Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering!!! Product received but faulty - took photo as requested and was advised a refund/replacement.
8 weeks later - still waiting despite receiving occasional message saying it's being looked into!!!

Purchased a Stovair Stove Fan doesn't work. They asked for a video so I sent video and they offered me 7% discount to keep the product or send it back to CHINA and i have to pay the shipping back to China. They would not supply a shipping label. The video was enough to show product was defective.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent me a pair of overpriced (later found on Temu for a 1/5 of the price) ear buds where only 1 ear works. Tried to return for a refund but after a couple of emails I have now been completely ignored. They got me to send a couple of videos showing the issue then completely ignored me.

I ordered and paid for a supposedly top-quality product but received an inferior one. (NoxusRif headphone))
When testing the product, the very poor quality was striking.
They responded immediately to questions and promised a quick solution, but then stopped responding. It's cheap junk from China while pretending to ship from the Netherlands.
It's a shame they offer well-known brand products (which they don't supply), which puts them in a bad light.

Okay, they got me too. This is a complete shell of a company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Same complaints as everyone else in the reviews for this company.

I got delivered a cheaper product that cost less than 30% of the product I bought. I complained, of course. Got a quick reply, but then no follow-up. SCAM all over, don’t buy from them

Color vision glasses are a cheap pair of purple tinted glasses that make everything look pink. Customer support said mail (registered) it to China and we will get a full refund. Lie! Scam! The glasses were not received be the company and came back to us. Another $43.77 down the toilet! No further response from the scammers.

Ordered a Smart Notepad. Came with a pen that does not have mouse capabilities as advertised, no capacity to download software. completely fraudulent product. I basically paid $300 for a paper note pad. No capacity to return. DO NOT USE

I ordered a headphone "Echopert" limited offer at 89 euros (real price 179). I received another headphone on the market at 49 euros !!! They answered me once but now total silence. I havn't checked before : my mistake. Don't order with them !!

I ordered an Eyviola back in early July. The charging cord doesn't fit properly so I contacted the company via their website. On 7/11, I got an email from Melissa at Customer Star requesting I send a video of the issue so they could better understand. I sent to them that same day and haven't heard anything since. I have followed up on my email to her numerous times, and submitted several new contacts to them via the website. (BTW, the only way to reach them is submitting a form from their website. There is no phone number to call). If they don't respond, you are out of luck.
Given that I haven't been able to use the product yet and the hassle factor, I am now requesting a full refund.
I believe their customer support function is a scam. I would give them a zero if I could.

I ordered a battery powered radio, paid for it. 10 days later i got an email that the item wasnt available in the color I ordered. The friendly 'customer service' offered me 3 options:
1. Wait for the Green ZeffyFlix to be back in stock (approximately 3 days), and we will ship it to you immediately once available. The standard delivery time after shipping is 7-15 working days.
2. Change your order to a different available color, and we will ship it right away.
3. Cancel your order for a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.

I chose Option 3 sensing the scam.
Next, I got an email saying my refund had been processed via Paypal (which was NOT my original payment method).
Next I got a (fake) message from Paypal saying my account was blocked and I had to click further to reactivate it.
Total scam, from beginning to the end.
Shame on you...

I only gave 1 star because I had to give something. I ordered some shilajit almost 2 months ago. In the delivery notification it said they tried to deliver it but that is bull crap. I ordered it to my work which is open 24/7 , I have been messaging back in forth with the delivery company and still no delivery. I have been messaging back and forth with best deals and once in a while they send a email back saying sorry for taking so long , but I still don't have my product. I have asked for a refund and still just get an email how they will look into the delivery. This place is the worst online experience I have ever had DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from them.

RUFFIPUP $159 Dog Bark unit and absolute rubbish. Does not work at all and low quality item. They do not reply to emails sent via various links on their emails and website. This company is one big SCAM!

Never do business with these people. An item that doesn't work can't be returned. They'll provide a fictious address for the return in China, at your expense of course, promising a full refund including all handling. Or they will offer you a percentage refund - it continues to climb as you complain. If you do make the mistake of doing business with them, just call your cc company and report the transaction as fraud.

My understanding is that I bought from Top Deals Max, which seems to be also Best Deals Max. I bought ear buds, which arrived and were very bad audio quality, and I've been emailing for a week and still no response other than an automated reply each time. I'm looking for a refund. Over $100 and I have a product that's likely worth $25 at most.

I ordered colorblind glasses for my two kids who are red-green colorblind. What I received was two cheap pairs of purple tinted glasses. Garbage! I emailed them right away to try to get a return started and no one responded for over a week. I sent a new email and received a reply asking for a bunch of info, including a picture of the original packaging (plastic bag that I threw out). Once I supplied the rest of the info, they never returned any emails after 3 more attempts. I have another email out now but now I’m past the 30 day return window because they didn’t respond to any of my emails.

HORRIBLE company, don't reply to e-mails! Their website says that an item can be returned but clearly not due to no communication on their end. DO NOT USE!!!!

I ordered a $119.00 set of Dragon ski googles. They took the money but did not send a confirmation number. And after 3 emails to their "customer service"
I have not received any acknowledgment. So have turned it over to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
I belive this company is a scam period. Don't order anything from them.

Ordered a GaiaZest grounding sheet from this site. I’m in Canada and thought it was coming from the US but it came from China. It took 3 weeks to get here. I sent an email after 10 days asking about delivery and never got a response. Very bad, actually inexistent, customer service.
I’ve tested the sheet with a multimeter like I’ve seen done online and it does work. Will just have to see if my sleep gets better with time but so far, 3 nights on it and I’m more tired than usual. There was no instructions with the sheet. Should I sleep all night on it? Start with a few minutes and go up gradually? No information whatsoever.

I received a dog GPS from these people that I didn't order. It had no packing slip, nothing, to tell where it came from or an order no! I emailed with no response. But I get plenty of spam from them! I only found out where it came from by looking for the charge on my statements. How do I return this?!?
