Bet365 are a set of scammers send fake notifications to direct traffic to there app, sent me a notification saying id won 250,000 and I haven’t, and then I complained and got some bs answer, as if they hadn’t even read what I’d put

The app is that difficult to navigate through something simple like placing a double bet becomes a chore ..gave up and never used it again..

I’ve put over £1000 with this platform tonight and absolutely nothing back!! Yes I know I’m a fool for betting and I except that and my loses when it comes to online betting. However I’ve NEVER known a site to just take without the opportunity to win some of your money back. Bet 365 will only take every penny without giving you a chance at all!! I’ve never known anything like it!!!

I’ve played many sites, Coral, Bet Fred etc. they’ve been fair. Allowing a good win from time to time. Where 365 will totally rape you financially long hard and brutal dry!!!!!!

Misleading and unclear rules on free bets so your actually account balance will be used first instead of free spins.

Couldn't create account as apparently had one already (not possible), got through to chat who said the creation of account was successful but then account was suspended anyway and I can no longer create an account with them. Absolutely avoid, what a waste of time.

My account was suspended after just a few days, the only reason I can think of is that I was winning.

Can't login, so although I do know my password decided to change it anyway, reset login page is just blank page, tried different browser but still same issue. Tried to contact Bet365 via online chat, but that don't work either, just gets sent to "X" but not working. This website is just too crap for words. Moving to a competitor.

Awful company, cancelled my account for no reason, AFTER I’d placed that days bets, without refunding the monies staked, before any of the races had begun. No replies to requests for a refund, nor any offer to refund these bets, criminal, I’ll take my case up with the betting ombudsman, and will not recommend this company to anyone. Ill also be lobbying with the relevant groups to get the advertising of such companies on live sports and media restricted or stopped, with my MP and groups in favour of the restriction of these scam artists.

I signed up for an account, placed 2 bets and within 24 hours my account had been closed with no option to appeal. Apparently the nature of my business led to this decision?! What business? I’m totally confused. I didn’t get my free bet credits either. Awful!

I signed up and everything was okay initially. I lost £100 roughly on horse betting, but then got lucky with one horse and catapulted to around £200 in my balance.

That's a meagre amount, I'm sure. I stayed at roughly £150-200 just from small bets on horses and football, to wake up one morning to their "Trading team" deciding to 'restrict' my betting ability. They said I could continue to access my account, and all current bets would be honoured, but this was a lie.

If I tried to access my account it would log me in and show my balance, but then immediately kick me out and claim the 'account details aren't recognised' - a tactic betting sites use to basically block you without deleting the account details.

So, basically they locked me out and have kept £150 of withdrawable cash out of access, despite their e-mails suggesting they wouldn't do exactly that.

Scummy behaviour all round, and as should be obvious, I'm barely £50 in profit, so it's hardly like I was running away with a ton of money (also, never withdrew anything, only ever added money to the account.)

Seek other apps/websites instead, because your money is literally at risk of being seized by them for no disclosed reason ~ their e-mail simply says it's being restricted and offers turned down, they don't state any reason why, so not very clear and above board.

First time on this site, lost my deposit and was lucky to win on bonus money (£44) I put on withdrawal via paypal and waited for the money, but they did not withdraw it and in the chat I was told about some checks of the payments department, while the terms and conditions say that withdrawal takes 1-4 hours. But the money is still not there and most likely won't be. The chat was a robot or terrible support.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Total scam, take your money and close your account, waste hours of your time over the phone just to let you know that your account will be closed anyway. Stay away!

I went to sign up - I think I held an account with bet365 maybe like 5-8 years ago and placed a few small bets, never more than a couple of quid at a time - went to sign up again and they've said "due to the nature of your business, your account is closed" - no longer welcome to bet with them. What a disgraceful service. They couldn't provide any further info either. I've done nothing wrong!!

Been with these for a few years good app but lousy for rewarding customers with offers for bets. Had no offers for a long time yes have free game to win spins but that is laughable. If want to keep customers try giving better offers or free bets more regular. Other betting companies have better rewards for loyal customers. How about bet365 start doing it

If i could rate bet365.com zero stars I would. I literally got an email this morning saying they restricted my account till I call them with affordability checks. I was talking to the agent for over an hour first time and he kept repeating the same questions till the call miraculously disconnected. I didnt receive a call back so I called back after an hour later bearing in mind I'm place on a long hold and spoke to another agent in the Responsible Gambling team who said he wasn't able to assist and someone will call me straight back which nobody did surprise surprise. I emailed the team and Vanessa emailed back saying I should phone for a third time. What is wrong with these people do the not understand customer service. Its an absolutely rediculous company and shouldn't be allowed to operate if they are scared to take a bet.

After the 29/1/25 .and the cash out shambles .bet 365 has told that it's there terms and conditions. That if there's a fault with the app they take no responsibility. However I noticed on the Web chat .when talking to them .they said certain people were affected. And they apologise. So the question must be asked .why certain people .surely if there's an issue with the app it would have affected everyone using the app .do they mean certain people who had big cash outs were affected .it wasn't an issue for everyone and I'm sure they saved a fortune. And there only reply to me was being referred to the terms and conditions. Which does not say anything about issues with the app for certain app.i won't be using that app in the future. And certainly not happy about there service 0 rating for me .and they didn't even try to help .greedy gits

The most embarrassing industry and customer service in living memory. The personal at this shocking company need to remember that if they were not giving out such good offers & prices it could all end tomorrow. To many Charlie large who can pick and choose how they talk to customers. Please read this & gamble elsewhere.
