I put an order in back in June

I put an order in back in June. I never received the painting and have sent multiple emails wondering where it is and have heard nothing back. Terrible customer service. I just want my money back and I will NEVER use this site again.

No order received

It has been over a month since I paid for an order, and I cannot get a response from customer service or an update. After multiple attempts i finally received an order number, but it is useless due to an inability to find it on their website. I have no idea if my order is processing, lost, or if I have been scammed. I would love a refund, but that would require a response from them.

HORRIBLE/NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered two kits in 2024 that I hoped to paint of my kids and their spouses to give as anniversary gifts in 2025. I started unpacking the first one and noticed that the kit was missing a paint pot. I contacted the company upwards of 20 times, and they never responded. I tried calling them as well, but their phone number is just a message referring every issue to their website and customer service via email. In addition to the missing paint, another of the containers wasn't closed properly when packing and it was dried up. I had to try to mix colors as best as I could to finish the painting. In addition, they didn't give enough paint for a few of the background colors, which I, again, had to try to recreate from the remaining colors by mixing them. Finally, some of the spots on the picture were miniscule and impossible to paint accurately, as the numbers weren't legible, even with a magnifying glass. I honestly can't believe how frustrating their lack of customer service was. I finally finished the first picture and am getting ready to start the second one, but I am extremely disappointed with this company.

WENT OUT OF BUSINESS

I've placed seven orders going back to 2022 - 6 of them were great, and were fun projects. Late April, I placed order number 7. it's September, and after dozens of emails, I received two responses in May, one claiming they not only had shipped, but also reshipped my order to ensure I would receive it. IT NEVER ARRIVED and they stopped responding in May. I will never again use this business, and have found another vendor that works great!

It’s been nothing but issues

It’s been nothing but issues. They have no contact information and you can’t get ahold of anyone. I’ve been trying to talk to someone for two months about my order. Just as it finally arrived they said there was a problem delivering because of access. I have no gate so obstructions nothing. I live in a residential house. They are sending my package back to CHINA!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Horrible customer service. Never got order.

Ordered a custom kit 6/2/2025. Saw that it had been shipped around 6/15. Hadn't received anything by the end of July, so emailed the company. No response. Have emailed them 6-7 times, no response, no order. Finally got a tracking number and found that my order had been delivered to an address in CA. I live in OK, which was clearly stated when I ordered. Contacted the company several more times and still no response. PayPal had paid them and I have lodged a complaint with PayPal.

Long Wait, Still Not Received, Bad Communication

I placed an order on July 18th which was 22 business days ago. I e-mailed your company on August 12th inquiring about an ETA. There has been ZERO communication what so ever from this company. Your site states to allow 3-7 business days for processing and 9-15 business days for shipping. It's been 22 business days now, where is my order? This purchase was made a month ago in anticipation to give as a birthday gift on August 26th. Where is my order?

Don’t waste your money

I bought 3 kits, that were shipped to an address in another state (per the tracking info), and have been writing to this company for over a week trying to get someone to help with my problem. No response. Nothing. I want my paint kits or my money back

Poor customer service

I ordered in April. Shortly after my order my address changed and I notified the company and I received an email confirming the address change. Skip ahead to July and I still don't have my order. I received notice from the shipper that it was sent in early July to the wrong address. I have sent numerous emails prior to shipment and after regarding my order. I have not received any response to my issue. Not sure if I will ever receive my order or receive a refund Extremely poor customer service. First and last order from me.

4 Months - No Order or Resolution

I have been a customer of BestPaintByNumbers for years, mostly using them to paint from my own photos and I ordered a pre-fabricated order of 3 prints in March 2025 that was in a bundle and never received them. After inquiry, they said there was a shipping issue and would send a replacement order. I never received that order either and have followed up several times with no response from them again. I will be taking my business somewhere else going forward and will dispute the charges if they don't respond to my last request for a solution which I submitted today, July 18th. I think 4 months is long enough for them to sit on an issue and then ignore a customer that has given them multiple orders - likely over 30 or more. Go elsewhere folks.

I would give them a zero

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered on May 30th and contacted them on June 30th, wondering where my painting was, and was told they never got my picture. Asked for my money back, 3 times, no response. Then I finally asked them just to make the picture and uploaded it, still no response. It was an anniversary gift, and now, I don't want to try anyone else for fear of getting ripped off again. Please do not waste your money

Still waiting after two months. …

I ordered from this company two years ago. It was slow is shipping. But the project turned out good. So I ordered again. It’s been two months and I still don’t have a kit. I’ve contacted them 10 times and still haven’t received a response. Don’t order from them if you don’t want them to steal your money.

I placed an order with PaintByNumbers over two months ago and have still not received my paints. I’ve emailed them multiple times and never received a response. At this point, it feels like fraud. This company takes your money and disappears. Do not trust them

SCAMMER ALERT

I ordered in May 29, 2025 and never received my package.

I am very suprise and disapointed in this company. I bought a pack of paintings in March 2025 and received my order 3 weeks later. I decided to buy again, but never received my package since. I contacted the client service multiple times, without an answer.

3 custom pop art paint by number kits never received

I ordered 3 custom pop art paint by number kits on Jan 5, 2025. Today is July 8, 2025. I have yet to receive the kits and the customer service deptmt has stopped communications with me. I have paid $165 and never received my kits. I would like to believe that this company just got in over its head, but like some of the other reviewers have mentioned, maybe it was a scam all along.

Horrible company

Horrible company! Bought two kits and received one free. I waited months for the kits to arrive. When they were finally delivered they messed my order up. They sent two of the same image and one of another image I sent. The third pic was missing. It was a birthday gift for my DIL. She doesn’t need two kits of the same image. I reached out and they acknowledged the mistake after I sent pics. Said they would make it right. That was April 12th. It’s now July 8th. I emailed them again last week and asked where the kit was and have been completely ignored. This company is terrible. Please don’t do business with them. You will regret it.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Don’t waste your money on this company like I did. Ordered their buy 2 get one free custom paint kits
On April 12th and now it’s June 21st and have not received it yet . Customer service - there is none. Their website says they will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours. lies.!!! After many attempts to get information on my order. I have yet to receive one response from them. Find a different company .

Horrible Horrible customer service....please don't use them

i had used them over a dozen times and the last package contained the wrong paint.
Despite over 30 emails and 3 months they have failed to send me the correct paint even tho they acknowledged sending the wrong paint.
If this is how they treat an ongoing customer, i will never use them again and hope you won't either.
