Bestwallet 

The wallet is very basic and I don't know yet about their safety protocols. But their help desk was very quick to respond and kept responding swiftly until my issue was solved. An issue created by another platform. Not by best wallet. So kudos to them. Normally these online platforms never respond, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Has anyone been able to download this app from playstore in the last month? Waiting this long to download an app I have my assests in is highly ridiculous and unacceptable. I just hope I did not fall for a scam wallet.

Everything is easy and the after sales dept is immediatly here to help you if needed.
I had invested into 3 new crypto and I have received my tokens each time.
So I recommand it.

Tokens disappear claims don't work this is just a big scam.

This is what happened to me yesterday when the presale Solaxy went live for claiming. I had purchased 1.2 million tokens and staked them, which was a big mistake. I had total rewards of a little over half a million. I opened the Best Wallet app to claim, and to my surprise, I saw that the tokens were already claimed in the wallet app. So I decided to move the Solaxy tokens to another wallet, and before I could make the transfer, they were stolen again. I have always believed that BEST WALLET runs these scams regularly. I have two more presale purchases with this company, and this, too, will be stolen like the other six presale investments I have made with them. Never trust their responses when they reply asking you to create a ticket, because then you're targeted. Rest assured, they will never respond to the countless emails. They are a 100% scamming company. I will never recommend anyone to be a part of these scammers.

Best Wallet is great as a wallet. While pre sales appear to offer a great opportunity for early rewards, I have never made any profit in Best Wallet promoted presales. The people that truly make the profit are, surprise, the creators of the pre sales token, yes they are scammers in plain sight. They will get the opportunity to sell the tokens before us retailers thus taking peak profit and we get the scraps which is less than you invested. It engenders excitement, a short term dopamine hit like any gamble but there is only one winner, the house! None of these presale tokens have gone on to do anything spectacular. My advice, don t waste your money, just buy Bitcoin, Link, Ondo, Etherum during the dips and hold. Anything that promotes 100x this and that, who cares, ignore such claims you won t win time and time again.

I sended a ticket 1 week ago and still haven’t receive a reply lol. What a joke. Must be a scamming company. I asked in my ticket why i don’t see the sell options in my dashboard

This should be called worst wallet. It easy to receive your money but try getting your money back. Support doesn't answer. It has over $600 of my moneyETH that it won't send to another wallet it says it's an error. Don't buy or the join the cryto presale don't send your money if there are any attorneys out there with a class action please contact me . They should not be doing business and it's a scam. I have contacted support numerous times and it crickets. Trust pilot you should investigate. They are a scam . Do Not Send Your Crypto to this wallet or you'll never see it again. I have emailed them going on 2 weeks now

Then you should probably check your reviews. You have a 2.2 r a ting for a reason. I sent the information you requested in an email per your email last night so not sure why you're asking for tge info again....probably should l d look for that email and fix the problem or read the reviews and fix the problem. I just want the problem fixed. You can easily receive money but sending it is the problem .... fix that...also per my earlier email l will write to every article that is written about best wallet and tell them how you are scamming people.

There are many fake reviews here, espescially, thoose with only 1 reviews, dont trust them. Best wallet is 100 % scam, and thoose presales, all are scams.

Never buy pre sale tokens,
Best Wallet cooperates with all of them.
When the new tokens are released you have to pay gas fee and the value drops immediately.
You can't even sell, just exchange them for another token..

If you contact them it takes weeks before you get a response, and don't even try to contact them trough Telegram.
There they try to scam you out of more money..

The presale I bought 10,000 meme index I paid £275 and staked them for 600% rewards. A week after they go live it wants me to have £40 in ethereum to pay the blockchain to send them to my wallet. On that day I could buy 10,000 tokens directly on best wallet for £10.

So I lost the £275 I put in to start and the £40 to “claim”

The presales are a scam avoid at all costs.

The 5 star reviews you see are not genuine.

I put £35 on mind of Pepe in the presale, same issue.

Sadly I spent over £1200 on these presales and I’m sure it will be the same for the rest of these tokens…. AVOID!!!!!!

Trying to recover BTC from the Wallet now for 2 month. Customer service answers every two weeks and is saying now that my account was deleted!

I believe this is a scam!!! As i researched, i've found so much suspicious things showing up on Best Wallet.
In crypto world, those are clear sign of fraud and scam. Please avoid this, it is most likely a scam wallet.

Bought Mind of Pepe using Best wallet during presale. When the token went live on 6/3/25 I was unable to claim my tokens. I kept getting an error, so I finally opened up a ticket. It’s been three days. I’ve seen no resolution and I keep on getting from customer support it’s been escalated, as soon as I get a status update I’ll let you know, the product team is working on it, but in the meantime, I have no access to my tokens and have no control or ability to sell. Unfortunately, I have other pre-sales tokens with Best wallet I bought through this wallet that haven’t gone live yet and I’m stuck until the token goes live and I can claim and move my coins. I’m hoping I don’t have the same problem. So my warning is as tempting as it is to buy tokens that are associated with best wallet in the upcoming token section of the wallet, understand that you could potentially have the same problem that I have and not be able to get your money.
