Ordered Gym squat perfect on 21/09/21 standard delivery and arrived the next day, so quick and impressive. Bonus was that there were two in the box and when I raised to Best Direct they said I could keep both. Awesome service and I buy quite a few items from them, good quality items and fantastic customer service always. Thank you Best Direct and great service.

I recently purchased the Multigym fitness machine and I have to say that its value is worth the money. I received it in less than 3 days and it was in the precise condition as described. I’ve had it for less than a month and been using it 4x a week. I can definitely say that I’m already seeing the results! I am really glad I found this company and would not hesitate to purchase any other fitness machine from them at any time.

Like most, I was not really sure about buying from this company because I hadn’t heard about them before. I asked a few questions through the online chat and they were responsive and accurate about the item I wanted. Within 48 hours I had my Ab Booster on my doorstep and I couldn’t be happier. I hate having to shave my legs every other day specially during the summer because it irritates my skin. I also tried waxing and burnt my leg. Multigym is my favorite full body workout and I totally love this smooth, effortless gliding method that allows you to change angles so you can move from one exercise to the other; overall, this product is a very cost effective solution for a home gym and I appreciate the high quality and reasonable price delivered by Best Direct. I highly recommend this purchase. It is value for its money!

I was used to doing sit-ups and crunches at home but they are hard on my neck and back, and not at all comfortable. I decided to try the Ab Generator and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!!! This fitness machine makes it easier to work my core without hurting those areas. The best part is that it targets all your core muscles which traditional floor exercises are unable to do. I’ve always wanted flat, toned abs and I never imagined I could achieve this with such an easy-to-use device. I love the Ab Generator!

I have many post-acne marks on my face and Velform Cover has done a pretty nice job at hiding them. I also have very oily skin, literally have to blot about 4 times a day!!! But this face coverage is the only one out of so many that has managed to stay on my face throughout the whole day, withstanding oil and sweat. I’m not a heavy-foundation kind of person, so I love that it doesn’t look fake or caked on like many other products I’ve used before - it has a very natural finish that looks very flattering! I’ve been really enjoying this face coverage and I can say that this product is great for flawless looking skin. I’ve recommended it to all my girlfriends and I will definitely repurchase.

I bought a Vibratone Pro and have been using it for a month. It really works and I don't need to spend my money in esthetic clinics anymore . My body is firmer and with less celulitis. I intend to only use it from now on.

Poor delivery take your money and sit on it the item I ordered was still being processed after 3 weeks found out I could get the same item next day delivery elsewhere. Awaiting refund at present.
Update best direct are now denying I was a customer in order to get this review removed proof that I dealt with them has been sent and dont worry best direct I will never be a customer of yours again . Oh I did however get the refund eventually.

The treadmill I ordered arrived quickly but when assembled it didn’t work because of faulty wiring. Two emails went unanswered so I rang customer services and was told I needed to repack it as they couldn’t send a replacement control panel, so wasted more time taking it to pieces and repacking. I was promised that a courier would contact me to arrange collection but three days later I haven’t heard a thing and a massive box is blocking my hallway. Really wish I hadn’t ever ordered from this company and think I’ll have to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Really annoyed and disappointed.

I recently pur based the Ab Booster, the delivery was amazing, 3 days after I ordered (on a Sunday). I assembled it, which was a little challenging only to find one but missing. I gently got on to see if it would still work without that piece but it would not move. I immediately contacted customer service and within 12 hours I had a response asking me if I would like the nut sent to me or get a refund. I opted for the refund and within 5 minutes there was a confirmation that a refund had been done. So even though I am a little disappointed that my machine did not work as I had of hoped, the customer service is AMAZING.

I ordered a paint sprayer and guide from this company. I paid £125.95 in total and after delays (the guide was apparently out of stock, so a refund was issued for £29.99) they stated that my order was on it’s way and would be delivered the following Wednesday - hooray I thought...
After much waiting there was still no sign of my order. On that Wednesday, I rang customer service and enquired where my order was. They stated that the delivery company were actually going to pick it up that same day and it should be with my in the next couple of days. 5 days later I ring back. Still no sign of my order. The customer service advisor apologised and stated that the parcel was never collected from their warehouse. At this point, I requested to cancel my order for a full refund. The advisor apologetically understood and stated that they would put in a request for it there and then... Over a week later, there was still no refund, so once again I called customer services (which I now felt should be on my speed dial) and a very friendly customer service advisor stated that they saw that my refund request was asked for but for some reason was still not actioned - but don’t worry madam! I’ll speak to the accounting team and get that full refund sorted! Hooray I thought...
3 days later I finally get a refund for a grand total of £29.99 thus, taking my refund to £59.98. As I stated earlier, the total price was £125.95 (including shipping for a product that was never shipped) therefore this company still owe me £65.97.

Following the above, the remaining monies owed was FINALLY refunded after much chasing!

Bolts were missing they don't supply spare parts, they have no free returns from Ireland. Customer Service appalling. I'm left with a machine I can't use and can't return
