Long processing times
Disappointed that we made an order 2 weeks ago which is still yet to arrive.
I have sent 3 enquiries via bestcigliquid.co.uk along with 4 emails to the contact email displayed on the website. Having read reviews from today their is no issues in them emailing back other customers only myself and my husband. We have now spent 2 weeks worth of money on liquid from elsewhere while waiting for this order and being totally ignored!

Order #36045 was placed on October 29, 2021 and is currently Processing.
You state your customer service is always on point, yet I've tried to contact you multiple times on 2 weeks and nothing. My account still says processing 2 weeks later, the latest email was send no longer than half an hour ago this evening.
I have checked all my email folders including junk and I've not received one reply from you, I also don't have any blocked email addresses so unsure where you emails are going. I appreciate the update but our order was made 2 weeks ago and is only just on the move, my last 9 orders there has been no issue nor have I had to wait 2 weeks or got no reply.
Update. I understand thank you for the update, this is very terrible of hermes to take this long, we do usually select the royal mail option tbh. I hope you can understand my frustration, and I apologise if you have been emailing me back but I've not received one email including the one you have just sent, are you able to confirm the email address you are sending to?
That is the correct email address which does not make any sense as my husband and I have not received any reply from you what so ever apart from the blanket email you emailed out about the server issues you were having but had been resolved.
Thank you I will save that email and use that for questions in future, and will find you on social media too, although the hermes tracker says they only received the package on 10th November (yesterday not a week and a half ago)

I hate to do this I made an order over the weekend and paid for first class delivery via royal mail instead my juice was sent via Hermes who are absolutely useless as only they can't seem to find my address
Wasted a whole day waiting for a courier
Now I'm stuck with very little juice for the next day ....you can't describe how disappointed I am

Superb quality time and time again
Had yet another delivery of their superb NET tobacco range, the quality is always spot on and consistent, and at the price nothing else comes close, I have been a happy customer for over five years now and wouldn't buy from anywhere else

Previously wrote I brief description of my disappointment with bestcigliquid but they did explain that their email system was down, they did send out my order as promised unfortunately hermes courier just left it on my doorstep took a photo and left, when I got home my parcel was pinched, contacted bestcigliquid and they have sent out a replacement thankfully with royal mail, may I suggest using royal mail as standard?
Overall bestcigliquid are a good company, and ive used them many of times with no issues, so my one star has now been rectified to reflect my overall experience, somethings can't be helped regarding email servers going down so my advice is to not judge them through a genuine mistake! Will certainly keep using bestcigliquid as my go to eliquid shop!

Ordered on 22nd Oct. For the past 2 weeks the order has not progressed from ‘Processing’. Emailed the company 3 times, they only bothered to reply once and said it was despatched by Hermes and Hermes must be at fault.
I had no tracking details given, no email to say the item was despatched, my order still shows as ‘processing’. And despite emailing asking for details of the tracking, I have heard nothing further. I have requested that my order be cancelled due to the delays, again I’ve heard nothing.
Awful service. I have to wait another 2 weeks before my bank will open a dispute.
Update..The company ask for my order number. I have emailed them directly 4 times, I have asked them for the tracking number for this supposed Hermes delivery. I’m ignored. I’ve asked to cancel my order, no reply. It’s no good asking for an order number on social media. Respond to your customers emails!
The order was finally despatched by Hermes on 9th November, a week after I requested a cancellation, which the website says you are allowed to do if it hasn’t been despatched. The company has clearly lied to cover up appalling delivery times and to stop any cancellation rights the customer has. They also claim their email was down for a week, conveniently during the period when I wanted a refund.

Finally I received my items, so they didn't steal my money, I apologize.
and I am changing my review accordingly.
The NET is perfect and professionally made, well packed and flavorful.
The product has considerable and noticeable quality.
But delivery was horrible unfortunately.
I hope they can improve it.
In general I have added 2 more stars to my latest preview for the quality of the product.
FIRST REVIEW:
If you are not in UK, Never buy from this website.
They will send you nothing and you will never get refunded.
After I purchased and paid (40.81) Pounds in Aug 20, they sent nothing, and I have been contacting them until Oct 5th, and all what they reply is lies after lies.
They steal my money and didn't send me even a tracking number.
after Oct 5th, they never even answer my emails.

My last order were lost in transit to germany- many emails later i got a response from BCL that my order is lost and they will ship it again.i think brexit is the main reason for this problems. but now: order is here ; ))

You said to me nearly two weeks ago you would look in to this and that email reply from you then PROVES my email works with you so please dont give me that rubbish about mail systems and I dont see why I should use social media to contact ...its just a private group page or your sales page...waste of time then. Sent you over twenty emails btw.
Every other reputable outfit out there selling juice etc has a tel number if needs be and actually do what they say and deliver...EVERY time and you can prove you have sent it if you publish an actual parcel number.
My draft complaint to the trading standards guys is done now and waiting to go so its up to you now....
