Have been a customer of BIA for over two years and have been very satisfied so far. Fast payouts and great custom services. But lately it started to change. Sudenly it was no fast payouts longer, it could take up to 24 hours or may be longer. And now today I asked for a 400€ withdraw, but was asked to do the veryfication process again before that could do the withdraw.
Why? I have already done this process and have done many withdrawals without any problems so far so why this again? They ask for an address verification, but that makes a lot of problems to me because I get all my bills on email and they do not accept screenshot.
The only thing I can get is an address verification from the population register, but that will take a week to get and I am traveling around in Europe (digital nomade) and will not be home. So what do I do?
I have always been satisfied with BIA and hope I still can use them in the future, but as they behave now it can be difficult.

It is now the 6th day of my case. I have $6,000 in deposits and winnings more then 10k usd in my account. I am trying to write everywhere as much as I can, hoping that my case will end positively. At the moment, I cannot access my account. They are not replying to my emails. Most importantly, my deposits and winnings are not being paid out. They say an investigation is ongoing, but I believe this is only an excuse. I don’t know where to get help, but I will continue to write everywhere. This is the only thing I can do. Psychologically, I am exhausted, but I will keep fighting. To my friends here, please do not deposit money into this site.

I opened an account from Australia as we are not on the restricted countries list, based on the BetinAsia KYC policy. I transferred a small amount, placed some bets, then my account was closed stating that Australians can't use BetinAsia. I had a small balance in my account and asked if this amount can be returned but they stated they can't process manual refunds for small amounts. Australian customers be warned, even though we are not on the restricted countries list, we are unable to use the service. Thankfully my initial deposit amount was small as I feared something like this might happen. - The response provided on Trustpilot was nonsensical and the website has not been updated to show Australia as a restricted country. Terrible service and they still have my money which they won't refund. DO NOT USE

Yesterday, someone hacked my BetInAsia account and stole 3,700. They ordered two withdrawals in five minutes, both of which were approved in two minutes, to an e-wallet not in my name, using a method I've never used to withdraw or deposit, and which is unverified. I notified BetInAsia practically immediately, but they told me they couldn't do anything, that it was my fault for not having F2A verification, and that the terms and conditions accept this risk, so I lost all my funds in two minutes. They submitted so many KYC documents to verify my identity for nothing, and they didn't even notify me by email as a general rule to confirm the withdrawal, despite it being quite suspicious and with a fee because I had made the one from last month a few days ago. Anyway, I lost everything... They stole everything.

I’ve been a loyal BetInAsia user and affiliate. Over 4000 EUR of mine has been frozen since early May 2025. I was told a third-party (Sharp) is reviewing my activity, but it’s been over 2 full months and I haven’t received any concrete explanation, timeframe, or resolution.
Every time I ask for an update, I receive a polite copy-paste answer: “we’re waiting too.” This is unacceptable.
I cooperated fully, followed all rules, and still my money is blocked without any indication when or if I’ll receive it.
If you are a professional bettor — be warned. Once you win too much, they may “review” you indefinitely.

The company does not fulfill its promised terms. According to their rules, if I don’t make a turnover of 1.5 times my deposit amount (three times), they charge an additional commission. I fully met these conditions.
When I requested a withdrawal, they tried to deduct the commission anyway. I contacted support, and they confirmed: “Yes, all conditions have been met on your side. No additional commission will be charged. Please submit a new withdrawal request.”
I submitted a new request — and the same thing happened again. I received a message saying: “You have not met the conditions. You need to make a turnover of 1.5 times your deposit, and do this three times.”
I contacted them again, explained everything, and asked them not to charge me unfairly.
But the cycle just keeps repeating.
I find this behavior dishonest and misleading. I do not recommend this service.
After five separate support requests, five emails, and two chat conversations in my personal account, I finally managed to get my funds withdrawn without the additional commission.
However, this process took an enormous amount of time, energy, and nerves. It should not be this difficult to access your own money.
If it were possible to attach a file with the full conversation, I would do it right away to confirm everything I’ve described above. This situation is 100% true and based on my personal experience.

