Highly recommended!

Superb result in a fast and reliable way. Well packaged upon arrival which assure me to use this supplier over and over.
