This company is a scam. They stole my money during the return process (they didn't refund the full amount of returned products). The products are of terrible quality; most AIOs arrive damaged or stop working after a few flights (please read reviews on Reddit groups before purchase). Avoid at all costs.

It's been 21 days since order. took 14 days before they said it was returned to the warehouse without a shipping number. New DHL tracking number doesn't work. takes 4 days for customer service to reply to emails. Quad finally arrived after 33 days. Tracking never updated. It just showed up. Customer service went silent. The product is epic and definitely the best in class. Build quality is great. I just wished I didn't have to deal with the company.
Product (Pavo35) is 10/10. Customer service is .5/10

dopo 2 mesi il mio ordine è bloccato alla dogana per loro unica colpa!!! da prima hanno allegato una fattura di trasporto 5 volte piu grande, successivamente mi prendono in giro rimbalzandomi e facendomi chiamare 10 volte dhl per richiedere documenti, ma gli stessi mi comunicano che non sono io a doverli fornire ma il mittete deve inviare il (LOA)
morale della favola? 2 mesi di attesa, -300€ e a breve il pacco rientra al mittente perche sono degli incompetenti STATE LONTANO 1 CHILOMETRO DA LORO

Absolutely stay away from this company, they don't know how to work at all!!! after 2 months my order is blocked at customs through their sole fault!!! first they attached a transport invoice 5 times larger, then they make fun of me by bouncing me off and making me call DHL 10 times to request documents, but they tell me that I am not the one who has to provide them but the sender has to send the (LOA) moral of the story? 2 months of waiting, -300€ and the package will soon be returned to the sender because they are incompetent STAY 1 KM AWAY FROM THEM

First they accept the order and payment, write that everything is fine.
Then two weeks go by without a word. I start to worry about my money. I contact them. At that moment it turns out that they can't ship to the address I specified. They give me the option to change the address or get a refund. I ask for a change of address and provide it. They go on vacation for two weeks. I am still without goods and money.
It's been almost a month. I finally get a reply and the address is clarified. I provide all the information and wait. After another week I get a refund.

Thank you for wasting my time and nerves. Worst support job ever. Worst work of the site.

I recommend you contact the buyers yourself if you encounter a problem after taking full prepayment.

I recommend buyers to look for an alternative and not to waste their time on Beta fpv.

1. Ordered in Lazada Indonesia. Delivery took 3 weeks.

2. Controller, googles and drone looks like it was used before, not new.

3. The drone flying defectively, flying in wrong direction, one of engines doesn't work properly.

4. Battery always got disconnected.

5. Maximum flight time is 1 min, not 5 min.

I had a Probleme with my drone and the Support was super helpfull

I placed my order. Automated reply said could not ship battery and asked me to chose a different product. I mailed them and selected different products and asked if its acceptable. No reply .
They just ignore me.
I mailed all the departments (that basically have some address). No reply.They took my money and I have nothing. I am frustrated now. Been 10 days already. Please save yourself from frustration. Once they have your money you get nothing not even an email. Only automatic reply but never a real reply. I am so disappointed. I have a Pavo30 which is one of Betafpv products and its a good product. I bought it locally though. I decided to buy three different types of products for my children directly from them. All i wanted is what i paid for. It was for christmas presents for my children. BETAFPV PLEASE REPLY . Give me what i paid for or my money back. This is what breaks trust in buying on Internet. Now i question the quality or aftersales support of the product if this is the service you get. The least you could do is give me some feedback so I know where I stand.

Do not order directly from this company, use a local retailer if you must. They are not honest or upfront about where items are shipping from or how long it will take. I ordered a USA based kit (said it would ship from the US) and they shipped it from China via the slowest shipping method they could find and it is expected to be over 30days of shipping time. Customer service communications are hard to understand. they have given me 2 different tracking numbers 9 days apart . I dont know if I will ever get my almost $400 of items

I ordered a drone from Betafpv's website on June 17, 2023, with order number 97138 and a total cost of $348. Unfortunately, my order was stuck in 'pending shipping' status for about 11 days, which was quite frustrating. When I reached out to their customer support for a tracking number, they did provide one, but it turned out to be incorrect. This happened not once but twice, with subsequent tracking numbers also being wrong.

Over the course of four long months, I exchanged numerous emails with Betafpv, seeking clarification and resolution. However, my emails were eventually ignored, leaving me without any recourse. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I find it disheartening that a company would handle a customer's concerns in this manner.

I'm now left wondering how to go about getting a refund for my money. I must caution others against dealing with this company. Please take some time to think twice before risking your order and hard-earned money with Betafpv.

I bought a literadio3 remote from this company. and they sent me a broken remote. The control d8 channel is not working. I sent an e-mail for 3 months. they did not give a positive return in any way and they made me suffer. Absolutely do not buy products from this company.

This company sent me batteries and used a courier service called evri who have high percentage of parcels that go missing and end up at the wrong address. My batteries ended up at someone else's address somewhere and the photo shows no door number for it to be tracked . I showed this to beta fpv and they said sort it with courier company. Sorry but you CHOSE this rubbish delivery company SO YOU SORT IT OUT ! absolutely furious because I spent 1000s on beta fpv equipment to be pxxsd on over 4 batteries worth 20 dollors . Any decent company would of sent out the replacement batteries BUT NO I've got to track down the parcel myself when nobody knows where it is now due to the courier not taking proof of photo properly. I even sent proof to beta fpv of my red door and the white door the parcel is lost at . 1 star until I get my batteries.

Purtroppo hanno commesso un errore, ed hanno spedito un drone sbagliato (ordinato Beta65s Lite con nuova V3 board e frsky protocol e arrivato invece versione con V2, protocollo Bayang e plug batterie errato. Mancavano anche le due batterie incluse). Ho rispedito l'item con un pacco standard tracciato (a spese mie) ed il tracking finisce al confine. Loro dichiarano di non averlo mai ricevuto e si rifiutano di restituire soldi o inviare il drone corretto. Peccato.

They made an error, they have sent the wrong item (ordered a Beta65s Lite with the new V3 board with the frsky protocol.
The package arrived, but when I opened it I found out I got sent the wrong version with the V2 board with the Bayang protocol and the PH2.0 battery plug.
I also did not get 2 batteries with the drone.) I've sent back the drone with a tracking number (shipping paid by me), that tracks up to the national borders, but they say they never received and they refuse to give back money or send the correct item.

I bought the rtf cetus x fpv kits and all the components in the package have perfect performance. That's so great and let me improve my flight skills

probably the worst ever company i have ever dealt with let alone in fpv i will never ever recommend them or spend another 1 pence in their company terrible service and faultty product from day 1 🤬please save your money and buy another make as they dont care about fixing problems and make sure you use paypal to esculate the case you will almost certainly be raising againt them

There is no spare/alternative parts for the drone they sold me and are saying the only option is to replace all the electronics. Do not buy from them