They use betfair exchange platform. They use any oportunity to ripp off clients using various methods, mainly by charging big provisions on deposits and withdrawals (3 % on cc deposits and 2% on withdrawals, they often not settle correctly winning bets and because of this they often nit pay winnings at all or pay less than according to the result they should, costumer service extremely arrogant and not assisting in any problem at all.

I am absolutely astonished to see this kind of practices from Betinasia.
They remove funds from the balance without notifying the customer and without any reason when asked about it.
1) March 2025: I escalated several reporting issues on the chat.
One of them is that I was missing funds in my balance (the missing amounts keeps increasing day after day).
I did an export excel of all the transactions on my accounts (bets, winnings, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals), adding all the credits / winnings and removing all the debits / losses, it appeared my balance should be higher than what I saw on my account.
2) I was informed that the matter was forwarded to the relevant department and I would be contacted by email for an update.
3) 29.03.2025: Betinasia contacted me asking for some examples to review the issue.
4) 31.03.2025: After additional time and work on my end, I provided example(s).
I said I do not believe it is normal and acceptable that I was the one sending all the details.
I noticed some issues but it was their role to dig / do a reconciliation to confirm and explain what I escalated. I shouldn't be doing this task, comparing rows on my personal time and that I expect their services to have the knowledge, experience and competency to do what I did for them.
5) 31.03.2025: Betinasia said that they forwarded everything to the relevant department again.
6) 01.04.2025: Betinasia contacts me and I am astonished by the irrelevance of their answer and their inability to answer a simple question / problem.
They add a few statements, said everything was in order and asked the bet ID with an issue.
7) 03.04.2025: I replied and indicated that:
- Their 1st statement is absolutely untrue and provide a concrete example.
- Their 2nd statement is absolutely incorrect and provide a concrete example.
- After already doing it several times, I explain again that to my knowledge, the issue is not necessarily related to a specific bet but that my balance was not matching all the debits and all the credits on the account. I explain again that it is their role and their responsibility to dig and investigate further.
I take them by the hand and explain step by step, click by click, what to do...showing them the calculations and providing a screenshot indicating that the balance in the screenshot doesn't match the result of the calculations.
7) 03.04.2025: Betinasia said that they forwarded everything to the relevant department and that they would contact me as soon as they are able to.
8) 10.04.2025 (approximately): Having no feedback, I contact them on the chat and they say again that it was forwarded to the relevant department and they would keep me informed as soon as possible.
9) 25.04.2025 / 26.04.2025: Having no feedback, I contacted them on the chat and they said again that it was forwarded to the relevant department and they would keep me informed as soon as possible.
I spoke to a customer support agent and he asked me to explain the issue...AGAIN!!!!
I told him to refer to all the emails I sent with clear explanations, details, explanations, attached files...etc
Then he said they had already replied to me.
So it appears that person was not even capable of reading an entire email thread as after the email he was referring to, I replied several times.
I initially raised the issue about 1.5 month ago.
Their last email saying that they sent the matter to the relevant department was more than 1 month ago (03.04.2025).
They keep saying on the chat that they have no update and that they will contact me as soon as they have one.
Taking more than a month to review and fix such a simple matter shows a considerable amount of incompetency and inefficiency.
However, I highly doubt that they can be that incompetent and that inefficient as I have never seen an Igaming company taking that long to deal with such a simple matter.
In consequence, it appears that Betinasia doesn't want to take any responsibility and accountability.
They don't want to have the honesty to acknowledge their wrong doing and to fix it.
They prefer to be dishonest, pretend they work on your issue but deliberately and permanently ignore it.
I will now consider additional actions.
EDIT: On the 08.05.2025 after Betinasia reply.
Betinasia answer shows again their absolute incompetency (and stupidity).
They ask which bet is the issue.
However, as indicated in my review, I already told them more than 1 month ago the issue doesn't seem to be related to a specific bet.
Additionally, their answer refers to an email correspondence, an email they sent me on the 06.05.2025 (coincidence right after my review).
I replied to that email correspondence on the same day, on the 06.05.2025, 2 days before Betinasia reply below.
So Betinasia replies to this review mentioning an email I already replied to 2 days ago...
