I love my vail, is exactly what I wanted. The price was great and the shipping was quick.

It took too long to get any type of communication regarding the shipping of my order. Ultimately the item wouldn't reach me in time for my wedding and i had to cancel the order.

All I am able to comment on is the customer service. It was determined that the item would not arrive in time and they promptly refunded my money - no questions asked! Very much appreciated.

My veil has not shipped yet and it stated in the email it will ship in at most 10 days and it has been a lot longer than that. They say it will be in in time for my wedding but I do not want to wait months for this to come in

Unfortunately they keep asking me for a review but until now I have received nothing.

Have not gotten a confirmation of shipment and it's been place over 2 weeks

I ordered 3-5 day shipping and it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and they did not get back to me in a timely manner. They did eventually get back to me but it was too late and I had already purchased a different veil. At least they cancelled my order.

Really bad experience. Do not buy anything from them. All products are from China and not hand made. The customer service doesn’t exist, they won’t reply and you won’t have a refund.

Veil arrived last night, not overly concerned that it took about a month as it was stated it would take that long when I placed the order. I think the veil for my daughter's wedding will be great once it gets steamed etc. Sadly, however, the comb was completely broken in half. So now I am in search of someone local who can replace the comb, otherwise, it's completely unusable. The edging has some metallic thread running through it that wasn't quite visible in the image online, but not horrible enough to where we were displeased, just more of a surprise.

The veil was a great length and the lace was pretty. It was the 2-tier that was desired for during and after the ceremony. The comb was quality and stayed in the bride's hair. Was happy with this purchase.

Fake website and didn’t send the item at all. My money was deducted just like that. No response from the seller at all. This is a scam website guy! Don’t buy!!!

Double charged me, the description says the veil would be handmade in europe. While I was being charged 100 dollars from a "gorgeous dress" company and also a separate company in hong kong. Neither are based out of the UK.

If the price doesn't seem real... its probably because it's not. PERIOD.

The veil I got in the Mail is not according to the picture and discription on the webpage. It's a lot shorter in the front than in the back, and the fabric also looks way more delicate in the picture than the one used in the veil I received. The quality of the veil is very low.

The seller state that they are "a small independent company based out of the UK that specializes in handmade wedding veils and hair adornments" on their website, but this is false advertising as I received a veil from China. I contacted the seller to get a refund and return the item, and the seller refuses to pay for the shipping back to China. Due to the high postage fee there's no point in returning it, and I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't get a refund even if I returned it.

This is a scam, and I would not recommend ordering from this company.
