Awesome service Sofia

They say they test their engines but I would not trust them. The engine I purchased was advertised as a good engine with less than 60k miles. I had it installed. It had a fairly loud tick in the valve train. It also had a cracked oil pan that had been covered in RTV so it was hardly noticeable. Long story short 3 months later (only 200 miles) the engine threw a connecting rod due to main bearing failure. They don't want to speak with my mechanic and they won't offer me any help because it has been 3 months..... STAY AWAY!!!!!

Response to follow-up. They never offered me a discount. I would never buy from them again anyway. Dishonest business in my opinion.

This was my 1st time using this company and I can honestly say it was fairly smooth. Sofia Bloom kept me informed on my tracking details every step of the way. It was a quick and very easy experience. Very quick turnaround. I was constantly being informed of my order which made it a lot more pleasant. Sofia was really great to work with!

We are still in the process of putting the transmission in but so far the experience has been good all around Sofia bloom has been in constant contact so i like that if this transmission is good I will definitely recommend so to be continued...........

After spending so much time replacing my motor with this company’s used motor I find out it is blown up and I spent another 180$ for a mechanic to tell me this. Would not recommend doing business with them at all
