Possibly the worst gambling site in the UK, allowed me to deposit and play then I won money and they suddenly needed 1000 documents of every type. It is day 12 now and they still havent been looked at. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of sites out there to use, f*c*k*ng sickening

They accepted my money, I started playing poker, played about 20 games in 2 weeks, then my account has been blocked.

I contacted the chat, the agent says there are no customer facing supervisor or managers and they are the only person client facing.

They say my account has been restricted from playing poker and they do not owe me any explanations.

I haven't had any bad experiences and there promotion of winning a jackpot on the wheel being small medium or large on the hot drops jackpot is excellent ! Maybe give more higher wins though as it seems its usually a mini jackpot in my case but however I am still gratefull for this good job!

scammers! 5 of us played on Unibet, lost a total of 300,000 kr and never won anything. All online casinos are scams.

I joined as a new customer, never used them before. I deposited and bet as per the terms to get their new customer bonuses, but before the race even happened, received an email saying I wasnt eligable. I spoke to customer servcies who could only tell me that "senior management" had decided and he has no more info.

Funny though, that one bet won £68 profit, I withdrew and asked online chat to close my account.

Then after asking to clsoe the account on the chat option, customer servcies just logged me out witghout even responding.

Made several deposits totalling £180 using daughter's debit card with her permission, didn't ask for verification until I tried to withdraw winnings of £270. Provided daughter's ID (which they verified). They have continually rejected bank statements from me and are witholding my winnings. Will be complaining to Gambling Commission and using Resolver as I've uploaded in excess of 20 bank statements and they are repeatedly declining them. I'm 72 years old.

Unibet was just a pain to deal with. The odds kept changing right before placing a bet, which felt super sketchy. Then when I tried to cash out, it took forever and support didn’t do anything to help. I got annoyed and ended up switching to another site that actually works how it should. Not gonna use Unibet again.

They blocked my account for no reason. When i got in touch , they could not give me a valid reason and said it was a decision made by trading team. I can only assume i was not a profitable punter for them. They also took my money from my account £77 and refused to return it. Thieves of the highest calibre.

Unibet took my initial deposit when I apparently did not bet enough. I was up 100 percent over my initial deposit, so am really confused. I bet on Sunday events and the betting facility was down about half the time near my deadline. I started with a small sum with the fear that I would be cheated and it ended up I was cheated. Oh, and the advertised online live game streaming facility never worked.

Unibet made a mistake with a withdrawal, Customer support is ghosting me for 4 months now.

Absolutely awful, opened and account and deposited £100 and they have kept it and they are asking for a picture of me holding my driving licence and a bank statement and my passport using only 2 fingers but it's impossible and every picture isn't good enough they are just crooks must be struggling for funds

I got a message that i have to send a picture of my credit card to verify if i am the owner of the account.
