It's alright,,

It's alright,,, but it takes them ages to deliver, when it comes to their juices though, they have a lot of silly names for it, like how many Virginia are there, how many types of ry4, etc etc, the lists goes on.

On your past orders you do state how you want your juice to be made, this is a service you wont find anywhere else. The shipping times can vary, we do state a mixing time of 2-3 days not including weekends and depending on complexity of your order, as you know we are the most cost effective E-liquid Vendor. Your order is then shipped according to your desired shipper option. We do have 1st class options if you want to choose those the next time.
The Vaping industry has thousands of different types of RY4's and Virginia flavours and many unseen by the Vaper, so at BCL we like to bring those flavours to market.

Long processing times

Disappointed that we made an order 2 weeks ago which is still yet to arrive.

I have sent 3 enquiries via bestcigliquid.co.uk along with 4 emails to the contact email displayed on the website. Having read reviews from today their is no issues in them emailing back other customers only myself and my husband. We have now spent 2 weeks worth of money on liquid from elsewhere while waiting for this order and being totally ignored!

A reply, finally...
Order #36045 was placed on October 29, 2021 and is currently Processing.
You state your customer service is always on point, yet I've tried to contact you multiple times on 2 weeks and nothing. My account still says processing 2 weeks later, the latest email was send no longer than half an hour ago this evening.

I have checked all my email folders including junk and I've not received one reply from you, I also don't have any blocked email addresses so unsure where you emails are going. I appreciate the update but our order was made 2 weeks ago and is only just on the move, my last 9 orders there has been no issue nor have I had to wait 2 weeks or got no reply.

Update. I understand thank you for the update, this is very terrible of hermes to take this long, we do usually select the royal mail option tbh. I hope you can understand my frustration, and I apologise if you have been emailing me back but I've not received one email including the one you have just sent, are you able to confirm the email address you are sending to?

That is the correct email address which does not make any sense as my husband and I have not received any reply from you what so ever apart from the blanket email you emailed out about the server issues you were having but had been resolved.
Thank you I will save that email and use that for questions in future, and will find you on social media too, although the hermes tracker says they only received the package on 10th November (yesterday not a week and a half ago)

OK - your order tracking: C00HHA0076250688 has started to move via the hermes network, if you would kindly check you email folders you will see the emails we have sent to you. Unless your Hotmail is blocking our email correspondence. Once an order is shipped by us its automatically updated by Hermes and as with all shipping providers, delays can happen. 99% of our shipped orders are shipped on time and delivered in a timely fashion, the rest is out of our hands. The last 9 orders from you there has never been an issue until now.

Update: Yes your order was made 2 weeks ago and it was shipped well over a week and a half ago and it has just been updated. Now im very sorry for the delay with Hermes, i really am. We do have a Royal mail option. We have a 2-3 day mixing time here at BCL not including weekends as all liquids here are customized to suit any vaper, its what we have done for the last 9 years, not including weekends,

I have just sent you another an email, please check to see if you have received it.

Update; Yes we are fully aware of this issue with Hermes currently. The BCL website is linked up to the Hermes database/shipping updates. Its seems they are still upgrading their systems. As i say, this has happened around 3 times this last month. Its much easier doing it by hand but much more time consuming and in some instances is better i feel.

We are currently shipping out over 300 orders per day here at BCL and to be honest one or two may go astray or tracking is updated later, its the same with all services.

I hate to do this I made an order over the weekend and paid for first class delivery via royal mail instead my juice was sent via Hermes who are absolutely useless as only they can't seem to find my address
Wasted a whole day waiting for a courier
Now I'm stuck with very little juice for the next day ....you can't describe how disappointed I am

Is that I've waited in all day ...you did tell me to email you today if my goods didn't turn up to which they didn't and now I'm going to have to run to a b+m shop just to get liquid to last the next few days ...you can understand my frustration I've upped your stars because usually I have no issue with your service

We spoke to you yesterday to update us if there would be an issue and if there was to message us and we would sort it out. You have emailed us 30 mins ago and we have replied to your email for an alternative address, further delivery instructions to pass onto the driver or we would send this out again for you RM next day. Please let us sort the problem out before you write a 1 star review.

Very helpful and overall great company

Previously wrote I brief description of my disappointment with bestcigliquid but they did explain that their email system was down, they did send out my order as promised unfortunately hermes courier just left it on my doorstep took a photo and left, when I got home my parcel was pinched, contacted bestcigliquid and they have sent out a replacement thankfully with royal mail, may I suggest using royal mail as standard?

Overall bestcigliquid are a good company, and ive used them many of times with no issues, so my one star has now been rectified to reflect my overall experience, somethings can't be helped regarding email servers going down so my advice is to not judge them through a genuine mistake! Will certainly keep using bestcigliquid as my go to eliquid shop!

Ordered on 22nd Oct. For the past 2 weeks the order has not progressed from ‘Processing’. Emailed the company 3 times, they only bothered to reply once and said it was despatched by Hermes and Hermes must be at fault.

I had no tracking details given, no email to say the item was despatched, my order still shows as ‘processing’. And despite emailing asking for details of the tracking, I have heard nothing further. I have requested that my order be cancelled due to the delays, again I’ve heard nothing.

Awful service. I have to wait another 2 weeks before my bank will open a dispute.

Update..The company ask for my order number. I have emailed them directly 4 times, I have asked them for the tracking number for this supposed Hermes delivery. I’m ignored. I’ve asked to cancel my order, no reply. It’s no good asking for an order number on social media. Respond to your customers emails!

The order was finally despatched by Hermes on 9th November, a week after I requested a cancellation, which the website says you are allowed to do if it hasn’t been despatched. The company has clearly lied to cover up appalling delivery times and to stop any cancellation rights the customer has. They also claim their email was down for a week, conveniently during the period when I wanted a refund.

Delivery needs improvement

1ST REVIEW UPDATE:
Finally I received my items, so they didn't steal my money, I apologize.
and I am changing my review accordingly.
The NET is perfect and professionally made, well packed and flavorful.
The product has considerable and noticeable quality.
But delivery was horrible unfortunately.
I hope they can improve it.
In general I have added 2 more stars to my latest preview for the quality of the product.

FIRST REVIEW:
If you are not in UK, Never buy from this website.
They will send you nothing and you will never get refunded.
After I purchased and paid (40.81) Pounds in Aug 20, they sent nothing, and I have been contacting them until Oct 5th, and all what they reply is lies after lies.
They steal my money and didn't send me even a tracking number.
after Oct 5th, they never even answer my emails.

Hatim, your order had been returned twice and resent out twice due to your parcels being refused at customs. We updated your account with a new tracking number last week with another shipping provider at our own expense. We have no bearing on customs checking and sending parcels back, in this current climate its very hard with vaping supplies to get through customs. Great liquid range

My last order were lost in transit to germany- many emails later i got a response from BCL that my order is lost and they will ship it again.i think brexit is the main reason for this problems. but now: order is here ; ))

Still no delivery or refund to my order 32826...but you have the time I see to reply to my previous negative PDQ!
You said to me nearly two weeks ago you would look in to this and that email reply from you then PROVES my email works with you so please dont give me that rubbish about mail systems and I dont see why I should use social media to contact ...its just a private group page or your sales page...waste of time then. Sent you over twenty emails btw.
Every other reputable outfit out there selling juice etc has a tel number if needs be and actually do what they say and deliver...EVERY time and you can prove you have sent it if you publish an actual parcel number.
My draft complaint to the trading standards guys is done now and waiting to go so its up to you now....
