Great customer service both on the phone when booking and trying to sort out dates and also lovely men packing and unpacking

Excellent friendly service. The pod was ideal for us as we were unsure ow long we would need storage and it was so flexible and gave us the opportunity to pack and unpack at our leisure.

My overall experience so far with PODS from telephone conversations to the actual pick up of my possessions has been a efficient, friendly and professional service. I would recommend this company highly.

Fantastic service from the start from the PODS team. I opted for the loading service and the guys were polite and helpful and everything was stored within an inch of their life and securely. Made very good use of the space and have been very impressed. Would highly recommend.

This company was such a find, by using PODS we significantly reduced the risk of damage that comes with double handling of items that would’ve been a concern with using separate removals and a self storage unit. The service was excellent, staff very helpful and always tried to accommodate us for dates etc. The team were very fast and efficient whilst remaining professional for both the loading and offloading service and very considerate when unloading our furniture into our new home. I’d definitely recommend, in fact I have already done so to a couple of work colleagues who have similar circumstances to ourselves and requiring storage services.

I had never heard of PODs before but after a friend gave me a leaflet, I decided to try them for my house removal. Helen was extremely helpful on the telephone, the paperwork was easy to follow. The POD was delivered exactly on time, we loaded it over several days, which is very easy as it is ground floor access. The POD was delivered to my new address and unpacked by the delivery guys. I have been very impressed.

Moving house was really stressful and didn’t go to plan hence I needed storage but putting my stuff in storage with pods was really easy. The guys packed up and then unpacked efficiently and were really friendly. They really tried to be as helpful as possible. Would use them again but hopefully will never need to!

Excellent service from Pods. From initial enquiry, through to loading service - everything has been spot on and communication has been great. Pods couldn’t do enough for us and have removed a lot of the stress out of what has been a difficult time for us. Just hope the unload goes just as well, which I’m sure it will.

Pods are really great! they make the whole stressful process of moving house so much easier. They arrange a time for the pod to be dropped off and then they collect it when you arrange with them for it to go. It can also go to storage which is a brilliant option if you are not moving straight into your new home. They are really easy to get hold of on the phone and deal with any questions or issues in a really professional manner. I can't fault them, I'd use them again but I'm not planning on moving, so in that case I recommend them to everyone else who is moving!

I came across PODs via a leaflet through the door during my conveyancing. This way of house moving was unfamiliar to me, I was only aware of the traditional method of hiring removal men to arrive on the day of moving.
PODs offers flexibility. I asked for the Pod to arrive 3 days before move date to allow me to start packing up my belongings and store in the pod. This made moving day less stressful in terms of moving my belongings. The Pod is picked up on moving day and transported to the new address. Although my belongings were not insured whilst they remained in the pod (separate insurance needs to be sought, unless your current home insurance covers it. Mine didn’t. PODS were more than helpful in directing me to another insurer who did) the POD and it’s contents are however insured by PODs during transportation on moving day.
The beauty of Pods is that the hire is for at least 4 weeks, so your are not in a rush to remove all your belongings once moved. I was able to decorate a couple of rooms in my new home and then move the furniture into those rooms.
The only downside to the pod is, I was told it was big enough for a 3 bedroom house with shed house move. It wasn’t and I had to organise a van hire. That said, I would definitely recommend PODS it’s a much cheaper alternative to the traditional style of house moving.

From making that first call to PODS the service has been excellent. From receptionist to the guys that moved and dismantled the furniture and put it all back together again.( excellent) thank you all!

A life saver, we were renovating our house and needed to store are things. From the moment I rang the office I new I was dealing with professionals. Helen was amazing for organising the swift delivery.
, next day , and as for the delivery driver, he manoeuvred the pod with laser precision in to position!
Having the pod on the drive meant we could access our things as we needed which we did frequently.
Billing simply and as we wanted to slow moving are things back we kept on delaying pick up , we loved the pod!

Would definitely recommend pods brilliant service from start to finish very professional and all staff really helpful and polite, we stored all our furniture for nearly six months and everything that has now been unpacked is in excellent condition.

Our items have been in storage for 5 months and we finally got our new home and arranged for it to be delivered. We were given an option of a couple of dates all convenient and quick, the pod arrived on time and was unloaded efficiently and the lad friendly. Everything was in the same condition as when it was loaded and the whole process has been stress free. Would highly recommend.
