Best e-cig liquids on the market! 👌Great service, amazing flavours (lots of them), the best FB group where you can get your questions answered in a respectful and proper way. As their customer for quite a long time a I can highly recommend this company. 100s of flavours for every taste + cost effective DIY kits at great prices, you'll not be disappointed at all.

I purchase the Easy Mix only. Excellent e-liquid. I only vape tobacco liquids and BCL have a magnificent range.
The flavour of each of the 10 I've tried is excellent. Having your e-liquids mixed at whatever ratio suits you and adding your nicotine shots or concentrate is made simple.

What a cracking website. All flavours I've tried have been really flavoursome, without any harshness to any of them, which i have found to be the case with some other companies. ( Lesley's custard ) is a must try if you like custard flavours. Also think its an amazing idea to give 2 free 10mm samples of your choice of flavours with any order, so you can sample different flavours to first see if you like them before ordering larger quantities.
Got go say if you haven't tried best cig liquid your definitely missing out. Very good value for money.

Great juice and excellent customer service

This review is based on my experience with the company and the process when an order has been made, I have not had enough time to try out the E-Liquids properly so I wont really comment on the Liquids until i have tried them out. I have written this now as I couldn't wait and i don't think it would be fair to the company for me not to share my positive experience.

Ordered an Easy Mix flavour to start with, delivery was fast and communication from the company on when my order was processed and dispatched was very good. Based on a positive experience (Along with how good the juice tasted the day after i mixed it even without being steeped)

I also made another order of a 250 ml and a 100ml bot shot, again prompt delivery and really good communication from the company, plus all of the mixing instructions were clearly printed on the side of the bottle explaining how to mix the E-Liquid to the specifications i had given upon ordering.

All three E-liquids i have recieved have smell amazing and i cant wait to try them out after the steeping time.

Altogether a positive experience and i will be ordering again in the near future.

You are to rude Lesley last time I rang your mobile phone you said to me get sober and shut the phone in me face so you can't talk you rude director, you first all as a company learn how to speak to customers properly and have some Manners.

They sent me wrong liquid & rectified by send me the original FREE OF CHARGE.... also helped with correct mixes etc, my now go to vape juicers ...

I've just started using bestcigliquid and so far the flavours have been excellent. A vast amount to choose from to which Ive just ordered the DIY bundle kit. 500ml of eliquid for less then 20 pounds is a amazing price and I'm sure the quality will up there with the 100ml juices I buy. All my orders have been delivered in good time and well packaged. I think I'm going to stick with bestcigliquid from now on because the prices are great the flavours first class and the there is plenty to choose from. I've also heard the customer service is top notch. Just found yourself a new customer bestcigliquid and will definitely recommend you to other vapers.

Misleading business practices.
I ordered samples, they marked order ship without shipping it. After I enquire, I got email "order shipped" with some temporary label. Order has not arrived till today, 30 days and counting. They are not responding to my emails and not providing refund. I am now wondering if they ever shipped it ?

1) What is your policy for overseas delivery?
2) After how much time, undelivered orders are considered lost and you provide full refund?

July 10. 2018
I still haven't received my order and there is no update on RoyalMail. I have communicated to you over emails with screenshots what RoyalMail is showing me and "I am unable to get status on package". Yet you are not responding to my emails for refunds.

Simply saying, check status on RoyalMail does not suffice. I placed order to you and delivering is your responsibility. If package is not delivered for whatever reason, you should refund me.

In my honest opinion Bestcigliquid are up there with the very best. Owned and operated by one of the most genuine and generous people who own their own business. The range of flavours are 2nd to none across the board whether it be Tobacco, Fruit or Desert. Don't just take my word for it. Try them for yourself, you will not regret it !!

An all round brilliant experience. Very quick to respond to emails. Liquid arrived well packaged and in good time.
Just mixed up 6 different flavours for steeping. All the flavour concentrates I used smelt yummy and as they should. I'm vaping a bit of cookie butter, grahams crust and blueberry right now as I'm a bit impatient and it is one of the best vapes I've ever had.
The nicotine had no smell to it which is good. I hadn't vaped for a couple of hours as I have been busy and in need of nicotine. The cookie is at 2.5mg and no longer in need so must be good.
The 250ml empty bottles and 60ml gorilla bottles are excellent too.
Will defo be getting from here in a month or so. A pleasure.

They also mix their stuff fresh to order which is awesome. :)

Great company with a staggering selection of top quality e-liquids and flavourings for the diy vapers

Recently started buying from them. Have to admit nothing bad to say. Good customer care, even after i wrongly ordered something they changed it for me. Was very punctual in replying to my email. And even when the snow was bad still got my two bottles of shake and vape within the usual time. And all the juices I've ordered so far have been the best tasting I've ever came across!

Keep up the good work guys! You have a company to be very proud of.

I don't use Tobacco flavours, so can't comment on them, however, I have used this company since it started as a "cottage industry" a few years ago, and have watched it grow in to the major supplier that it has become - due to genuine value for money, good quality products. The staff are very helpful when advise is needed, and have always gone the extra mile to help me get the product I want, when I want it.
I have tried many of their flavours, and always found them to be on a par with much more expensive "premium" juices. Postage has always been quick and efficient, on my last order, I notice the the postage charge on my package postage stamp was actually higher than the price that the company charged me for delivery.... so they actually undercharge for delivery most times... certainly, they have never overcharged me. They are my regular go to suppliers. thoroughly recommended/
