Won the golf yesterday. Berndt Weisberger 20/1, tournament finished around 4.30pm yesterday, 6am the next day and still not been paid, the defenition of a bad bookmaker, quick to take the money, slow to pay it back

I've only just recently joined betbull, i was verified straight away and able to deposit. I've only had 3 small wins, but never had any trouble withdrawing...until yesterday. I was sent an email saying I had to verify my account. I explained I didn't have a passport or driving license as medical issues have prevented me from flying or driving so I've had no need to apply for them. I was sent a link and basically told that's what they expect, i had to send a pic of myself holding my photographic ID which I don't have. I only wanted to withdraw £40 winnings, it understand if It was 400 or 4000, ive now been locked out of my acct. Complete con artists. Stay clear

Joined recently and deposited 5o pound. They verified me and when i deposited they closed my account. Sent documents in twice and they wont reply. Disgusting customer service who are not interested. Should of read the reveiws

Anyone who is dealing with similar issues file a complaint to the gambling commission and hopfully they will deal with them surely it’s illegal what they are doing

Disgustingly bad service. Over two months unable to access my account. I’ve sent everything in required yet it appears a simple task takes two months and counting to sort. Absolutely terrible.

The cashout is never available for me even on simple bets that are supposed to have cashout eg ..over1.5 goals or both teams to score ..it says 'cashout unavailable' even when everything is winning .. I never had this problem on other sites like bet365 ..paddy power etc i would honestly stick to the main bookies..dont waste your time with these and i have seen a lot of reviews about withdrawal problems so im not going to use these anymore!

Absolutely USELESS and poor betting app .... don’t open !!! reviews don’t lie.... winning ratio close to Zero, layout worse then poor, rewards and excitement close to ZERO... I closed it after using it for less then 20min... there many more better apps or sites... check reviews before you want to open it.

Avoid avoid avoid. Wish I read the reviews first. They keep rejecting my withdrawal even though I'm fully verified. First was told that my bank rejected the payment (lol, never happened before but ok), then asked me if my card expired. I mean unless it expired overnight, since I clearly used it to deposit money the previous day. Now, it's a technical error.

They are clearly delaying or avoiding paying out by coming up with these terrible excuses. Stick with the proper bookies, the free bet offer is not worth it!

Edit: They rejected my withdrawal again and keep blaming it on my bank. Sending the same email over and over again and telling me my bank declined it. Most likely won’t see that money again. Please don’t use these crooks!!!

They do not pay out. I have had the same experience as many others on here, deposited money, won the bets then they fail to pay out citing verification issues. Really really poor. Avoid and use one of the well know bookmakers, any promotions are also a waste of time.

UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE - there is a standard response to say they are looking into it on most comments - however the official line I had from them was "The decision on your case was based on these terms, it is final and may not be discussed."

They then stop responding to formal complaints, so in essence they have kept your money and there is nothing you can do about it.

I would urge anyone in the same position to flag this up with Gambling Commission - they need to be looked into.

Deposited and lost £999.
Deposited another £999 and won back losses.
Then got pulled in for verification. Took too long (5 days) and got expedited by very polite and and useful chat (No queues)
Won a couple of grand and withdrew about 1000... horseracing bets then started to be restricted
This first withdrawal took a week+ to appear in my bank (again, on line chat appeared to help)
Racing bets now limited to win between £0 to £250... no rhyme or rhythm... unsure how they decide what will get laid
Banged away here and there for a few weeks... using slots, horses and casino
Ended up withdrawing about £4600 more than my total deposits (£1998) and was paid very quickly on each withdrawal after first
Didn't use my free £100 bets because they expired during delay in doc verification (semi irtitating)
But all withdrawals were paid even though trustpilot reviews made me nervous
I would still be using betbull but they dont seem to want my racing bets (that is defo a mistake of theirs)

Previously: I have won 3 bets with betbull, and withdrawn all 3. The first one I withdrew I have received in my account, the third one I withdrew is also now in my account (within 2 hours). I thought this was amazing...

However the second one I withdrew, on the same day as the first one, has not been received into my bank account. It's now been 2 days... I contacted customer services only for them to tell me that they have paid me. I am not a crook, I wouldn't lie about this, the money has not arrived into my account.

I would appreciate it if betbull could do something about this and I would be happy to change my rating to 5 STAR if they sorted this out!

I moved to this website as the usual big hitters promise you the world and give you nothing, excellent odds boosts and loyalty boosts and never had a problem with withdrawals if you like your football accas get betbull

WORST GAMBLING SITE I HAVE EVER USED

I have used most betting sites. I thought, I would give this site a try. As were offering, deposit and bet £20, receive £40 in free bets for the grand national. I followed the link, but on registration no mention of the offer.
Created account and deposited £20.

I was awarded £20 of free bets. I spoke on chat, they apologized and granted me the extra £20 free bets.

I used £20 worth of bets. Tried to use the other free bets and they were locked and couldn't use them.

Spoke on chat and they stated that i had used the matched deposit welcome offer. Because of this I could not use my other free bets.

Bunch of thieving crooks.
Just look at the other reviews, it speaks volumes. I then said I wasn't happy. The admitted it was their mistake but refused to give any goodwill gesture of a free bet.
I complained.... Guess what they closed my account down.

Joined up to Betbull for the grand national. Only bet once a year as a family thing its a tradition for the grand national. Anyway I deposited money placed my bets. All seems to be fine. Then when I came to withdraw my winnings my account is restricted, I can't withdraw anything. Then I speak to customer service who are the worst customer agents I have ever spoke to they don't care and instead threatened to close my account and keep all of my money. This is plain simple they are taking your money and not giving it back to you. Scamming you out of what is yours. They have made it impossible for me now to get my money back. Am 20 quid down after being scammed and with winnings of 40 quid I will never see either. Am really annoyed with this site and its needs investigating and shut down in the UK. Do not use this site.

Verified my account 6 times over the last year and out of no where my account becomes deactivated for "KYC Verification Failure". For the 6th time I sent Bank Statements, Drivers License & Payslips all of which I was promised all would be verified within 48 hours. 2 weeks later and still nothing, Live Chat are next to useless and don't know there ar*e from there elbow. Continual loop of "You'll be contacted in due course" which is the standard script these people get. They're quick to take your money but hate giving anything back to you. I would never play with BetBull again, the Live Chat team are small and extremely rude, I'm 100% sure they break some form of law with the handling and the fact you have no visibility to any form of information they hold on you. When they mess up badly they offer you a measly £5 Free Bet and expect you to be very sincerely grateful.. Multi million pound company and they provide you with a Virtual £5 and nothing more. The booster is rigged and you will only ever get a 5% boost. The Cash Out option is next to useless and has a mind of it's own, but Live Chat folk AGAIN tell you "Cash Out is not a guaranteed feature" which is very ironic when you're trying to cash out very big amounts. The system they use is also dated, 2 years ago I won £3,150 (Still have screenshots) that I fairly won, but then within 10 minutes the money was automatically taken back out of my BetBull account because of a "Software problem" and apparently not a single person reported any form of issue, so the software issue had only affected myself after winning £3k... SEEMS LEGIT!!!!!
So they cleverly find there way out of every pot hole. Dodgy company and useless staff working there. Have had nothing but continual problems with BetBull. I would not recommend anyone use them because you will just end up fed up and wound up.
