I was very happy with my experience of this company. I ordered two films in August 2024 that I saw on Netflix but was unable to buy anywhere else as physical copies (I'm a film collector so I prefer hard copies, if possible). The films I bought were an excellent price, the process to purchase them was easy, they arrived in good time, and the quality was excellent! Thankyou!

I received the DVDs promptly and in excellent condition. It is reassuring to be able to pick up films the are not obtainable through mainstream outlets. Completely satisfied.

Selection of titles exceeding the norm. Price is perfect. I ordered the new Bridget Jones movie and I was kept in the loop through the process of buying and dispatch. 5, stars for these guys.

This company is amazing!! It sells DVDs of whatever you can dream of. Films and TV shows that don't have enough DVDs and have never been released on DVD before. Or if you're really lucky, you dream compilations of your favourite shows. It's like magic.

Ordered and paid for a dvd on the 02/04/25 received a confirmation email immediately.
Order number:250402-113653-5629
Sent an email asking for confirmation of dispatch on 08/04/25, no response.
Sent a further email on 10/04/25 again no response.
Have sent another email today asking to cancel the order.... no response
They charge for tracked postage but dont provide a tracking number
Utterly disgusting customer service.
Dont waste your time or money with this company.

I have been looking for these DVD's for ages. There was about a month gap from ordering before they were shipped. I emailed the store asking about it and they said they were busy but had my order. The reply email came back within about 15 min of my email. Really fast reply and I was very happy with the response. The DVD's arrived about a week after they were sent which is fast as I live in Australia. Have been enjoying myself watching the Grand Tour. Will definitely be using this shop again

Fantastic shop. Releases dvds earlier than anyone else. Good quality and packaging. Call me old fasioned but I love my dvd library
