Set up account have me free bets won on them straight back into my account within 24 hours .........

Avoid this site at all costs.

As someone who has worked in the industry, I have a good knowledge and idea of the regulations and rules that need to be followed.

However this company have failed to do this, and have committed fraud in doing so. The gambling commission have been made aware, and are dealing with them.

To add insult to injury, the company decided to close my account for no reason at all, this was directly after I pointed out the lack of following their own terms and conditions along with activities which were not inline with gambling commission regulation.

The staff have no idea about the industry, but I am very confident after the outcome of the Gambling Commissions investigation they will re asses everything.

I have never posted a review in my life, but this company is awful! I had £138 in my account and wanted to withdraw my money, I started receiving error messages. I am sick and tired of speaking to different BetBull agents, they give wrong information, every time i Speak to them, the agents say different scripted lines, "endeavour to resolve this within 24 hour" or "Please accept my sincere apologies for the possible inconveniences this situation is causing you. There is a slight technical problem on our provider's side which we are aware of. Have no worries, our specialists are on it and it will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding", and also "you have restrictions due to verification, not technical issues." even tho my account says verified and I have sent in all my documents in the past. This has been going on for almost a month now.
Today i requested to speak to Customer Service Manager and the agent said "I am afraid that the Line Manager is not available at the moment." I then asked when can I speak to him. The agent said "I am afraid I may not provide you with the internal schedule." which makes no sense. I requested for my account to be closed, hopefully i will receive my money then. Stay away from this company!

So I took the advice you gave me and emailed. Guess what I am still being ignored. An absolute joke of a firm. I suggest anybody working for them finds another job. I’m quite sure that the police will be getting involved soon. If you are that desperate to keep my funds go ahead, shove it somewhere where the sun doesn’t shine. Every Betbull advert I see in social media, I will leave bad comments 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Isn't a terrible app at all. Withdrawals and deposits are very simple and the sports betting is good. The casino on the other hand is not worth a look at. I can't comprehend how little wins or features you get on any of the games. Really seems off compared to any other site and for that reason alone I would stay far far away.

Not looking good betball, need to listen what people are telling you and not to make your mind up on standard procedures, stay away

Not sure why all the other reviews saying no payout is happening but with me they have paid out instantly..the last week I've literally withdrew and it's gone straight into my bank account a few seconds later ...this is money up to 200 pound aswell...great app I love it

This is my honest review. I am still waiting for my withdrawal that I requested on the 5th March 2021. I have been told a number of different things by different members of customer services! I was told to wait 24 hours, then I was told that the withdrawal has been approved and sent to the payment team for processing now I’ve contacted support again this morning to query where my funds are and I’ve been told to wait 48 hours?!! I am so discombobulated as to how I have been verified prior to depositing funds, I’ve made a withdrawal and I’ve still not received my funds... If I do not hear from then before the end of this week, off to the gambling commission I go!!

Update: The issue has been resolved although it took awhile to come through. I deposited £50 and won £6,134 :)

I looked at reviews before signing up and yes they looked poor BUT some were fine.

They had good offer on so I thought I'd take a chance. Signed up yesterday and won, to check pay out speed I immediately withdrew and money in MY BANK last night, cannot be fairer than that less than 6 hours . Now to use my free bets.

The only thing I'd say is the app seems slow to me a bit glitchy. As I bet on horse racing I missed out on a winner as bet last minute and app was too slow...peed me right off but overall placed a few bets ok all I would say is don't leave your bet to last minute just in case...I'm making sure if I have a fancy I do it early enough.

So Betbull seems ok to me and going to use it til / if I have a problem but looks ok to me. Just an honest review against the poor ones.

Guys why all the negative reviews? I literally signed up yesterday, deposited £20 and ended up winning £500 on the slots (yes I know very lucky). I then checked the reviews on here which freaked me out, and basically thought that’s it no pay out then. To my surprise this morning (Sunday) it’s in my account. Great app, good games and quick payout, don’t be put off by a number of sore losers.

Worse betting site ever . I have been trying to withdrawal over a month still there is no response. I played with my own money and won £750 when I tried to withdraw saying there was a problem. I gave all my details including the bank statement still no response. They are ripping people off. This site should be shut down

got a free bet placed by mistake with my own money, Doesnt let me cash out at all, every bet no cash out

Terrible, don't believe the offers, Takes days to pay out if they pay out at all.. Most legit betting sites pay out within 2 hours usually straight away!! Doesn't make Ray parlour, Alan Brazil or The Weekend look good at all!!

This is probably the worst betting site i have ever come across.
Hard to navigate' When making a deposit it automatically takes the deposit without asking you the 3 digit security number.
Although hard to navigate along with very few markets'The site also gives you the option to follow what they call "Bulls" People who have had the most returns on their own betting systems.
Even Ray Parlour is one of the Bulls.
The other incentive to get a free £20 bet is to refer a friend' After this is done and your friend makes a £20 deposit and bets that £20' Then you get a £20 free bet for referring BUT here's the thing you can only spend the free bet on certain picks' Mostly from their so called Bulls'
I done one of their system bets called 3/5 system bets, 3 of my teams won then i received a message saying congratulations you've won. But the winning receipt showed my returns as zero. When i contacted their 24/7 customer service they told me' That because my returns were less than my free bet means i won nothing. So really it's not the free bet they're telling you you're getting ! It's still their £20. I told them i wanted to close my account' And without question told me my account was now closed, But then i realised i still had an active bet running which would have paid out £4,300. I told them as i finished typing i wanted to close my account to' I want to keep it open. They told me to contact them when the bet became inactive !
I tweeted Sadok Kohen to ask him as of 20.15pm tonight what would my cash out have been as apart from the teams that won last night and the teams that were playing tonight were doing well' And waiting on 3 teams tomorrow night.No answer from either customer services or Mr Kohen.
I would advice not to go near this #Betbull site ! Just dont do it.
When requested to open my account' They wanted to know were i was getting my money to gamble from. They also wanted to know if i was using my winnings to pay household bills ! SHOCKING ! But yet they endorse their so called "BULLS" Where are they getting their money from ?

Absolutely appalling!!! When I opened the account it showed as verified and they happily took my deposits, then as I started winning my account needed verification. This took days while I had a pending withdrawal of £850, they said it couldn’t be paid until verified. Eventually I am verified but am told the withdrawal can still take up to 48 hours!!! I cannot speak badly enough about this company. While on to their support team, rather than any kind of help I just got ‘I’m sorry, I have passed this to the relevant department to action’

Also, after taking a few deposits, put my account on hold as they said they’d put a deposit limit on my account, and to raise it I needed to show my last 3 months of bank statements and promise them the blood of my 1st child!!

And the ‘customer service’ is abysmal at best!!

It looks like they are just pushing their luck until they get their gambling licence taken away.
Ridiculous táctics to avoid paying you winnings, long list of excuses, customer services 'forgeting' to ask you for a document...
But if you are on losing streak, there is never a problem and they love you

Just crap all round, scores miles behind, you can never cash out as take so long to adjust, poor customer service, hard to withdraw money. Not good.
