Hello Mathew, wow that a bit of a change what happened?... First of all we have NO repeated emails from you. I would suggest checking your coil to see if it maybe.. needs replacing? Taste buds OK? you got the Vid? all our juice are custom made and are mixed FRESH. So the date you see on the bottle label is when it was mixed. These will need steeping for best results. Order placed 21st order received 23rd. You received your order in 3 days and you chose flavours that have many 5* reviews on them (as we have thousands) If you are not happy with the flavour, email us and we will sort it out. Its not hard is it really?? Taste is very subjective so we are very sorry you did not like them. Please give them to some one that will.

Processing/shipping took a bit longer but they we're upfront about it, so nothing to complain here! Good thing about package being 10 days in transit is that it means liquids are already steeped when they arrive and ready to vape :P! Overall I am very satisfied.

Had to edit my review after trying my liquids - these are freeking FANTASTIC, finally I think I found something that can replace smoking, after who knows how much money spent trying various cr*p! You wont go wrong with these guys!

I have been a customer of Bestcigliquid for many years

1st of all I would like say I have been a customer of Bestcigliquid for many years and for the most part had been very happy with their service and products and its a shame they are closing down. But now I am not happy, I placed an order on the 13th of March (Order #42476 was placed on March 13, 2022 and is currently Processing) and have still not received anything. I have emailed them and was informed my order would be looked into however I have still not heard anything. Its such a shame that a company I have used for many years is now letting me down.

To Bestcigliquid, I can't believe its taken you this long to reply to this review. As already stated I placed my order on the 13th March of this year and its now June! I had already previously back in March raised the issue of my missing order through your contact form on three occasions and given assurances from yourselves about sorting the matter out. I was informed that there had been problems with some of the order due to customs, but was assured that what could be shipped would be with the rest to follow, and guess what NOTHING ARRIVED! Its been almost 4 months. I have stated the order number and the date it was placed, I'm sure you still have it on your records, you have taken payment so if you are interested in resolving the matter either send the order completed or give me a refund.

A Total Masterpiece

Did my first order,all in time and perfect.

As any tobacco mix,the liquid need at least one week after mixed with nicotine to release the real taste,so my tips is to order it,mix and just leave it in a cool dry place shaking it daily for at least a week/10 days ,and you will never miss the cigarette again.

Ordered my first one just to give a try,and ordered 3 more the day after,so i can mix the new order and just leave it resting in my basement for a month (the tobacco mix is like the wine,get better with aging).

Definitely the best choice,i feel lucky to have randomly find them on google,as long i used to order tobacco concentrate from Tuscany in Italy,but after brexit they just stopped to delivery in UK,but probably i won't miss them as long i found even better quality with just 3 days delivery time.

Been a customer since Day 1 and this company has always been customer focused and used to be the only company at the start with a drop down menu allowing you to select your strength everywhere between 0 and 24

I have watched them evolve and I gradually slipped away due to health complications and unfortunately got smoking again...But hey everyday a fresh start so last week ordered two new favours number 1 Aircured Burley... out the bottle smell was strong as it should be...I used to order pure leaf for making my own cigerettes and Burley was always my favorite it has that dark chocolate fruity type undertone ..Andrews liquid nails it on flavour.... great bottles too nicely labelled..the next was fire cured Virginia...wow is all I can say again I know the actual leaf and respect it's kind of sweetness it has... this Liquid nails it... totally...

Yesterday I received 5 new style bottles which are of great design ...the top slips down making it easy to add you Nic...Got USA red which straight of the Mark is Bang on...Tastes and feels like I'm having a Malboro smoky very tasty
Smoky tobacco I tried a little and it's a very nice milder smoke but with that smoky taste going on.. very good ...Strong Ciggarillo briefly tried out the box will need seeping but a very complex excellent cigar mix...Wood fired Latakia was a obscure one to try but glad I did because it has a wonderful grassy floral but not sweet tobacco taste..

I got strong cigar I haven't tried yet but can tell it is bad ass just by the smell..
And XXX Burley which again from the smell I know it's gonna be a bad boy...

