'Electric Jungle' Farnborough
I attended the 'Electric Jungle' BestPartiesEver.com party in Farnborough on the 16/12/21 with a group of girl friends. What an evening from start to finish!
Perfect in size, the venue was warm, staff welcoming, beautifully decorated and extremely well catered. All dietary requirements were checked and catered for, the two bars well staffed and stocked, entertainment fab and music playlist perfect. We had an amazing evening, dancing all night only stopping for the dodgems, to grab an ice cream or sneak a doughnut or two - will definitely be back next year just might pre book a taxi as Uber seemed unable to pick us up!

What a sneaky and devious company this lot are- removing complaints, no refunds, changed terms and conditions as COVID grew, keep removing facebook complaints from thousands of customers. Come on Trustpilot, do you authentication properly!!
Not only will they not refund, they want to charge you what you 'would have spent' - the cheek!!
Yes, you are compliant with the latest Gov guidelines, but you are unethical - despite not getting our money back, we will ensure that we tell every local company, friend and family member so as not to line your greedy pockets in the future.

We do have huge sympathy with our guests who are unable to attend our Christmas party or do not feel it is advisable to attend one of our events.
We hate being so inflexible and unhelpful in not allowing clients to use their monies to be deferred to a party next year. However, we have spent over 3.5 million pounds on hiring our venues, building our structures, equipping, furnishing and dressing these venues and none of these costs can be postponed to next year. Furthermore we have contracts with our teams of staff, security, entertainers and numerous other personnel and we must pay them for their services even if there are a large number of late cancellations and no shows.
We lost 2 million pounds in 2020 which equated to the profits of years and years of effort and if we chose to defer the payments of all of those choosing to cancel this year to next year we would once again incur huge losses that would threaten our very survival. We therefore have no choice but to be strict and inflexible and we sincerely hope that our clients understand this is the only course of action that allows our business to continue.

Brilliant evening!
Brilliant evening with a group of girlfriends. Had so much fun at the electric jungle party! Drinks and food were amazing, plus the entertainment and music was incredible. Really high quality service and polite staff. Felt safe due to covid passport checking and good distancing where possible.

Decent night out with workmates
Decent night out with friends at the sussex showground, shame there were a few empty tables because of covid (nhs covid proof was checked on the door) but overall the acts were decent, food good for the occasion and workmates all had some fun on the dodgems and casino.

Great Party !
Had such a great evening here ! The food was nice and staff were very good at making sure I had the correct options (I am a Vegan). Venue staff and office staff were very helpful in assisting with our booking too. Overall a great party, can't wait for next year !!

Went to the Christmas party at Reading and had an amazing time! All the staff were lovely and friendly, making sure we had all we needed. The entertainment was great, we personally loved the dodgems and the DJ at the end. Our whole table had a great time, would definitely come again!

Went to a Electric Jungle party on 16/12/21 with a group of friends. What a fabulous evening we had! The entertainment was great, food was delicious and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Reassuring that vaccine passports were required on entry, enabling us to relax and make the most of the evening. The dodgems provided some fun too! All in all, a great evening 🥂🤩

Great party at Reading Venue
Great party at Reading Venue. The setting was breathtaking, the staff were polite and welcoming. Had a really good time with my colleagues, enjoying the entertainment and food. Really loved the donut wall and ice cream from panandice machine. The dodgems were great addition to the fun as well. Will definitely be back next year!

Amazing party
We have just had the most amazing Christmas get together at Bestpartiesever last night.
The venue was both atmospheric and spacious - we loved the entertainment -
So great to get together as a group of friends.
Several of our guests were vegetarian and said the Butternut squash and bean cassoulet was delicious
Dessert stations of ice cream and doughnuts were such fun

GOT COVID - NO REFUND AS PROMISED WHEN BOOKED!
Booked work Christmas party @£118 each. With covid in mind, we checked out their policy which said at the time “if you return a positive result you will be refunded”. Unfortunately my husband and I have just today tested positive so I called them to be told there would be no refund!!! Strangely enough the covid policy on their website has now changed!!!! What an absolute rip off! Surely a big company like this would have insurance???? Please don’t bother sending me a generic copy and paste reply either!!!!!!

