Money pulled from my account but no order number or email followed. Still trying to contact them to no avail. I believe I have been scammed. Wish I had read these reviews ahead of time but I was desperate.

Does not stand behind there product. Cones from china and postage to return is way to expensive. I say dont buy from this company. Total scam.

Absolutely stay away from this company!
Wig was not what was ordered. Paid the shipping to return. It got stuck at Customs in China, despite all fees being paid. My theory is they gave me a faulty address. I have been fighting for a refund for 6 months.
I keep getting responses to my emails that it is being processed. It is not.

Did I mention GARBAGE!!! My 81 year old Mother was devastated when she received this piece of CRAP! 1st was too large for a petite, 2nd was nothing like what was shown on website, 3rd quality was at best a dollar store throw away Halloween wig. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS CHINA GARBAGE! Return FORGET IT! It won't happen.

Worst wigs ever. Requested address to return for refund and the company refuses to give me a return address. The 2 wigs ordered are garbage.

I wish I had read these reviews before I dealt with this company. I ordered a wig which I wasn’t pleased with so ordered another. When I tried to return the first one, they wouldn’t honour their return policy, tried to get me to accept a small payment but wouldn’t even do that. Meanwhile the second wig came, and it was no better than the first one. Reached out but realized that they have no intention of accepting returns. Stay away.

Terrible product! Looks nothing like the pictures they use. They are poorly made and are generally crap. I wouldn't use it for a theatre production!! I know how to handle wigs and can't believe how bad these are. Also, requested a refund and can't even get the company to respond.

these are coming from China not Canada or US as stated. I received a piece of crap. falling apart not even close to what I ordered. small size is extra large. $183. this company is a scam don't order from them I want to return and they say it's more money only offering 5%refund.

I'm waiting for my delivery for long time and nothing happens, I believe that I lost my money, almost 200 dollars, really I don't recommend this company, totally unprofessional, scam ,criminals...I'm very disappointed with this company, try to read the reviews before and don't get the same mistake

After reading all the other reviews I realize it was a big mistake to order from bestwigs.ca. $191.00 down the drain! I placed an order with them but cancelled the order 8 hours later as I found the same wig cheaper on another site. Well guess what....didn't hear back from them for 2 days and was told too late for full refund!! Rather than lose the 20% I told them to go ahead with the order. It's now been a full month & I have not received my wig. Is this company really in China & if so why is website .ca.

I ordered a wig that once it was received looked like a skunk pelt. I have been offered 10% refund which was refused then a 15% refund which has been refused. Please do not buy anything from this company or any associated with it. I am now going to try other avenues to recoup my money. Cancer sucks to begin with then to have to deal with this is not right.

My wig was nothing like what I ordered, cant even put into words how I feel about being a cancer patient and being ripped off for hundreds of dollars, the wig looked like something that was cut off a cheap doll.

I am writing a scathing review. The wig I ordered was nothing like the picture. They are a COMPLETE SCAM!! The offered me 25% of what I paid for a refund. They need to take “ca” out of their title. All of their wigs come from China. A bunch of garbage. Do not order from these people.

I received a wig that no way resembled the photo from which I purchased. I could have driven it 5 minutes to the sending company, but had to return it to China instead at my expense. I followed all directions and kept them notified throughout. They stayed in contact with me until delivery was confirmed in China and I again asked them to refund me. No further contact from them. Thankfully, I had kept all records and Mastercard refunded me. This entire process took over 6 months to resolve and 2 years off my life. They should be closed down.

Do not buy from Best Wigs or Crystal Hair and Beauty (same company).
Thry are from China and scammers.
I ordered a brown 10" wig from them and received a blonde wig of 15" and 16" in length. The wig was absolutely horrible, it smelt too. Nothing like advertised on the arvert on Facebook!
I returned the wig back to China, then waited weeks for it to arrive after paying £12.99 to return.
Went through PayPal for a refund, Merchant offered $18.99 back, which didn't even cover the cost of the wig I purchased. They didn't care that I also paid the freight cost of $14.99.
In the end, PayPal managed to get me a full refund of £37.56 GBP. Please always research the company first on scammers.com, it will tell you if they are legit, which they are not.

Not a reputable company. Stay away, do not order from them. I made the mistake and the wig I received which was suppose to be human hair, smelled of cigarette smoke and the color was horrible. It was like horse hair so I proceeded to return it. After many, many emails requesting a refund and mailing the wig back, I still have not received my money back after 2 months. The return address they gave me was in China, when I emailed them about my refund they said they did not receive the wig. Lesson learned so I will buy wigs locally.