Now these were on a deal buy one get one of a different flavour free... 2 60mls
My first order was 50% off

So amazing deals that no others do...Flavours wonderful...team took two days to mix and send it out it came a day later

How the hell these guys are not recognised more is beyond me..I have tried all the other concentrate companies like these barrel soaked concoctions..

they taste samey and stale with Andy you know what you get is the real thing..

I'm much appreciative for a small company zo think they do amazing.. can't understand the negativity below probably some paid shill from two notes but please..

Dont try and put BCL down nowhere beats then for flavours especially Nets
the only one that gets close with nets is in America.. and he's amazing too ..maybe not quite on the level of Andy but good..

Liquids and value for money are great, however...

Summary: tasty liquids, very good value - 5* for product. But customer service is highly frustrating and unreliable. Slow turnaround and delays are acceptable if customers can get reliable updates. Customers shouldn't be 'sweating bullets' to get an answer for paid orders. If the liquids weren't such good value I'd be shopping entirely elsewhere.

Massive delays and awful customer support (no phone number, email silent treatment) has left me highly frustrated. I've no idea where my order is. My first order was at the start of the year. That went fine. I was happy to wait a week or two for the product to be prepared and once despatched I could at least see tracking updates. That seems fair.

However, my recent experience with my second and third orders has been terrible. I eventually received the second order two weeks after getting the order complete / despatched email. No idea why it was so delayed. No response to my enquiries.

The third order is approaching a month late now. Over two weeks ago I received an order completed / despatch email and the tracking status that has not updated since. The company don't have a phone number and they are not answering emails or Messenger messages (directly to Andy, the owner). Andy replied once to my initial contact over a week ago saying he would investigate but has not replied since. Feels like a fob off.

I would have appreciated any sort update on the completed order. Courier tracking still says awaiting collection - been like that for over two weeks. I hear Covid has affected staff and they have had email server issues, but whilst I continue to receive promotional emails about new products, I am angry that enquiries about orders in limbo are being ignored. There's no excuse for that. Reading the reviews here, too many other customers are being affected and the impression I get is that the company don't care. It comes across unprofessional.

EDIT 1:
To try and be fair, I've managed to get an update via Facebook. The order was held up due to customs. I've been offered an alternative to be sent next day. Now that's good. Still don't know why the emails weren't responded to or why I was told by email over two weeks ago that the order was complete when one item was out of stock. It's taken me two weeks to find this out. I'll be contacting via Facebook next time, emails to sales are useless

EDIT 2 (after BCL response):
Emails and contact form - still no responses apart from one email in response to this review.

BCL have now resolved the delayed order and I received 50% extra liquid (which is very tasty). That's most appreciated. Nice touch, thanks.

...but please find a better way to keep the customer updated to avoid these frustrations! You'll lose customers. A promotional email to all saying things are fixed (when they aren't, in my experience) is not adequate and further frustrates. Promo emails stated email and contact form working again and nicotine holdup in customs cleared. I think the issues were being downplayed and I don't believe I was in the '1%'. After chasing repeatedly, once through I found out my order WAS held up due to nicotine in customs, with no known release date. Selecting an alternative nicotine was all that was required of me.
Otherwise how long would my order have been left in limbo?

EDIT 3: BCL: My review was never 1*. I think I've been fair giving 3*. The 'essay' is so potential customers can make their own minds up. You can choose to take customer feedback seriously but the attitude in your reply says a lot. I was asked to reply to your email or use the contact form - did both, again neither getting responses. Both 'completed' orders were stuck in limbo and required repeated chasing. 1st one got sorted, 2nd one forgotten until I chased again. Things got resolved in the end but downplaying the issues here has annoyed me.

What get me is that we had a great convo about your order and how we can have this resolved and then 15 mins later your on TP giving us a 1 star i mean really? The FORM on the website has been redirected to a new email address so we get them. Replying back to an order in your imbox you have will prob bounce.
Im very sorry we have had some website issues, this happens when you have a site like BCL's.

JAMES: We take our customer feedback very seriously indeed. We deal with a lot of customers every single day. Delays happen, issues happen, but we ship out 98% of orders withing 3 days. BCL is a CUSTOMIZED, Custom made juice company which mixes your e liquid fresh per order. Its not left on a shelf of 3 months before shipped. I would actually look on the BCL website for 5 star reviews.