Work Christmas Do - shocking and NOT worth of money paid
We have attended a Christmas Do on 10/12/2021 in Windsor. Firstly, we have not received any complimentary drink that we supposed to. Starter and main course was extremely dry and bland, vegetables was raw. The chicken was so dry that we could not even swallow it properly. Nobody informed us about dessert, we found out that there was a donut wall with only a few donuts left, also no consideration was given for hygiene and COVID-19, with numerous people touching donuts. It was literally disgusting. At the end sausage rolls and bacon rolls were served - the buns were stale and extremely dry and utterly tasteless. The buns were served on a big plate, we have observed a waitress walking around, one person approaching her, touching majority buns, she then continued serving it to others. The entertainment was taking place whilst our dinner was served which was difficult to watch and eat, especially when some people's back was facing the podium. The music was SIMPLY BAD the whole evening, it was nearly impossible to dance on such choice of poor music (unless someone would be completely drunk). We were looking forward to "the best party ever", however we left with a great disappointment. We have paid £65 per person for dry and tasteless food, no dessert, no complimentary drink and shocking music. Never again.

Attended for a work do
Attended for a work do, it was clear that all the staff hadn't been educated on where things were in the venue. The dodgems were no where to be found and when we did locate them it was 10 pm. We had pre paid tickets so we kept coming back to the dodgems between 10 & Midnight and each time they were off & no one was to be seen. Eventually, I spoke to one of the bar staff who knew that the dodgems existed and explained the issue, he said he would go speak to the manager about turning the dodgems on for our company to use. When the man returned, he apologised and handed me some contact details to which he said I would need to write to them for a refund.
Yesterday I have emailed as requested and have been told that the dodgems were on and available for party members and they will not be issuing a refund. So I now have 11 dodgem tickets that we could not use and will not even be refunded.
Food was ok - veggie option very very bland and unseasoned. Many party members commented on the main course being barely edible & the desserts looked like defrosted iceland cakes on a plate to share across the whole table.
Entertainment itself was not impressive. Silent disco was so tiny and headsets were not being monitored/sanitised after use by a member of staff. 'Casino' was a couple of roulette tables.
All in all, party is incorrectly advertised. Do not pay attention to the photos because they are not at all close to the venue. Do not order tokens in advance because the entertainment does not exist and if it does it is out of order. Unhelpful online customer service who suggest that you are being untruthful.
In all honesty, I wish I had read the reviews before booking the party. I was the person who chose to book here after finding it online and attending to one about 5 years ago. Very disappointed with the party and lack of refund over something that wasn't your fault.
If you don't want to be blamed for booking a rubbish Christmas party, then don't book this one.

Won’t give a refund, even though we have covid and can’t attend legally.
We have covid and your telephone advisor has said we can’t get a refund for our tickets or drinks packages, leaving us £236 out of pocket when we legally can’t leave the house to attend.
Can you please confirm that your policy is to not refund customers who have covid? If so, does this comply with government guidelines to businesses?
When you inevitably reply with the same copy-and-paste reply you have sent other people in the same situation, saying “the event’s going ahead so no refunds are due lol” then my follow up question is do you think your approach is ethical? We have covid. We are contagious. It is illegal for us to leave the house. Are you suggesting that we should come to your event? Or are you saying that we should be out of pocket?

Not as good as last time!
10 friends attended the Southampton party and even though we enjoyed ourselves, it was no where as good as the last time we attended about 4 years previously.
The decorations were ok but the entertainment was average at best. The food was just ok and the staff didn't know anything about anything. My niece is gluten intolerant - what is the point of filling out a guest list with this information if no one takes any notice of it. The pudding was a copout with just a few bits on a plate.
We would not return again which is a shame as I was expecting it to be as great as the first time!
