Tried to cancel as soon as I bought the…

Tried to cancel as soon as I bought the knife sharpener, which is a piece of junk. Now they have charged my CC for a bogus membership, which I have emailed twice, not to proceed with, and have not heard back from these guys. Next step, contact CC company.

Great

Our experience was made especially great due to Angeline. We were billed for 2 monthly fees we didn't want. She removed them from our account and told us when that would be done. The credit amount will be taken off from our next credit card payment.
She was so pleasant to work with and I felt we pretty much became online friends! She deserves a raise, lol!!

Very unhappy

I wanted to order a single pair of multifocal glasses, for au$29.99. By the time I could extract myself from the payment process I was down over au$100. And I thought I was smart enough to spot a scam!!!
Although I cancelled the order immediately and before money was taken from my account and I was told the order was cancelled, they still took my money.

They keep telling me my package is on…

They keep telling me my package is on the way. It's been three weeks and I still haven't received the item I ordered. Their own tracking device says the shipment is ready, but never been shipped! I think there are scam outfit!!!

Thinly disguised Scam

Advertises a pair of readers but in fact is more like a multilevel marketing scam. You order the glasses and when you check out you get inundated with "offers" - anything to get you to spend more money.

Besyner claims that the over-the-top marketing is legit but it sure is annoying at best and misleading at worst. Buy 2 pairs, buy three pairs, and on and on and on. After you checkout you discover that they have charged you for a $29.99/month VIP "Membership". Besyner claims that the buyer has to clearly select the membership, but that sure wasn't my experience.

No clear and easy return instruction…

No clear and easy return instruction like walmart , Amazon , Paypal , Home depot, CVS , Lowe's ...I can go on .
I bought a Knife sharpener advertised made Japan but actually made in , you guess it : CHINA .
The so call" Knife sharpener " is a child toy at best .
The funny thing is I just received a reply from Besyner says in part "
" Please provide the requested details at your earliest convenience. Once we have received and reviewed them, we will reach out via phone or email " But THEY DON'T PROVIDE ME ANY BLIB BLIB DETAILS AND WHY DON'T THEY REACH OUT TO ME BY PHONE OR EMAIL NOW EVEN I PHONED AND EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES . STAY AWAY FOLKS , IT A F...G SCAM

I ordered a knife sharpener. It arrived. It was not working. I presented a video to them. They sent another. The second one works. The instructions sheet could be a bit more detailed.

They offer a 30 day return and will not have a real person contact me. If I open a new request then the AI support bot starts all over again and says it will have a live person contact me back and nobody ever does.

Charged to much

They also somehow charged me more than I ordered…but I did call and ended up cañcelling the order the gentleman on phone was very nice and professional and try to explain what it happened but they should not be able to add to your account without your approval so beware if it sounds too good to be true it probably is

I ordered 2 pair of socks on December…

I ordered 2 pair of socks on December 12, 2025. In spite of the representation at the time of order, the socks did not come in time for Christmas. I have now been charged $30.85 for a VIP membership, which I did not request and do not want. Upon my objection, Besyner tells me that the funds have already been processed and cannot be undone. They*graciously* offered to cancel my (nonexistent) membership.
THIS IS FRAUDULENT.

The knife sharpner was nothing but…junk

The knife sharpener was not of very good quality. I have returned it and the company is going to send me a refund back to my account. I appreciate them doing this but it still was a long process to get to this point. Thank you.

I ordered a knife sharpener from…

I ordered a knife sharpener from Besyner for $49.99. It arrived late and stopped working after 2 minutes. When I contacted them I got a run around and finally they agreed to refund my money if after returning the item they determined it to be deficient. I have returned the item but haven't had word from them since. Noe I see they have charged my account $29.99 which I was not aware of and did not approve. I just contacted them and haven't heard back yet. I just want to warn people about doing business with this company!

Monthly scam

When I bought something, I was enrolled in a membership. I knew nothing about. It was on my bill only after they got my credit card information. It was listed as a VIP membership with no charge. I had no idea what it was and ignored it because there was no charge. A month later my card gets charged a $34 fee for membership. I didn’t know what it was. I never asked for it. I never checked any box for it. I had no idea it was being slipped in on the bill. Be careful it will be added whether you check a box or not. You will not be able to aquire a refund after they collect without legal action. And, if you want to cancel it, it is not a simple process because they have it set up through a different company. I recommend extreme caution doing business with this company.
