Fantastic night! Claire who came to check everything was ok on our table was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was brilliant

Reading venue Brilliant - The food was so lovely and piping hot, how on earth they produced so much food so hot was beyond me! It was also sooo tasty!! The organisation was brilliant from the red light showing the waiters where to go with the food, to the bars and bar staff were so friendly (I chatted to two ladies that worked in Ibiza and I chatted they were so lovely) and even Ryan on the door (yes I asked his name lol) Music was great and entertainment was fun. All inclusive wrist bands were a great hit with the staff and made it easier at the bar. It was quite hot in the venue and music was loud but there was an outside area to cool down. All in all great night organised with the help of Alyx at Best Parties Ever (and for the negative nancy reviewer no I don't work for them its a genuine good review!!)

The venue was beautiful and well organised. Staff were friendly and helpful and considering the amount of people you never had to wait long to get a drink.
The food was lovely, the entertainment was really good and the music was great! There was 20 of us and everyone said what an excellent night, will definitely be booking next year!

Went to the Roaring Twenties party last year at Beeston Hockey Club, and had such a good time that we booked again this year for the Electric Jungle. We were not disappointed. The whole night really was well organised and professionally run. You can see that the managers and staff care, from the greetings at the door to staff on the bar and at the tables. We forgot to order a vegetarian dish for my wife, and when we were bought chicken, we thought we'd be waiting ages. A minute later, her food was there.

Needless to say, after our great time, we will definitely be back next year and can't wait to see the concept.

Some of the worst event organisation I have ever seen, security guards chasing people down the street. Security guards punching people for no reason. Security guards confronting ambulance workers.
This events company should be shut down immediately. What a shambles.

Great atmosphere. Staff were great and food not bad at all. However, please replace your terrible sound system with something from this century. Those old Martin 12” fold back speakers are knackered. Apart from that. ***

Reading venue.
TLDR: Music too loud, food too poor, no qualified service.

Music too loud. so you cannot enjoy the company of your party. I shall not discuss the music taste of the man with the microphone - no, I shall not call him a DJ, he is the guy who presses play.

Food is a shame.
The starter was a dry tartlet with grit and sand or "dietary fiber", how do you manage to suck all the flavour out of goat cheese?
The mains was chicken (?) that was thoroughly boiled to make sure no flavour was left and then covered with a non descriptive sauce, one single carrot the size of my pinky, baked while still unwashed, one single stem of broccoli almost entirely but not quite completely uncooked, the small kind, and probably cranberry jam - I could only use the colour and the sweetness to identify it as there was no texture or flavour (edit, the menu says spiced cabbage--since when spices have no flavour?). The unlucky bird was sitting on a bed of cheesy potatoes that wanted to grow up to be potatoes dauphinoise, I could eat only the potatoes without gagging. The menu said "seared" chicken. I am pretty sure that the meaning of this word does not include boiling.
Between the starter and the mains, the organisers thought that a fire show was in order, so there was someone waving a kerosene soaked burning stick that finished the show just in time for the horrible smell to reach each table as the food was coming. Charmingly timed. They did want us to skip the chicken as they KNEW what they had done to it.
I left before the deserts because, even if I wanted to, and I didn't, I could not have just drank myself numb, I stopped at the first drink because the GIN was fake, counterfeit, refilled bottle, scam, fraud. I did not touch the wine as it was cheaper than the tap water on the table. I did try the "Italian prosecco" and I was ashamed.
The whole time I, as many others, were sitting on chairs that were rocking every time someone walked by as the base of the floor of the marquee must have come loose and nobody thought of fixing it. So I also started to get sea sick.
There was a magic trick: I asked for an extra napkin as mine was accidentally bumped to the ground during service - someone from the staff nodded and then proceeded to forget immediately - did not see the magician, tho'.
On the way out I asked for the event manager and my request was ignored.
To everybody that gave 5 stars: you muppets, in the literal sense, I think you are people hired by the company that wear sock puppets over their hands as they type the 5 star review.
Closing note, the toilets - They might have been cleaned once before the event started, then you know what happens as people get more and more drunk and nobody checks on the state of the toilets.
I have a recommendation for the company - close down.
I have a recommendation for all customers and prospect customers, you don't deserve to be treated like this. There's no need to pay for a pre packaged event when the content of the package is sub standard, the local greasy spoon will give you better food, service, ambience and only charge you fairly.

Music too loud. Entertainment is basic at best and the food is dry, flavourless and pityful. cheapest bottles served in the most expensive drinks you can find around and non existent service. The potatoes were nice. I wish i never spent the money on this awful company.
To the company, do. Not bother replying unless you're willing to refund my money. I don't want to deal with you anymore. Shame.

It's a party not a disco. Lower the music. People want to talk to each other. The DJ is not the star of the show.
It's a dinner - stop spraying noxious chemicals while we eat - I am talking about the fire show.
It's a celebratory dinner for Christmas - please make sure the food tastes good and it's actually what's written on the menu.

For the company again - do not contact me again - I do not wish to remember any of that evening again.

