Bestwigs are a scamming fraudulent company who lie about where they are located and about the quality of there human hair wigs the company don't have a accurate phone the customer service skill suck they have no skills on how to conduct business i think they should not be able to be on website scamming. People out of there money it's a horrible horrible way to do business and I be so glad when they're company is booted out of business the so called company bestwigs

There is nothing new I can add, as my experience was similar to everyone else's. Took forever to arrive. Not even similar to what I ordered. Horrible!!! I was just about to process a return, when I saw this site. Unfortunately I didn't see it before I ordered!!! I can't help but wonder if there is a way of all of us joining in a class action suit? But I'm guessing the company is in another country.

Do not order from this company! They are frauds who advertise fake merchandise. The wigs are synthetic, horrible made plastic hair, and look nothing like the photos! I ordered 3 wigs all were not as pictured and of terrible quality. I am livid and currently waiting on a refund. You will literally have to get legal services involved to get a response. Do not be fooled by these thieves!!

I ordered the wigs in mid February. After I opened a case with PayPal they magically appeared. First off, they were NOT human hair. I ran a simple match test and it melted, not burned. Secondly, they were the cheapest wigs I have ever seen. No lace whatsoever, I ordered full lace, no glue invisible hairline. There wasn't even a scrap of lace. The part was supposed to be a free part, not even an inch of partable material. I am utterly disappointed. I hope I can save someone from making the the same mistakes. Check reviews, and if it looks too good to be true it is.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They are a total scam!! I have bought wigs many times before but this site is just awful! I ordered 3 wigs because from what I had found before my experience and this website, everything looked like it would be good. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! The hair wasn't anywhere on the same planet as in the pictures. Not the same color, not the same cut, and not even the same textures, and don't even get me started on the cap size.....idk an adult head those wigs would have ever fit. I wouldn't have even bought these wigs at a costume store. The only place they belonged was the trash. I then wrote to the customer service email to see what happened because it was so far off I thought I was sent someone else's order. They were nice enough but it was clear I was getting the run around. Then they stopped communicating all together when i said i wanted to return the wigs for a refund.

Luckily for me I did this transaction via Paypal. So after they ignored me via their own customer service contact they HAD to respond to me via this. Again, they did respond but were still just trying to offer me a reduced refund and to keep their beyond garbage products. Also, while saying they would only refund me the items only, which is all I wanted....BUT HERE"S THE THING the amount the were offering me wasn't the actual items only it was a lesser price. I had to escalate the issue to Paypal members and with the photo evidence that I had Pay Pal ruled in my favor and I got my money back that way. Otherwise I would never have seen a dime.

I HIGHLY recommend no matter where you buy your hair from pay using via PayPal or something where you could actually get your money back if there is an issue.

The wig I ordered and received was totally different. They sent me a synthetic horrible wig and I’m pissed. Do NOT SHOP WITH THESE MFERS.

I wish I could give them a 0. Same problem with everyone else. ALL OF THEIR HAIRS ARE FAKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They’ll block your email so you can’t reach them after you place your order knowing you’ll contact them regarding THEIR FAKE HAIRS. Worst customer service ever

Exactly what everyone else is saying please do not order from this company. I order 3 three wigs and the are terrible not real at wigs look dead thin and you can see through them. Please share what ever you brought on all social media and have people share until this company is out of business

I ordered 3 human hair wigs and I just received my order which they are all costume wigs.I am trying to contact them but they will not reply back to my email. Please don't order from this site because it's definitely a scam. Shame on you for stealing my money.

If I could give them an zero I would’ve worst company ever I never received my wigs witch after reading the other reviews I think that’s a good thing but I placed an order in early November and it was supposed to require a signature so I’ve Then going back in for with them for almost 3 weeks now about my money they will not give me a refund every time I request a refund they send me the tracking information saying that the package was delivered I am aware of the tracking information but I have not received my packages and I still have not received my refund worst company ever SCAMMM

I ordered wigs from this company that advertised human hair wigs only to find out that these were plastic, Halloween quality wigs that were so shiny and badly put together. I've been in contact with this fraud of a company. I told them I was disappointed in the quality of the wigs and tried to play it off that it probably got ruined during transportation. They want me to pay for shipping to return these wigs to get a full refund. I already contacted my bank to let them know what's going on. I regret ever dealing with this scam of a company. They really need to be investigated!! BUYER BEWARE!!

A complete and total SCAM!!! I wish I would have came here first! They sent me NOTHING I ordered! The wigs looked like Halloween costume hair literal plastic! They beat me out of $55

These people are drop box shipping. I ordered a wig with a bang from them and it came with no bang? And it sheds like a dog in the spring. Don’t buy from here it’s a total scam, and customer service is horrible also, they told me I could either keep it and they would give me 10% back or send the wig back and give me a full refund. I emailed back saying I’d go with option two to get a full refund and they NEVER emailed back! Don’t buy from here it’s a total scam!

After surviving cancer, my hair didn't grow back as thick, I ordered a short blond hair topper and received a long red wig, really? After many emails, was told to contact the warehouse, and how are you supposed to do that?
We need to put this company out of business... DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Please report this company if he's ever been a victim or ever been scammed by this company please report it do not count it as a Loss this company is under investigation and it is going to be penalized and you will Be reimbursed. It it may take sometime but authorities do not know about this company. If anyone has their product please turning in along with receipts purchase agreement dates of purchase and any emails that you received from this company receipts from a credit card company. He will be reimbursed. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews about this company. These people from China are desperate to do anything for money. We already know they'll eat anything sleep with anything, sell anything illegally move in countries they don't belong to they are con artist desperate deprived broken sick people or dying they don't care A desperate country. And what there with doing for hair should make us never want to where extension are downright nasty no good for nothing

They are a total scum. I received my order today after 5 weeks with nothing from what i ordered. I can't wear any of the wigs they look horrrible. I hope nobody else will be conned in these difficult times. Please note that they pop up everywhere like a virus whenever you are searching for wigs online.
