Bought a Xiaomi 15T pro 1T storage global version. The phone is good, no issues.

However it got delivered with an official Xiaomi UK charger and a cheap aftermarket converter plug to AU power point. Sorry but why do I get an official UK charger while buying it in Australia from an Australian based company?

I contacted them and they responded: "Even you buy from Xiaomi Australia, They won't give charger in box. Xiaomi just started selling in Australia, so it was understandable no AU charger in box".

My partner has bought the same phone last week with another AU company and they did provide an official AU charger. Plus according to Google, Best mobile phone Australia has been selling Xiaomi phones since at least 2023, as a review back then was given.

I will buy the official charger myself ($80-100) but overall not a great customer experience with this company.

Best Mobile Phone Australia guys contacted me to give my feedback. Bought a few phones from them in the last 3 to 4 years. Never had an issue until the screen of Honor V5 started acting funny, I dropped by their Melton location. Two weeks later screen was replaced and was sent to my home. Honestly, they have the best price and phone, which are very hard to get here. Bought Oppo Find X9 pro for 1700 dollars, 600 dollars chaper what other retailers are selling at.

Worst experience ever in Australia:
poor quality mobile phone - faulty product that can not be turned on / off, 1st repair took three months; recurred after 3 days; after 2nd repair promised to refund in July 2025, but never arrived after continually faking to pay for 3 months,
We paid thousands in January 2025, till today we still receive NO refund NO phone

The phones sold at Best mobile phones Australia, are substandard imports from Asia.

I bought a Sony Xperia from the site and within 2 years, the fingerprint hardware failed. I still have an Xperia that I bought since 2018 from an Aussie that doesn't have any issues till date.

Their customer service support is horrendous.

NO communications at all from company when I enquired online about date of estimated delivery.

Order placed on 12 January 2026, phone delivered by DHL from Hong Kong by 16 January 2026.

To start with, customer service rude and unprofessional. Secondly god forbid you need to send your phone back for a repair, say goodbye to it for atleast 3 months with 0 updates and when you call to check in call and messages are not replied too.

Pay a little more, get your phone from somewhere reputable and dont deal with this compnay.

Great communication with the shop. Great deal on a genuine product and fast delivery. I'll definitely purchase from them again.

They may take some time to respond through Whatsapp but they are genuine and will try to help as much as they can.

The seller went out of their way to meet me and deliver my order in a nearby station over the weekend. I will definitely recommend to my friends if they are looking for their next tech purchase.

Had no dramas in picking up the order. Picked up in Ravenhall instead of Melton which was good. Opened the box and checked in front of the owner. 🙌 Very cooperative and friendly too.

I was very happy with all aspects of my purchase. The website was easy to navigate, the price was competitive, order was processed quickly and even with extra time frame expected for delivery due Christmas, my phone arrived in a short time frame.

I was informed by Vodafone that that the purchase of Red magic 11 pro will not be able to call 000 after 17/1/26 I have communicated with the company 3 times they told me that vodafone is working to fix the problem.I believe they should not being selling this mobile until everything is clear my advice don't buy this phone for now don't do the mistake and purchase this phone.

Purchasing was easy and quick but you better hope nothing goes wrong with your device and you need to make a warranty claim. Took almost 2 months of multiple follow ups and finally involvement of the Office of Fair Trading for them to confirm return of the phone for inspection and repair including postage to be paid by me and reimbursement after providing receipts. At the time of writing this, it has been 3 months since I sent the phone back with no reimbursement of postage costs and no further contact from them after multiple attempts of following up.

I have purchased my second mobile from Best due to price ,global edition Honor Magic 3V and now Honor magic 7 pro.
Have a good selection and the latest top world phones are not far from reach at Best mobile.Guys are great too deal with and delivery options and store pickup is convenient.DHL was my current option and it worked well.

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size (256Gb instead of 512Gb) and it was rectified immediately by refunding the wrong order and at the same time processed my new order. I ended up receiving my new phone in three days!! Amazing speed and incredible service !!
