I bought the Xiaomi cellphone on the website. The company emailed me and told me the colour I chose was not available anymore. They sent me the grey one instead. The phone was sent out in next day. Shipping was fast. Love the phone. Pretty happy with the purchase. Will definitely come back again.

Bought an Oppo Find N3 from the company 'Best Mobile Phone'. After 3 weeks one of the internal screens started to flicker. I wrote to them and returned the phone (undamaged) to them. They didn't even reply to my emails until I asked my Solicitor to send them a stern letter. They just returned the phone with an obvious scratch to the frame and accused me of sending them a self inflicted damaged phone. I am in the process of reporting them to ACCC. I am not a racist, but the people who answered the phone were from India, and kept giving me different mobile no. to ring and different addresses. Sadly, this is a most dodgy company, and I would rather pay more for the phone from a far more reputable company

Great communication and company. Was abit worried ordering my phone as there's a Chinese rom and a global rom when it said product was coming from Hong Kong, but all went well and received the Australian/Global model. Highly recommended

Happy with my Xiaomi 13tPro phone so far. However, the 120W brand charger that came with it has a China plug, not an Australian one. Come on guys, you're selling products on an Aussie market, you could at least include an adaptor. Now have to find one and being remore that will take me forever.

The product was out of stock. Told me it would restock in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks of radio silence and only replied 2 days after I sent an email to ask after I had waited for so long. Said the product would "dispatch tomorrow" and then did not get back to me again. It has been over 3 weeks since I placed and paid for my order, but still no product in sight. I even sent messages via Whatsapp but did not receive any helpful information either, and was ignored 3 times for a week. Terrible customer service. What a waste of time.

Very Happy with my purchase, Purchased the Pixel 8 Pro 512 GB for $1750 NZD shipping was extra since the product comes from Hong Kong. Cheapest by a long shot, phone is the global version so it's unlocked. I do find it struggles with reception a bit and 5G in NZ. Company is an online company so I was very sceptical at the start of the purchase thinking it could be a scam. But I was very stoked with the outcome in the end, purchase took about 11 days to arrive to NZ. Product also comes with a free car charger with multiple plug in points. Would 100% purchase from this company again.

excellent store, I ordered a z fold 5 256gb but unfortunately they didn't have it when I made the purchase, in compensation they upgraded me to 512gb, and the delivery time was fast, only 2 weeks at Christmas time. Excellent customer service, very fast using WhatsApp. very happy original equipment, it will be my smartphone purchase store.

Smooth ordering process. Even though the mobile I ordered was out of stock initially, I was updated about the status and fedex delivery was very fast. got the phone within 7 business days.

This is my one stop shop for all phones Sony. As a loyal user, and considering how hard they can be to find especially since stopping main sales in Australia, I have just purchased my 5th phone from this company. I have a bad habit of smashing phones which sux for me but luckily this site is probably the cheapest around, delivery is always about 5-7 day turn around and they don't give you BS stories if something is wrong or out of stock. Very honest, very reliable. I'll be back for my 6th Sony when and if I smash this one. Thanks beastmobile!! You guys rock!!!

I called the phone number provided on the website I had a few questions regarding my purchase which were answered very clearly and professionally. Full marks to customer support! I put in the order and got an order confirmation, and a few hours later I got an email my order was shipped. ( Pleasantly surprised as I was told it takes 1 to 2 business days to ship the order) 
Got my order 3 days later. Never experienced someone offering free shipping can be this fast.

I am 84 year old non-tecky, wanted simple new Mobile. The Instruction Guide was impossible. Even my Grandson - top in Computers at Grammar School could not understand.
Contacted Nokia Consumer Help several times, could not get mobile to work.

Great customer service,  2nd order with these guys, first time I ordered  S23 while the phone was on the way. I changed my mind and I called them and asked for a return. They were nice enough to tell me just don't open the sealed box and I could send back the phone for a full refund. 

This week ordered my 2nd phone, the Samsung S23 Ultra, and got it in 4 days. The delivery was quick and the best thing is that they have their number listed. You can call them and if it's busy you can just WhatsApp them and they will answer all the questions. full stars for great and quick service. See you soon with my 3rd purchase!
