Kurt our driver was very knowledgeable but, it was all what he wanted to do and not the customer. Stayed 15 at the North Shore, because the waves were rough, understood that but I would of liked to stay and enjoy the professional surfers n view. Lunch was mediocre and ride into state park was hot n old. Snorkeling was amazing, All in all was ok but overpriced. Aloha

The views and rides are amazing with awesome rides that are so long. The fruits that they give are so sweet. The guides, were so nice creating a conversation with you while you wait for the next ride making it as if you were still riding easily one of the best places to go in Hawaii.

Magical experience thanks to the BEST tour guide Netty! Not only did she lead us through a wonderful adventure, she saved us in shorts and flip flops (unprepared) ensured we got towels and blankets before we left. Make sure you bundle up! Freezing conditions in winter months, but so worth it!

The people were very nice, the animals were healthy and appeared to be well cared for. The zipline was fun, but the horseback riding was mediocre at best. It was pretty much nose to tail and absolutely no gait other than a walk was allowed. If you are an experienced or even intermediate rider, this is not something you want to spend your money or time on. Perhaps just the zipline or one of their other options would be better for you.

Best of Hawaii were really helpful in accomodating our needs. We enjoyed our tour and would book with them again.

Best of Hawaii was able to accomodate a custom package for me. It was an easy process over the phone.

I also did not run into any issues when I got to the venue.

Wording of "Best of Hawaii tours" were lacking understand what you were getting in that particular tour. Eg:- Raptor Adventure package as to what was included for the money being spent.
