Opened an account got verified, welcome email etc there was a deal that if you made a bet you would then get £30 of bets to use. I deposited £20 used it for a bet, lost. The next day got banned due, ‘to the nature of your business’. Sent several emails asking why. Just kept getting told that the company that makes the decisions are not customer facing and nobody at bet365 will be able to answer my question.

i joined feb 2023 i lost a couple of quid not a lot was waiting for the cheltenham festival which i love in march, anyway the festival came along watched constitution hill do what he does broke about even then 2 days after cheltenham mothers day 19th march 23 i did a 10p eachway acca amongst other bets and i always check my results after racing but for some unknown reason thank god that day i checked with 1 race to go and i had 28 grand going on the last race was at 8.1 was on for quarter of a million luckily i cashed out the 28 grand it came 4th i got a call from 365 manager congratulating me, everything was fine for the next year right up until 19th march again exactly one year later they suspended my account i went on live chat and decision final reason being since i had the big win all they have had back off me in exactly one year of betting virtually every single day is a poultry 300 quid so yeah they kicked me off cos i won and am not prepared to lose it back in fact i had quite a few 2 and 3 grand win just before christmas to virtually break me even for the year so if you want to join these cowboys whatever you do dont win if you want to stay with them

Placed a bet around 7 months ago based on teams to be promoted . It was recently cashed out but bet365 refuse to admit to technical error and say the cash out stands. This bet has only started coming well recent weeks, fuming, back to sky bet for me away from these thieves!!

I joined it today and my account was immediately terminated by them

"Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. "
I am not a business I am an individual person.
I wish I had read these reports on Trustpilot first before trying to join.

Website always crashes every high profile horse race meeting. I rang to report the free games were all returning errors. I only have pence in the account. My mate's account error too. My max bet ever £10. Had the account years.
Terms and conditions say an account can be suspended for suspected prohibited activities.
No. John says they are suspending my account because I am disabled.

I have used bet365 for years. However, I was very disappointed with the company this weekend. I took part in the free bet offer - 6 score challenge.

I got 4 games correct out of 6.

After the 2nd game it said only 3 people got it correct. At this point I got the first two correct

After the 3rd game it changed to <1% which I thought was strange. Why is it not telling me how many people now? At this point i had all 3 correct after the first 3 games

After 4 games i still had only 3 games correct. However, it said only 68 people had 4 correct. This game being villa v spurs which was 4-0!

Finally i got the 6th game correct meaning i had 4 correct scores. Then it went up to 493 people got it correct.

When I have questioned it they are not prepared to discuss it further with no clarification at all. I shared photos with them but still nothing. I have asked for numbers of participants? The numbers are being created to prevent having to pay out the customers.

Why can they not share numbers with me?
How many took part?
How many got 2?3?4? Why are you only sharing the 4 correct?
Its happy to tell you how many people got 4 or 5 correct…why cant they share this information with me!!

Why using %….this prevents people to work out if this is legit.

Rip off company, hide behind terms and conditions.

These people , are disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent! They no longer allow us to back the SIS virtual races, they have their own rubbish! The difference is that we can’t check statistics at all ! I strongly advise you to stay away from this rubbish

I've just that the weirdest experience with this company. I joined a couple of days ago, and went to fund the account with £10 using my debit card. This was refused. Tried another debit card - this was also refused. I didn't think much more of it, only that I wouldn't bother using this company and today I received an email stating 'Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect'. I'm a private individual, so this is utterly bizarre. I replied to the email informing them of this (by this time I had no wish to be a customer of theirs anyway) and received a reply stating 'Unfortunately, no further information can be provided. Accounts are reviewed regularly and on this occasion, you will be unable to use bet365 moving forward.' While I now had no wish to use this company, the vague and comical reason that they stated seems ridiculous. Anyway, this afternoon I opened and funded an account with the far superior Paddy Power in 5 minutes - no fuss, no bother, no stupidity. I had decided to give bet365 a try as they're originally local to me (the Potteries), but I wouldn't recommend that anyone touches them with a very long bargepole.

App never works and Cashout not available when matters. Total crap.

This is almost a monthly bad review that I am having to write about a once customer focused & helpful,pleasant company which has the audacity to advertise itself on Television as ''THE WORLD'S FAVOURITE BOOKMAKER''-What a joke. Almost every month they,without warning, impose restrictions on my 20 year old account preventing me from placing any bets.On Monday I intend to contact the TV AD Regulator to ask how they are able to make this claim when the BET365 company has so many angry customers.
I will be 80yrs old in about 5 weeks from now & as a customer who has been LOYAL ( DIRTY WORD) FOR OVER 20YEARS, I feel angry, frustrated & very let-down. Cheltenham is an annual race-meeting that I enjoy but it is unlikely that I will enjoy my Birthday treat of a visit again if I am not able to place bets without FEAR of this Draconian Company limiting/stopping my placing bets.

Sadly these Companies that treat you like dirt nowadays are run by people out with our own Country.

Bet 365 is a disaster of a website, if you are trying to put on a bet, don't do it on bet365, they are a joke

Used app for about two months and all was going good, actually won a little cash. Then I started making larger wagers and still doing well, until there was a night when I had 21 different NBA parlays and they decided since I was was killing their spreads to take the Cashout & editing options away for until the last game ended. Ended up only losing on multiple parlays on the last game when it could have cleared $15k to $20k for the night. When I tried contacting the chat line during the games I was placed on hold for 45 minutes only to be skipped when it came to me. Contacted their support line and they have continued to feed me BS for days now. They are offering to refund my entry fee for only two of the 21 parlays I placed that night. Highly warn anyone about using this app, they will get you too.

Why betting companies insist on hiring reta rds is beyond me! Do they come cheaper or something? One such ignoramus told me that the reason I can't watch races was because I'd not deposited into my account within the last 24 hours: this was at 13.35 and my last deposit was at 13.49! I suggested he was either mathematically challenged, or else must suffer from dyspraxia. They suspended my account! I've been waiting over a week for them to call to discuss it! Absolute garbage 'Customer Service'! Customer wind up, more like. Pathetic

Bet365 games - Nobody wins

I've betting accounts and gaming accounts with every established Betting Company you can think of. (I also have affordable deposit limits placed on them - I'm not an idiot).

I win here and there. Get money back after playing for a while during down time. I only really play for fun because I enjoy the games & excitement of maybe it'll be me who wins the jackpot on this Bonus.

But at BET365 Games/Casino, there's no chance of just winning enough to play for 20 minutes. A complete joke.

You deposit. Play for 3 minutes then log out again. Completely pathetic.

Use there apps for playing slots , and in fairness got a decent run for my money on specific slots , decent wins and obviously some losses , apps shut down for maintenance couple of weeks ago and since then , regardless of which slot being played , no decent wins, hardly achieve bonus features, and deposited funds last no time , this isn't just random wins/loses, I have played this site and others for years and have even noticed progressive jackpot hardly chance, where as before they would increase almost by the second, even the reels spin and land in a stilted manner when prior to the maintenance date always flowed smoothly , this leads me to believe it is rigged , I'm a gambler and expect losses , but this is just blatantly ripping customers of , avoid the site