We've just had our works Christmas Party at the Southampton venue. What an amazing night we all had!! Everyone who attended had only positive comments of the night. The food was delicious & the Dodgems were definitely a highlight. The entertainment was extremely good also! We've already requested to book for next year which we're all really looking forward to. Thank you to Best Parties Ever.

Had the absolute best night at Ardingly on Friday night, been to Best Parties a few times now and have to say it's just getting better and better! The venue looked stunning, the show was spectacular, the food, considering it's mass catered was all hot, well presented and super tasty. Great bar staff, fab entertainment at the casinos and the dodgems....well just hilarious! Worth getting the drinks package, we went for premium and had a great range of cocktails, prosecco, beers and spirits so plenty of choice for everyone. everyone up dancing all night...well, until the bacon rolls were served! See you next year for another fab night!

Booked for the second year, great atmosphere, amazing cocktails and performances. Everyone had an amazing night and can’t wait to come back again!

We had THE BEST PARTY EVER last year at Syon Park and I’m so excited to be returning this year. We have a lot of different ages to please in my football team but the entertainment, food, DJ and atmosphere was amazing. The staff were so happy and helpful too. Roll on Xmas 2023!!

DETLING SHOW GROUND AVOID! DON’T USE THEM! 26 of us went last year and it was a shambles. No cocktails by 19:15 - no prosseco - no vodka or gin all by 21:00hrs. Dinner didn’t come out until 22:30 and it was crap (some didn’t get any). Acts - rubbish and no refund (not even partial) they just want to invite you back at a discount! Communication takes months also.

I have booked 'Best Parties Ever' for our corporate Christmas do for 4 years running [with a one year break due to covid]. Unfortunately, we have seen the value for money and quality of service determinate massively. Drink prices have gone up, less atff on the bars, they no longer include the use of the dodgems in the tickets and the performances are now clearly done to a tight budget..

Last December was the worst time we have had in all our years there. We had two attendees with dietary requirements. When the food was served, the two attendees sat for 10 minutes without any food until the remainder of the food had gone cold [which didn't take long at all as it was lukewarm] or had finished. I'd like to say this was a one off but it happened on every course and left everyone really uncomfortable.

The whole experience has gotten incredibly expensive of what is on offer and its safe to say, we will not be booking again the future. Sad really as they clearly have put profit above customer experience which has resulted in losing returning trade - poor business concept.

Visited Syon in early December. Group of 36. Great event, entertainment was spot on. Evening went smoothly, some delays with food but nothing major. Just enquired to rebook my whole company again for this year!

DETLING SHOW GROUND - MAIDSTONE - AVOID!

26 people.
• First set of 13 people arrived at 1845hrs.
• I had to queue for 40 minutes to swap the wristbands that were sent to me (wrong parcel). When I got to the women they weren’t even there to be swapped as you stated in your emails below.
• Whilst queueing one of my colleagues came to me to say at 1905hrs that they had RAN OUT of pornstar martinis – 5 minutes after the party had started!!!
• Second set of 13 people arrived at 1930hrs – I went out to give them their wristbands as the 1st bouncer said they could come through without queueing as we were already in but as I got up the queue another jobs worth bouncer said no and made them stand in the cold for 40 minutes until they could get through.
• 2010hrs - NO PROSSECO! So for the women who don’t drink anything else had nothing. I went to the women in charge and told them how awful this night was going so far and now this (tables 76 & 91). They eventually brought over 2 bottles for 7 women to share for the rest of the night – even though we had premium wristbands…
• 2100hrs – NO BEER and NO PINK GIN!
• The drink options were STANDARD drinks – you specified on the wristband choices that premium gave premium drinks and cocktails etc. The cocktails ran out, no prosseco and the vodka etc was the same watered down rubbish vodka – nothing premium about that! Bar staff just said ‘its our last night’.
• You stated a show/acts would be on. A couple of dancers and aerial dancers don’t cut it.
• Around 2000hrs the DJ announced food was coming so can everyone start taking their seats. We didn’t get starters for another hour and for myself I didn’t even get a starter (which I had to wait and ask and then complain to the same women who I spoke to about the drinks).
• Dinner arrived 2200hrs – again I didn’t get a dinner and never got one.

I am so angry and saddened that all this happened in such a small space of time as we were all looking forward to it and had spent over £3000! We spent £1700 on wristbands which quite frankly were an absolute waste of money and time!!

The entertainment, staff and food were all brilliant!
We had a few people with food allergies in our group and the staff were really helpful, nothing was an issue for
them.
We are already talking about booking again this year!

This is the 2nd time I've been to there Christmas party. The 1st was great fun and I really enjoyed myself. This year it's obvious they've tried to improve. Adding a mix of crumble to the happy, help yourself desert was a winner. The food was on point as always and entertainment always pushes your buttons lol. Keep up the good work and I'll keep returning. Thanks for a great party guys.xx

I am still reminiscing an amazing time had in Newcastle this year for our works do..the scenes were incredible, bar staff were so friendly, and we even got invited to dance with the entertainment for the finale!! The atmosphere was just incredible, will definitely be booking again in 2023
