Ok so I didn’t know if this was a scam or not. A competing doll site even says “you’ll never find a good doll for $500.”

But my doll came in 5 days and it’s perfect! Exactly as described, kissable soft, looks great, very posable, this won’t be the last doll I buy from bestrealdoll!

My doll arrived about a week ago. She came in a long box, which told me that little assembly was involved. I was right-- only the head needed to be attached, yay!

Even though the box was a little damaged by the folks at FedEx, she was in perfect condition when I opened it. Bestrealdoll did an excellent job of packing my darling sweetheart. Kudos to them!

If this is your first doll, I would recommend Bestrealdoll 100 percent.

Had ordered a doll on 25 June 2024
Got a label for shipment on 16-July 2024 at UPS.
Now it's 20-Sept 2024 and still got nothing.
They gave me a ship to follow but that wasn't the ship that has my package and is on it's way to other destinations.
Got this reported at the police, at my bank, at iDEAL and at UPS.

Watch out peeps, they are scammers and laugh at you after payment on their website chat.

And no, you can't set this straight anymore. You lied and laughed at me on your website. You will hear from other parties now.
I tried couple of times but you would not listen.
Now it's at the government. I already gave you multiple times option to resolve this but you didn't and started laughing. Hope that your bank account will be blocked.

You lied again just now. That's not my tracking number and not the correct order number. Now you just guessing. Stop trying so hard. It's already at the police and government. Now you lie again about some other order or a fake order that is send to me. Second time already.

Now you come to say that shipping day's is 40 and then 2 weeks on top of it. That makes it lower then 62 day's.
I read more scams about your site. Police and government is after you now.

No not 40 working day's. Ships that are under way not gonna stop for the weekend.
Ports also don't stop working.

I already knew it when you started about the no refund policy on customized dolls. But it's a customization of your own things.

As This was my first doll I didn't know what to expect but she blew me away. Great customer service and quick shipping, only took 5 days to arrive in new york from California. The free 2nd tpe head they sent with the body exceeded my expectations by alot. The hard silicone head came a few days later just like they said it would and it is fantastic, she's beautiful. Don't hesitate to order from here they are the real deal. She is everything I was hoping for and much much more. Beware she is heavy! I love it it adds to the realism but thank you bestrealdoll for making this a flawless experience!

I ordered a doll and its quality was amazing, it shipped quick and was discrete and the best prices I could find for dolls. With pretty decent tech support however they are located in Hong Kong so it’s a pit of a time zone difference but other that 20/20

This company is fantastic and 100% deserves more love in my opinion. My experience with customer service has been excellent, timely and satisfactory replies to all my queries. Shipping was great with a caveat: received my doll in a timely manner (one week after placement of my order). However, the silicone doll head that I ordered for my tpe bodied doll was delayed one week. Once I received her, she looked very close to what I saw in the product description, very close. You must understand the pics you see on any site, even the high priced ones vary. Professional photo shoots are very much a thing. Anyway, not only did I receive the original silicone head (very beautiful and life-like), I also received a second silicone head, again very beautiful and life-like. Joints can be slightly stiff at first, but nothing abnormal. Man for the price I'm blown away truly. I feel like I received a high end doll (two actually if you include the second silicone head) for 50% off. Actually strike that, this IS a high end doll for 50% off. This company deserves far more respect. I will definitely do business with them again.
