Worst company ever - no bonus when you lose all your money
Don’t play not even one euro to them

I made a request to withdraw £140 via trustly. Almost a week later I’ve still not had my winnings. I have spoken to 4 different people and they have given me 4 different responses. I have to message them again tomorrow for them to initiate a trace to see where my money has gone. I cannot wait for this to be resolved so I can delete my account

When you spend £50 you expect at least 1 win.... instead its take all you money time again..... am not going to use them again.

Pretty sad how a once good site with great customer service is now up there with the worst. Sad thing is they get away with it due to the volume of customers they have. Probably why they couldn't care less!

I wish I could give these no star. I would a void these. The customer service is disgusting. I raised a complaint and am still waiting for someone to contact me. They have put restrictions on my account for no reason. What's the point having a account when you are not allowed to use it. They controlling and bullys. They don't have a clue how to do their job. Only thing they good at is passing you on someone who also hasn't got a clue how to do thier job.

Spent thousands with bet365 finally get a win on my first acca last month (Excited) go to withdraw part my winnings, only to be told there is delay in processing my withdrawal request made on the 20th of May. It has been over three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I continue to receive vague responses stating that you are waiting for information from their payment provider. Kinda wish I never won.

It is unacceptable that I am being made to wait this long for my rightful winnings. When I place bets, funds are instantly debited from my account, and I do not understand why this efficiency is not mirrored when it comes to withdrawing my money.

I have been patient and have checked back numerous times as instructed, only to be given the same unsatisfactory response. This level of service is not only frustrating but also appears to be a deliberate attempt to delay and stall the payment process in my eyes. Oh and also have been offered my winnings back to my bet 365 account so I can stake it again, I mean who gambles only to keep losing. Unethical to say the least. Won’t be using them again once I get my money.

playing here for years to small wins as low as 5 x and as high as 20 x they are controlling the source code rigged to the max i had 11 bonus rounds on different blueprint gaming games and my max win was 20x kept getting bonus rounds on same slots the wins was getting worst been playing here for years to not even 1 good win 1,1 star rating says it all

Bet365 is not honest in their dealings.
They wanted me to self exclude for no reason. Pending bets that were showing cash out profit margins they wanted to hand back the original stake and the bets not proceed. Like everyone else across the world says customer service is atrocious and certainly not honest. It is amazing that the Coates family is not ashamed of these practices.
What customer service does is ask a range of questions, anyone with half a brain can answer them to give them the right answers but they report the next day based upon your answers we will not reopen your account.
Bet365 needs to grow some balls and be a real bookmaker.

This company is a absolute joke,I dont bet massive amounts but enjoy a couple of bets on footy,recently i won £223 on a 50p acca,then about 2 months later got an email saying my account had been closed due to the nature of my business,After several emails with them and appeals they say that unfortunately the decision remains the same even though no one can give me the reason and that is Final What a joke of a company

I had active lotto bets on my account ! I was never able to sign in again to check if I had won or not !

Thankfully I didn't have any funds in my account as I had withdrawal before the ban!

Absolute worst betting site I have ever seen. Promotions work until you stop putting in your own money. And then even worse, due to not being online for 12 days exactly within that period they gave me 7 days to log in and use my credit. However, as I have been away (probably trackable for them) they gave me the shortest notice and if I wouldn‘t log in they wipe my account and guess what: it happened: took it all off my account.

Disgusting - just showing, which should have been clear, that they only want people on their page who are constantly using and giving over their money to this big fat company. Grim, this shouldn‘t be allowed by law !!!!!

Was duped by the get £30 in free bets after depositing £10 offer. There's so many hoops to jump through that you'll never receive it.

Worst betting company I have ever dealt with, useless customer service, one more incompetent than the other, made a withdrawal on the 18th of March, my bank declined it due to a limit on my bank account, sent them various time the bank statement as a prof of rejection but still a month later they say they haven't received the money back...Avoid guys

I got four correct winners and bet365 state that I would win a share of a £25,000 prize pool. I won £6, so that means over 4000 people would have at to get 4 correct winners like me. I went on a chat forum and asked if they could let me know how many people got 4 correct and they said no they can't share that information with me. What a disgrace, absolute con artists. There's no way more than 4000 people picked 4 winners.

Never again will I put my money in this site. Made 4 deposits of a £100 each day. Not once did I get the bonus round. My highest payout from £400 was 80 pence. I actually closed this account a couple years back but thought I'd give them another go n asked to reopen account. I regret doing this as I'd have gone elsewhere with that £400... I would be guaranteed to withdraw a grand or just over. These people has no intentions of letting anyone win. Closing this account bcos they are even more worse than they were 2 years ago. They are thieves n I will never put another in rotten robbing pockets again. I hope whoever owns this site dies of a very horrible death n the whole family suffers.

Actually won a bet tried to withdraw winnings, states online "we try to pay out within 2 hours". Lies my app crashed couldn't get back in till late on. Couldn't place a further bet. Can't speak to a real person. Hard enough to even leave this review. Now saying 3 banking days to receive withdrawal. Funny that when taking your money it's instantaneous. Billion pound company that can't pay bets out. Ask friends if their app was down which it wasn't. Come on now get real. I was with 365 for a year I would put about 3or4 bets on a week then I get a email saying we have reviewed your account and you are no longer eligible for selected offers and promotions (free bets) I asked why three times but all I got was we did not take this lightly. I closed my account, the owner Denise Coates is the 16th wealthiest Brit £8-79 billion and she stopped my offers and promotions the more money you have the more you want greedy greedy - - - avoid.
