I ordered a lace front wig and did not get a lace front wig. Because of that, it is unusable as it is not natural looking and doesn’t function the same. I emailed, they responded. I told them I wanted a full refund. They stopped replying to me. Also, their Refund Form on their website is rigged so you can never fully fill it out, ergo, it cannot be sent in and you are left holding the bag. The way it is rigged is it states for you to pick a reason for refund. However there are no drop down menus, no items to select or places to advise of your reason. So everytime I filled it out, it was unable to be processed because it was incomplete. I believe I’ve been robbed.

I ordered W901555568161 wig from Bestwigs.
Everything seemed in order.
Then I was told that I had complained to the Bank, which I had not done and my order was cancelled.
Todate I have not received my natural hair wig suitable for my cancer.
I have been promised a refund, but no refund to date.
Extremely stressful.

My experience are basically the same as all other.
I ordered a specific wig. What i received look like some kind of mop. The colour, style everything was wrong.
I have emailed them now 3 times.
1. First they ask met to take it to a barber to cut it like i want it. I told them i don't want this wig. I want the one i ordered.
2. Second email they responded exactly as the first one - asking me to take it to a barber.
3. Third email - I ask for refund or the correct wig. They respond: “If i am prepared to keep the wig they will give me 30% discount on my next purchase….”

How is it possible that this people are still in business?

I received my wig on Saturday. I was shocked. It looked like a shiny mop. Something you would buy a child to wear on Halloween. I'm pissed!! All that money gone. I'm trying to find a way to warn more people.Im going on twitter and IG. Take me to court. I will bring that mop in court. DONOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! PLEASE!

Attention. Please do not buy anything on BESTWIGS.SHOP. This is the biggest scam I've ever experienced in my entire life. They show you pictures of very nice wigs. I've ordered 13 different styles and they only shipped me 23 wigs of the same style. When you contact them, they offer you a discount of 40% and they tell you that it's better to accept it because shipping them will cost you more. They never refunded me the money and stopped the communication. I will not stop telling everyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BESTWIGS.SHOP. YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED ¹

They don't send me a wig the I order, bad, bad I lost my money.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!!! THEY ARE THIEVES. THE WIGS ARE CHEAP $ AND NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE ON THE WEBSITE. MY PAYMENT WAS FACILITATED THROUGH PAY PAL AND I AM SURE THEY ARE AWARE!!! THE WEBSITE IS STILL UP AND RUNNING!!!! at some point, these huge financial transaction company's ought to be held accountable as well.

They didn’t even send me a wig they sent me braiding hair $56 down the drain I knew it was too good to be true

FAKE FAKE FAKE!!! These are not lace wigs at all they’re cheap Walmart Halloween wigs they are god awful and the hair is fake and feels terrible and the wigs aren’t even parted the way they were in the pictures they’re parted straight down the middle and cannot be parted any other way. I paid for three day shipping and it took almost 3 weeks for the wigs to arrive. I can’t even return anything because both of the email addresses that they have listed for returns aren’t real email addresses and when you try to call the phone number it’s not in service. They stole my money and I’m extremely upset and I’m honestly fixing to report it and I’m gonna have to courts get my money back.

I would also give zero stars for this company. I ordered two wigs which did not resemble anything like the two wigs I ordered. I orderered petite and these are huge. These are curly I ordered straight cuts. They do not refund as they say as the refund form does not work. I got a response saying I can ship it back to China. No address nothing. SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I wish I could give this company no stars. This company is a scam. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I placed an order for several wigs. The wigs I received were not what was shown on the website. The hair pieces look more like they belong with a Halloween costume. Do not waste your money. They items were shipped from California but they want you to return the items to China with the shipping paid by you.

I asked them to cancel my order right after I saw these review and they kept making up excuses after excuses saying my item was shipped. But I’m reality my item is not even shipped yet, they’re aweful and don’t care about their customers at all 😐

Thank you guys so much for writing reviews on this company, because when I first got on the website the wigs were only $18 FOR A FREAKING HUMAN Hair WIG and I KNEW there was something fishy so I looked at the reviews on the website and this BESTWIGS company stole all of the reviews from ISEEHAIR and thank god they had picture that they stole so I knew the reviews were fake, so I came here and i cannot tell you guys how thankful I am to everyone who wrote a review on this company it is a total scam this company sucks and never shop from this site, and y’all make sure to do your research on wig company’s because some of them are total BS, but on a lighter note I do actually recommend ISEEHAIR they are a great company and very reliable and the seller keeps in touch with you throughout the whole process and answers any questions you may have

If there was a lower score I would give it. This is not a Canadian company. They are in china. The product is inferior. They have sent me 2 wigs that are not wearable. Horrible visible seams. When I asked for a returns/ refund they offered me 10%. 100dollars on a hundred dollar so called wig. I insisted I would return it for a full refund. Now they say they never got the wig. Liars!!! Don't buy anything from them, ever?!!

Do not trust this company, They will take you money and mail you wigs you did not order on their website. They have a fake customer service website (service @aabbyehair.shop) This is a thug fake business BEST WiGS I can’t get a refund! I ordered on 3/9/21 and it’s 5/12/21 and I’ve hear nothing from this LOW LIFE THUG FAKE business BEWARE BUYER of best wigs.shop!🛑🤚🏾

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM. They sell fake hair and the customer service is so bad. The website should get taken down. So many people spend hundreds of dollars to get the wrong and fake wig. They don’t give refunds either. I’m going to contact my bank and lawyer absolute fraud.

This company is fraudulent. I had exactly the same experience as others on this platform.
The wig looked nothing like the photo, took 2 months to arrive and now they are ghosting me after I requested a refund.
Check reviews first. Expensive lesson learned.

ATTENTION! If I can give lower than a zero , I would. This place is a total scam. They use fake pictures and give out fake products. The hair isn’t even human hair. It’s all synthetic with no lace. It’s like a wig you get a party city for Halloween. Do not waste your time or money! They lie about where they are located to trick people. The customer service is poor , and it’s all a big scam. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money.
