My wife ordered me a doll from best real doll as a gift and it wasn't until recently I was informed about the fact the order was placed 2 weeks ago . When the website says they ship 2-5 bussniess days . She has called non stop contacted customer support just to be answered by a voicemail that is full . She's contacted fed ex just to be told the label was created but the manufacture hasn't scheduled the doll for pick up . She's also contacted customer service just to be responded by a automated response. Or service is currently unavailable. This is so shady and most definitely a scam if we don't get a full refund of the 800 dollars back or somthing is done about this we will most definitely be fileing with small claims court. Horrible experience and definitely not a reputable company . Makes me wonder if all there good reviews on there site are just as scamming and full of lies as this experience has been .

Scam
This is a scam company. Before placing my order, the customer service was excellent. As soon as I paid, the company started telling lies about the order. They claim the label was created and that FedEx is just late in picking up. When I reached out to FedEx, they stated that the pick-up was never scheduled. The company is flat out lying. There was a phone number on the label picture so I called that number and they said they do not know anything about this package. They've been avoiding me. $800 is a lot. I expect a full refund. If not, small claims court it is.
Edit: FedEx finally gave me a delivery date, not changing or deleting my review until I get my doll. I should get some sort of refund for the nightmare I've been dealing with.
EDIT: MY ORDER CAME INTO UTAH & THEY IMMEDIATLEY RETRACTED IT, DON'T DO IT. LEARN FROM ME.

I absolutely love my doll that I named…
I absolutely love my doll that I named Olivia. The only thing that I wish would of been better is stronger glue for the eyelashes. Reason being is hair strands got caught on them and easily separated. I plan on replacing them soon, but other than that overall very happy. Course now, I have to get used to moving her around and positioning her, lol.

Honest review!! I was very nervous about ordering from this company due to all the reviews I’ve read & also the price of the dolls kinda had me worried thinking it was a scam! So I mean I was definitely hesitant to say the least wrote in forums about this place for people’s opinions about the company I mean I did research cause I wasn’t trying to loose $500! So I went ahead and ordered my first doll from them i payed I think it was like $475 I used one of those codes it gives on website doll was $549 and code made it $475 now from doing research from other websites and seeing their prices i was like yup! I’m definitely getting scammed l! Lol 😂 but i wasn’t trying to spend like 1,800 on doll & the same doll I got is around like 1,300/1,500 on other real known websites that are really established! But ordered it and i ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered that following Wednesday! I was concerned at first cause when it came to Saturday it just kept showing status unfulfilled, so I was getting nervous that I just got scammed cause I’m going off other people’s reviews! So I messaged them tried calling on phone got nothing I was in panic mode at that point! But came Monday morning I got a email and text about my question of where my shipment was and they sent me all the tracking information & link for it! So I seen where it was it was still at there company on Monday all day in California & by Tuesday it was in my home state and then on Wednesday it was delivered! The doll was the exact same doll I ordered,Thank God! And there was actually no damage to the doll they had it packaged really nice and tight & secured in there for the doll. There was also no weird odor on or coming from the doll so I’m pretty sure I just hit the jackpot to get the same doll at half the price then any other companies! I mean from the first experience I had with buying from bestrealdoll I would definitely buy again from here! I’d be a fool to spend more elsewhere! Now how would it go the second round I don’t know! Lol 😂 I would say that would be the ultimate test!! Lmao 🤣 but I will eventually! Not saying that you will not have a bad experience from them that, I don’t know! But this is my experience and I guess I got the luck out of the bunch compared to others! But I would recommend especially if you on a budget the quality is really good!
