They are the worst casino in the history. I don’t know what they have going on there, but they changed my bet and everything and then they wouldn’t refund me and they had it on auto spin and everything so that’s the worst casino in the world do not ever go there online or anything

… I’d vote less than 1 star if I could … BET365 should be avoided …the website/app are often out of order/not accessible … as you can see if you look at all the other comments … If you try to contact them to sort it, they are rude and hugely unhelpful… I enjoy betting on golf but because I often can’t access my account “mid-round” I miss out on cashing out or making other adjustments… I’m not sure if their app/website architecture is just so out of date that it can’t handle the number of users but either way the money they make every year you’d think they could sort it. I’d strongly recommend finding an alternative provider …

Hello, I played on bet365 and I was given an ACTSTA code while I was playing and the live chat people don't want to do anything. I'm angry that they took me out while the game was starting to give me something.

bet $10 get $50 bonus bets but its really get 200% in bonus bets it said $50 multiple times. unfortunately i never had a bad experience with them and trusted the app. when you build trust nobody will read the terms and conditions... obviously losing money and had to scam a bunch of people not sure how long its been going on. going to uninstall and never use again, and will leave reviews about this on every platform I can. blatant scam, class action lawsuit incoming for sure they're robbing people getting ready to pay for those lawsuits.

Abysmal company they shouldn't be allowed to operate.
I went on their website today to check some odds and asked me to log in so I went to join as at this point didnt think I had an account with them, got though putting details in just for it to say I may have an account already to my surprise so I try recover it and it said to contact customer service qouting code LL01, the web chat who are like robots just repeating themselves constantly, they said my account after review was closed with immediate effect, amd wont be reactivated I also cant sign up for a new one, they had no information to why leaving even more confused and frustrated they literally treat you like ive you have done something wrong, I man why wouldnt a company let you sign up? Why wouldnt they want to clear up what was wrong? Far as im concerned someone could of made an account in my details and im having this issue for no good reason, i hardly ever bet and know ive done no wrong so I dont know why bet 365 treat people so wrongly.
Poor customer service no phone numbers to speak to anyone, chat wont put you on to manager, they just miss treat you and give you no reason for it. Im forced now to make an official complaint via resolver.
Horrible company who treat people like dirt they do what they want and dont care about customers especially autistic ones who are let so confused by their actions. I for one will never use them in future and will make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this despicable company, they are so unprofessional and unhelpful.
