Bet 365 is an utter joke !! I tried signing my mom up to get the bonus they were offering and they instantly shut her account down with no explanation and this same thing happened to my friend! They are a disgrace to the industry!

The staff on this platform seem to be hired with a low IQ, particularly a low level of “emotional intelligence”, so that they can work for a generator of suffering without asking questions. In fact, customer service lacks empathy and problem-solving skills. They have also removed the only positive aspect, which was occasionally giving small bonuses of €5–15 after repeated losses. Bet365 has gone from being the best platform to becoming the worst.

This offer is a complete scam. I was supposed to receive an offer 5 days ago, but nothing arrived. I contacted support, and the agent claimed I didn’t have any bets, even though I clearly did. I had to spend an hour searching for the proof myself and send it to him so he could locate my bets.

He couldn’t provide any information about the offer, which was supposed to arrive within 48 hours of placing the bets. The agent was extremely rude, moody, and tried to close the chat prematurely.

Worst app and worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

I tried to create an account on 10 August 2025 but in vain. The Livechat guy said it was due to "the nature of your business". I explained that I am retired and run no business. He said "business" means "business between Bet 365 and you". I explained that I had not had any account with Bet 365 before 10 August and could not have had any business with Bet 365. The LiveChat could not continue the discussion and put the session to an end. I made a complaint to Bet 365, and they have been declining to explain the phrase "business between Bet 365 and you".

The app often breaks and needs to be restarted.

Also, I believe they need to train their employees better, as they will permanently ban you for reasons that cannot be explained.

I opened the account on Bet365 and deposited also but after sometime my account get deactivated not activated now.

Really bad experience, I joined on the weekend to make a boxing bet, Actually lost the bet of £150
So i decided to play roulette to get my back back, so i deposited another £150
and ended up winning £414
tried to withdrawal, My account has been blocked, there asking me to explain my Financial Situation. and almost a week later my funds have been frozen, but on hold etc and i just want my money .
Never using this website again, zero ratings and poor customer service.
There saying im making concerning comments, about wanting my money back.

Played a 9ling coupon. Never had a problem with payment or in payment with them. Got permanent suspended even though i played weekly and my winnings were very low. I only bet on football matches for fun and excitement. So when i got permanent suspended i was told that they couldn't elaborate further except that no one could reopen my account.
Im sad about this because i liked the betting set up on bet365. However, if this is how they treat customers i don't believe in them as a company and will not be a participant in this treatment.
