Bethan is very gifted and I was so pleased with my original purchase of a necklace that I returned to buy some earrings. Am always receiving compliments for my necklace and expect it will be the same for the earrings. I know who to ask now if I need a bespoke piece of jewellery as Bethan explained to me that she could oblige.

Having previously purchased some very well received items for my partner from Bethan, when I saw her again at a show in Stafford I bought a nice acorn necklace, again for my partner; unfortunately only a few days later, the chain unexpectedly broke.
When I contacted Bethan to inform her, she was apologetic and very quickly sent us a more robust, replacement chain.
How refreshing to have the pleasure of dealing with someone who is happy to still provide professional customer service.

Bethan has imprinted my dogs pawprint into a pendant & it has exceeded my expectations. I sent a photo print that wasn't the best but she has done an amazing job of crafting it into the silver. It's very neat & tasteful. It bought a tear to my eye. I love it.