I am never going to use this shop again following my experience.
Ordered 27th December and still waiting for my order.
No response to emails or using their onsite contact form.
Asked for a refund and received no response.
My advise do not buy from this shop

There are things to like about this…

There are things to like about this company such as the quality of their liquids, and the price point, which is terrific (4–5 stars). However, I wish they would take customer service more seriously (1–2 stars).
There is a messaging service and an email facility on their website, both of which seem to be ignored. I know Facebook seems to be their preferred way of communication, but it isn't mine (or many others).
I know orders sometimes go missing, or in busy periods mistakes can be made, but there is no excuse for not replying to people when they haven't received their order. It would make a huge difference to the customer, and to their Trustpilot ratings.
This isn't the first time I've had problems with not receiving an order. The same issues keep cropping up now and again, which has always prevented me from writing a favourable review.
It's so frustrating, and so easy to put right.
I'm giving a 3 star review as I don't want to harm them (they do produce good NET tobacco liquids).
I just want them to do something about their customer service.

I can see your order was delayed for a few days with Hermes, please remember we are a customized e liquid manufacture and have a 1-3 day mixing time not including weekends. once shipped its with Hermes or RM and its down to them. I can also see you now have this on the 11th.
If all customers who have brought from us over the last 3 months leave a 5 star reviews we would have thousands.These 1 star reviews are from customs that only leave 1 stars when something goes wrong or delayed/lost. If they actually left a 5 star when they have received it with no issues it would be great but the world dont work like that unfortunately.

Spot on!

Only ordered once before with BLC but just put my second order in. My first order was delayed through Royal Mail and Andy resent the order as soon as it went over 7 days for delivery. Great and quick response from them via Facebook not email. And would highly recommend as they make the Juice bespoke to your needs.

Order taking ages to arrive

Placed a order on the 20th of January for 4 x 100 ml bottles of NET Tobacco e juice. On the 26th of January I got a email saying my order is now complete and it was on its way. At the time of writing this review it is now the 7th of February and still nothing has arrived. I have sent 2 emails trying to find out where my order is or if there is some sort of problem but I not had a response from them to either of my emails. I normally get my NET Tobacco e juice from the juice cabin and have never had a problem in receiving my orders within 2-3 days of placing the order. I thought I would give this company a try as they look like they have some good e juice on there site so I was wanting to try it but I can not say if it is good bad or indifferent as I have not received any as yet. Customer service seems none existent or they are not bothering to respond to my emails. As I said at the beginning of this email this was the first time in placing a order with them so it’s not looking good for me placing a second order with them. I don’t know if there are staff shortages or there is a problem with the courier company they are using but either way it dose not fill you with confidence regarding placing any future orders. I hope Bestcigliquid read this review and do something about getting my order to me please. I would have loved to give a positive review but I can only speak on personal experience on the first time of placing an order with this company.

Don't hold your breath

Been waiting since 11 Jan for items listed as in stock. Only response to email was basically just bull**** saying it will only be a few more days (2 weeks ago).
Update: 32 days and still waiting. No response other than the bull**** one above. What an embarassment of a company

Thankyou for your quick response to this matter. It's just a shame it took my review on here for you to reply, especially as I have sent five emails, the first on 26th November 2021. Yes I had a reply to this one then nothing to the next four sent over the following two months. Now I do know what pre order is and I have never ordered a liquid on pre order. The exception to this would be Space Shark as this was an amazing e liquid, sadly no more. Re having many emails sent out to me regarding a hold up with customs, I have never received such emails. At this point I would like to add that I have never had any course over the last four or five years to complain about your service and certainly not over your e liquids as the ones I have purchased have always been excellent. I await your email and my long awaited Sultan (just got to wait another two months whilst it steeps but I know it will be worth the wait)

William, in the last year you have ordered 25 times from us with out any issues. Now, your last order was bottles, first lot lost in transit which we had received back by the way which we resent out. Then you kicked off as they did not come with Nozzles. It stated on the website 'Without Nozzles' but still this was not good enough for you, hold on you left a 5 star in 2019.
Where are the 5* reviews from the last 25 orders you placed with us or is it when something goes wrong up pops a 1 star.
BCL has never been busier thank you with over 1000 orders per week currently being shipped.
We cant make 100% of our customer happy its impossible, but 99% of our customer are retuning and extremely happy with our service and products.
William: please chill out, world could end tomorrow.
EDIT...I wouldn't exactly say avoid like the plague because in a week or two you be back on BCL buying up most of the flavours. I know times are hard and you spend a lot of time on a PC but be nice, its good to be nice and nice things happen to those who are nice, so be nice.

