It doesn’t matter if a shirt is made of titanium forged in Mount Doom, if the buttons don’t stay on, it’s a poorly made dustcloth. Unfortunately my husband had bought into the marketing about these clothes and we were both unpleasantly surprised when buttons started falling off the second time he wore it to his desk job.

When I notified them about this, I wasn’t asking to return it but the representative was very quick to tell me they wouldn’t accept one because the shirt had been washed. I have never heard of a supposedly reputable company refusing to take back a defective product, but that’s their business model. His only suggestion was to give us a tiny refund to have the buttons sewn back on and reinforced, but as two buttons had fallen off and only one replacement had been included, this did not solve the issue. When I pointed that out, the representative stopped responding. He said they wanted to “make us whole” but couldn’t even send us a button.

I am a former fan of the old Best Made Co items I have -ALL WELL MADE…not the Dehan Sweater I received a month ago! I have two older ones so I knew just what to expect …my new purchase had woven flaws inside and out of the garment ! Even had some stick like fiber woven into the weave inside one arm! I never turn a garment inside out but this was so bad on the outside that I wanted to see what was inside….unbelievable mess-for almost $500.! And I received nothing -no word of apology from the company…F minus . Will not be buying again -they’ve not regained their mojo!

I was gifted a best made co. Axe a few years back at that time the axe had a wonderful warranty, about a month ago while splitting wood the steel on the axe broke, I contacted best made and they told me they no longer offer a warranty even tho when It was purchased it had a life time warranty, this company does not stand behind there products, and does not back their word. Take your money elsewhere.

I have carefully checked my mailbox and front door—the only accessible delivery points at my address—and found no trace of the package. I’ve also spoken with my neighbors and contacted my local post office to inquire about its whereabouts, but unfortunately, these efforts have yielded no results. At this point, I can only conclude that the package was either lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address. I kindly request a full and prompt refund for this order. I truly value your products and would consider purchasing again in the future if you were to partner with a more dependable carrier or offer a signature release option to ensure greater security. Before being purchased by Duluth the name meant something, you could expect high quality products, unfortunately that is no longer the case. Those who purchased a T-shirt pre Duluth would have received a Peruvian Pima cotton T, truly an amazing high quality t-shirt. Now they have switches to Wal-Mart cotton, Supima cotton truly is low quality with a big marketing budget, don’t believe the lies - not even close to best made.

Amazing quality, their storage boxes, especially the 'Strong Box' is the best thing I have ever purchased! Great for carrying all sorts of small hand tools.
