Purchased a Stovair Stove Fan doesn't work. They asked for a video so I sent video and they offered me 7% discount to keep the product or send it back to CHINA and i have to pay the shipping back to China. They would not supply a shipping label. The video was enough to show product was defective.

Color vision glasses are a cheap pair of purple tinted glasses that make everything look pink. Customer support said mail (registered) it to China and we will get a full refund. Lie! Scam! BEWARE: NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I ordered an Eyviola back in early July. The charging cord doesn't fit properly so I contacted the company via their website. On 7/11, I got an email from Melissa at Customer Star requesting I send a video of the issue so they could better understand. I sent to them that same day and haven't heard anything since. I have followed up on my email to her numerous times, and submitted several new contacts to them via the website. (BTW, the only way to reach them is submitting a form from their website. There is no phone number to call). If they don't respond, you are out of luck.
Given that I haven't been able to use the product yet and the hassle factor, I am now requesting a full refund.
I believe their customer support function is a scam. I would give them a zero if I could.

I ordered a battery powered radio, paid for it. 10 days later i got an email that the item wasnt available in the color I ordered. The friendly 'customer service' offered me 3 options:
1. Wait for the Green ZeffyFlix to be back in stock (approximately 3 days), and we will ship it to you immediately once available. The standard delivery time after shipping is 7-15 working days.
2. Change your order to a different available color, and we will ship it right away.
3. Cancel your order for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.
I chose Option 3 sensing the scam.
Next, I got an email saying my refund had been processed via Paypal (which was NOT my original payment method).
Next I got a (fake) message from Paypal saying my account was blocked and I had to click further to reactivate it.
Total scam, from beginning to the end.

I only gave 1 star because I had to give something. I ordered some shilajit almost 2 months ago. In the delivery notification it said they tried to deliver it but that is bull crap. I ordered it to my work which is open 24/7 , I have been messaging back in forth with the delivery company and still no delivery. I have been messaging back and forth with best deals and once in a while they send a email back saying sorry for taking so long , but I still don't have my product. I have asked for a refund and still just get an email how they will look into the delivery. This place is the worst online experience I have ever had DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them.

Never do business with these people. An item that doesn't work can't be returned. They'll provide a fictious address for the return in China, at your expense of course, promising a full refund including all handling. Or they will offer you a percentage refund - it continues to climb as you complain. If you do make the mistake of doing business with them, just call your cc company and report the transaction as fraud.

My understanding is that I bought from Top Deals Max, which seems to be also Best Deals Max. I bought ear buds, which arrived and were very bad audio quality, and I've been emailing for a week and still no response other than an automated reply each time. I'm looking for a refund. Over $100 and I have a product that's likely worth $25 at most.
Terrible customer service
I ordered colorblind glasses for my two kids who are red-green colorblind. What I received was two cheap pairs of purple tinted glasses. Garbage! I emailed them right away to try to get a return started and no one responded for over a week. I sent a new email and received a reply asking for a bunch of info, including a picture of the original packaging (plastic bag that I threw out). Once I supplied the rest of the info, they never returned any emails after 3 more attempts. I have another email out now but now I’m past the 30 day return window because they didn’t respond to any of my emails.

No customer service
Ordered a GaiaZest grounding sheet from this site. I’m in Canada and thought it was coming from the US but it came from China. It took 3 weeks to get here. I sent an email after 10 days asking about delivery and never got a response. Very bad, actually inexistent, customer service.
I’ve tested the sheet with a multimeter like I’ve seen done online and it does work. Will just have to see if my sleep gets better with time but so far, 3 nights on it and I’m more tired than usual. There was no instructions with the sheet. Should I sleep all night on it? Start with a few minutes and go up gradually? No information whatsoever.

I only found out where it came from by looking for the charge on my statements. How do I return this?!?