Still nothing

My order was placed on Christmas Eve and I have still not heard anything from them after sending multiple emails. They claim that they are busy cos they was shut for two weeks over Christmas, if they had a contact number with an answering machine that would have been helpful but this place has shocking customer service. They reply better on here than they do to emails

As it has now been exactly 3 weeks since I received my confirmation despatch email and after roughly 8 unanswered emails and 1 very lacklustre response to my previous review, I've had no choice but to request a charge back from my bank.

Avoid at all costs.

I know it wasn't a big order but for a first time buyer feeling out the company and wanting to try the flavour purchased, the experience was beyond poor.

I have provided the extra information requested as, unlike you, I check my emails regularly. I replied to your previous request on my last review for order number too, that also went unanswered.

Nice attempt to get the review pulled down. But it is now 3 days from 1 month of me receiving the confirmation despatch email and no tracking number at all. 8 emails unanswered and 1 poor attempt to answer my last review which you also ignored. Would be a lot easier if you had a contact number.

Never buy from this shady company.

I was very surprised to get an email at 22:57 notifying me of your reply seeing as last contact between us was over a month ago, you stated "hopefully this is the last of the constant updates" even though you still haven't replied to a single email I sent you. Its a bit weird that you've suddenly decided to reply. Nonetheless it was a nice attempt to get the review pulled down for a second time but I have sent all the relevant information to trustpilot to verify my review and make sure it says up to warn consumers of your dodgy practice.

The issue has been resolved and my bank got my money back from you cowboys. So I have no idea as to why you replied other than to get the review pulled.

Funny how you tell me to have a brandy but it seems you're the one hitting the booze as you're spelling and punctuation are elemtary at best and you've gone a reply rampage telling people they spend too much time sitting at a PC and to be nice, when it seems you need to take your own advice. Very professional response to your failings.

I do run a business, and a quick analytics search of your website proves useful, you're lucky to get around 300 hits a month. Couple that with your terribly performing website, nonexistent seo and constant "outage" of email servers, I'd imagine your conversion rate is probably less than 2%. Please work that out.

Not to mention your consistent 1 star ratings from new and returning customers. And your horrible attitude towards the customers rating your failing services. Sounds to me like your business is failing and the brandy you insist I have is what's motivating you to be a keyboard warrior.

The "stuff" that is in your control you fail at. Replying to emails. Sending a shipping email when you apparently have no stock. Not sending tracking numbers. Taking customers money when you have no stock. Keeping your email "servers" up, which we all know by now, because of your sheer use of it, is a fallback excuse for you poor service.
Just to name a few.

I'd imagine these are to aid with cash flow problems?

One review you reply we're sending 300 orders a day. One is 300 a week, next one says 500 a week.

All a con.

I also use TRUSTPILOT alongside my business, so I know how the back end of it works.

For everyone wondering, when these cowboys ask you for your name, they already have it. Your name and email address appears to them. So when they ask you for your information and say we need this to search for your order, they're lying. The information is there, and they are simply stalling. Order numbers are not attached to your trustpilot reviews but if they had any kind of system functioning correctly they would use the information appearing in trustpilot to search for your order. I know because I have done this myself.

As I said, over a month since I last updated my review. Get over yourself.

Edit; Lets hope you never run a business and have issues. Our website theme has currently having issues as the maker of the theme has stopped producing the updates, this has effected out website and emails. I wouldnt exactly say avoid at all costs thats a bit extreme, we ship out more e liquid in a day that you could prob vape in 35 years, stuff happens beyond our control so please chill out, have a brandy and watch corrie.
And the reason we dont have a contact number is what many other e-liquid vendors dont have a contact number please work that out.
