Literally the worst customer support ever spoken too. 7 chat's in 1 week just to get the bank verified. All of them with a different story and different e-mailadres for verification, no results every single time. Getting responses like 'Can you confirm why you tried to deposit using someone else IBAN'. When nothing is even desposited. Waste of time, terrible interactions.

I have the Super Boosts on here as they are good value for money. You can put up to 10 pound on. Today I tried to put 10 pound on and it limited me to 1 pound which is pointless. I thought they must be having technical difficulties so I went on the chat. I spoke to "Guilherme G" . I waited 5 minutes then another 5 minutes and then again got asked to wait 5 minutes. Eventually they told me that it was a trading decision. I said put me through to a manager then they asked me to wait 5 mintues then another 5 mintues so by this time I was really frustrated as I had nearly been waiting half an hour. In the end they said the supervisor had over seen this and this is the right decision and not a technical glitch. I was very unhappy and said put me through to supervisor and they refused. They then said can we help you with anything else and I was like well no as you haven't helped either first question.

Players beware. Trying to withdraw on this site is awful! First time would only withdraw with wire transfer. Put all my info in, waited, money went back into my account after a week. Figured out how to withdraw it on interac so I did 2 withdrawals. One for 3950 and one for 600. The 600 went into my account even though I did the other one earlier. I checked the one for 3950 and the site changed the withdrawal from interac to bank transfer!! Talked to support and they told me they can do this and there is nothing l can do about it. Now I have to wait another week if I'm lucky or they will probably return it back to my account. I play on a lot of sites and never have l had this done before. Quite a scam if you ask me! Will let you know if I ever get my money. Very disappointed and disgusted.

I had trouble making an account. It said I had an account. I definitely didn’t with that email as it’s a newish email account. It must have been my phone number that was on a different account or the reason I was rejected. Anyway I asked customer service what my login or anything was so I could recover this account I must have tried to make before at a different time and they replied that I’m not allowed an account. I don’t ever remember using the site to bet or setting up an account prior to my attempt when I was in Brazil recently for two months in March and April (I’m Canadian. A friend said I should get a bet365 account as he’s into sports and said it’s good to make money. I doubt it is. He’s 18 and new to Canada. I’m not sure which one of his friends thinks that or told him that or has an account but none of them have money so it can’t be that good lol. I guess he can’t get one either or he would have one instead of telling me to get one? I don’t know. Anyway who knows. Me and a group of college friends were planning on using this during the World Cup while travelling to Vegas on a road trip. It was meant to be a fun casual experience but turned into a nightmare when the deposits needed additional KYS to go through and the app kept crashing.

Opened an account primarily to bet at Ascot. Did a live chat this morning just asking a question about adding bets to a bet slip. Half way through live chat I lost connection. Thought no more of it until I tried to log into key account at lunchtime and it had been blocked. Had to do another live chat. Was passed to five different people after me explaining the situation time and time again. Spent over an hour in chat to eventually be told my account could only be unlocked after they had spoken to me. I was told a callback would be made at 2.40pm. Heard nothing so another 45 minutes of live chat where I yet again had to explain everything . Was told I was on callback list and it should be very soon. Now 7.30 and no callback. Sent a message via Facebook to receive a response to say it could be another 72 hours before I receive a call. Ascot will have finished by then. They are holding over £140 of my money and I have no way of accessing it. They blocked my account and have given me no way of contacting them. Customer service is non existent.

After 17 years of being a loyal customer to bet365, I've closed my account, the fact that your bet could win & be settled as a loss "in accordance with their rules" isn't technically gambling because you remove the chance to win if you feel like it. You're cowboys and scam artists and the trust pilot reviews clearly evidence that. You should be ashamed to work for a company like this.
