DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a doorbell camera in December 2025. It never arrived. Tried contacting them to be passed between them and evri who are just as bad to never receive the item. I've had to involve my bank to recover the money without any success. £56 lighter which doesn't seem a lot, imagine this happening to not just me but many others. Thats a lot of money for a product that doesn't exist.

PoolBeety Earphones

My wife purchased the PoolBeety earphones for my birthday. They worked perfectly for the first two months however now will no longer switch on. They charge to 100% and then when I take them off the charger and try to turn them on they do not work. When I put them back on the charger they are saying there is no charge.
I contacted the company (20/2/26) who advised on the same day that
"Since the earphones were working perfectly before and are now failing to power on despite showing a full charge, it sounds like there may be a technical fault with the internal unit. To help us resolve this for you as quickly as possible, could you please provide a short video demonstrating the issue? Specifically, a clip showing the unit connected to the charger at 100% and then failing to turn on once disconnected would be extremely helpful for our technical assessment.
Once we receive this evidence, we will be able to provide you with the next steps, which may include a free reship, a partial refund to keep the current unit, or a full refund."
The requested film clip was provided and i was advised
"Since the unit is not functioning correctly, I would like to offer you a free replacement unit. We will arrange for a new unit to be shipped to you immediately at no extra cost, and there is no need for you to return the original item.
Please confirm if you would like me to proceed with this exchange for you (23/2/26)."
I confirmed I would be happy with a replacement the same day and confirmed the delivery address was correct.
I was advised "Since we have reached this stage of the process, I have now forwarded your case to our specialized team for a final review to initiate your free replacement for the PoolBeety earphones (Order #TOPAU34957).
Please allow 1-3 business days for this review to be completed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a new tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched."
I am still waiting for the new unit and am not receiving any replies to my emails.
This is starting look look like another scam and i will be reporting it to consumer affairs.
I have since been offered a refund, with 15% up front to pay for the shipping costs however the funds have never arrived.
I have since reported the company to consumer affairs and requested my bank to get a refund from them

I ordered a watch which was described…

I ordered a watch which was described as one that detected falls. After paying for it I looked closer and discovered this was not a feature and so tried to cancel it straight away. I had no reply so looked for a phone number but there was none.
After the watch arrived I tied to return it but was offered 15% instead which I refused and have had no response since so left with an expensive watch I do not want ..what to do ?

delivering of a heater with plug for UK instead of the Netherlands. they want to send a new plug; is not replaceble.very stupid.
since 23-1 till 05/3 . No solution.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
Purchased a Stovair Stove Fan doesn't work. They asked for a video so I sent video and they offered me 7% discount to keep the product or send it back to CHINA and i have to pay the shipping back to China. They would not supply a shipping label. The video was enough to show product was defective.

Don’t buy - My “instant translator” finally arrived…

My “instant translator” finally arrived today. Don’t know how I was so naive to order this-classed as one of top 5. Should have saved my money. Might as well stay with Google Translate, as this is just a conduit-you still need your smart phone. Absolute waste of money. Chinese crap once again. Just got to try and get a refund now, but not holding out much hope.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I purchased some headphones and it took them almost a month to show up. Understandable cause they probably came from the other side of the world. When I got them everything was fine for about a week till one of the sides started with this static noise. They claim your purchase is protected for 90 days and it has barely been 3 weeks when I first reached out. I had about 3 emails back and forth from them and then crickets. Nothing for 2 weeks. I tried starting a claim again and nothing but radio silence. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. You can probably find stuff they sell on other sites for similar prices but will get better service elsewhere.

They are definitely a scam. I paid the equivalent to a comparable quality product off the shelf in New Zealand. They claimed the Tyrisclix bicycle pump was a quality product. The pump doesnt meet performance claims, it wont even inflate my tyre fully....I have emailed them numerous times to return the product and they are not responding. I wont be endorsing of using their services again. I am going to continue to pursue my refund and keep posting reviews until this is resolved.

Absolutely appalling I wish I had NEVER…

Absolutely appalling I wish I had NEVER touched them . Complete con. I ordered what I thought would be a top brand of swimming goggles for my son in law for Xmas . They never arrived until mid January. They were broken , no brand marking . I was conned into buying a £8 pair for £62 . DONT TOUCH them. No come back either.

Very Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality Product

I recently purchased a ShotBiex digital camera through Topdeals Max. At the time of purchase, I did not realize that the order was being processed in China, which explains why it took several weeks to arrive. When it finally did, I was very disappointed with the size, quality, and overall construction of the camera.
I bought this camera for my 95-year-old mother, who wanted a camera for Christmas. When I searched for digital cameras designed for seniors, this product came up and seemed like a good option. I expected the camera to be larger and extremely easy to use. Unfortunately, the opposite was true. Even charging the camera proved difficult. The user manual was completely inadequate and did not answer any of my questions. I had to search online for help and could only find YouTube videos about similar cameras, but none specifically for this model.
I contacted customer service to explain my concerns. While they responded quickly at first, their responses were not helpful. I was told they would send a more detailed digital version of the user manual, but it never arrived.
I am now trying to return the camera and obtain a refund, but I have received no response at all.
In hindsight, I regret not researching this company before making my purchase. After doing so now, I see that I am not the only customer who has had a negative experience with both the product and the company.

False advertising! Do not use! Double check vendor!

I had a horrible experience with this company. Be extra careful b/c I did not go to their site to order. Somehow I ended up ordering from them. Complete false advertising for a soccer mat that said it had "instructional videos" and even had a photo of it. In the end, I had to write the company to ask for the instructional videos and they were only 22 seconds in Chinese!! The scam is that you try to return and you have to pay for shipping to China. Or you can get 15% back - it's insulting!

Product Misrepresentation

1) After placing and order for two Carclineb car vacuums via Topdealsmax, I went to track my order after the 2-4 day window, and my order number did not exist. 2) I contacted the TDM and notified then that I have file a fraud complaint with my CC provider. 3) My order number suddenly reappeared. 4) I requested the order be canceled and I was reassured multiple times that the order was canceled and no product would be shipping. 5) Then I received repeated notices that the product was shipping despite emails to the contrary. 5) The product received was a cheap knock off and not the product purchased. 6) I have sent photos and I am waiting on a further response. 7) They have 100% misrepresented their services from start to finish.

Received a different brand

I ordered and paid for a specific brand, but a different brand was sent instead. The brand I received is listed on Amazon for roughly half the price of what I paid. I did not receive what I ordered, and I overpaid significantly for the item I was sent. Very disappointing experience.
