Made withdraw to my bank account from my BIA account 10/4 and got an confirmation it was sent to my bank account. Still dont have these money since BIA just repeating there is "bank maintenance" for more than two weeks. So they basically lied in the email saying "funds were sent to your bank account" and now they are still apologizing and can not even say when will I get my money. Very bad...
Edit: BIA decided to cancel my withdraw and gave me oportunity to use different kind of bank withdrawal. This time it was really fast and I got my money the very next day.

BIA rejects Bank wire withdraws
I was forced to withdraw funds using BTC, although I have deposited cash via Bank wire. My request to withdraw cash via bank wire was rejected on the base of technical issues. I was also denied to withdraw vie E-wallet (Neteller). The only option to withdraw was BTC and now I have to bear the cost of turning the BTC into cash!

Stay well away. I just opened an account, tried to deposit funds by bank account, tried to have a simple email conversation which they keep claiming was not from my registered email when it was 5 times in a row, finally got the deposit cleared - but decided given how useless they are to close the account before transacting - to be told that I can't transfer funds because I hadn't used the account. Are they serious?
Clearly just crooks hiding behind stupid policies and rules that the people on the end of the support email have no common sense or discretion to make decisions focused around the customer
There are plenty of alternatives. Suggest you find them and stay well away from BetinAsia

These guys are the worst criminals and…
These guys are the worst criminals and should be stopped. I got a mail telling me that my account has ben closed for fundpassing. I asked for details but they refused to diverge the reason that they have reached that conclusion.
Note that they took my funds without any proof of the said accusation.
After at least 10 emails, They simply said I made a bet on Peruvian Primera Division Cienciano v AD Cantolao
First Half Goals 2.5 Over 2.5 Goals.
I asked them how does that prove that I engaged in fund passing. There's been no response. Till this point, they have my €1,800. I've told them the account is theirs, but you have no right to take my funds, currently they no longer respond to me.
They are the worst ever and does anyone know their regulators?

BetInAsia could not do anything and, most important, were not interested to do anything about my bet on match under 3.5 being settled as VOID due to ''Abnormal activity''. Arsenal vs Manchester United - Premier league teams - are these guys serious? How can BetInAsia even provide such a disgraceful response that ''it's purely up to bookies decision'' and BetInAsia have no voice there. So other bets on the same game, which were not won, they settled as LOST. Moreover, another bet with the same bookie “sing2” on the same market under 3.5 with price 1.6 was NORMAL and settled as WON. Bigger amount on 1.64 a few min before, as per them, was ABNORMAL. Ridiculous service.

I am waiting for three weeks now for a withdrawal i did and everytime i ask when i get my money they say something like "our bank doesnt work on weekends, thats why it is delayed", "our bank is processing a lot of transactions right now" and then provide me either with a timeframe that is just wrong (they said it should definitely arrive on monday a week from now) or they ask me for more patience. A little delay up to a couple of days is perfectly understandable, but three weeks make me seriously suspect if i am ever gonna see my money again. Please be carefull choosing this provider. I am gonna update this review if i get the money.

Bank transfer DISAPPEARED
This is my nightmare with BetInAsia:
I have been an honest customer for many months, and I had no prob with them till now.
2 weeks ago I decided to deposit EUR 2025 and, as usual, I sent a bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on their site.
They mailed to me that in 2-5 working days my money will be in my account.
Now two weeks passed , and my money is DISAPPEARED.
They refuse to transfer the money to my account or to send back the money to my bank.
I have all proof that money was sent and arrived to their bank.
I have chatted and mailed one thousand times, but always the same answer:
“we have big trafic, as soon as our bank will notify us your money we will transfer it to your account. We are not responsable for third part (the bank) behaviour”.
Are you joking? What the bank you choose does is under your complete responsability, you have choosen them, not me.
So I write this post hoping that someone can help me to recover my money (it is a very big amount of money for me). Someone has a contact of a betinasia manager? Chatting with young people of the support is totally unuseful, they say what their boss tell them to say: wait wait wait your money is safe. But I know that my money is not safe, my money is DISAPPEARED, and we are not speaking about betting on fixed match or arbitrage…. IT IS A BANK TRANSFER THAT DISAPPEARED AT ALL

I can only warn against depositing via bank transfer on BetinAsia (BIA) at this time.

It's funny when you read comments like this on the website:

"A withdrawal can take between one to three working days. All major currencies are supported via bank transfers."
Would be great if they would point out that it takes 2 weeks if the money will arrive at all.
By the way, a user from another forum experienced a similar incident. He waits even longer than me, because he transferred even earlier.
Of course I contacted the service. But it always came only to standard answers that it takes about 2-5 business days. You can not do anything, because every bank procedure is different.

Problems with deposit and withdraw
Hello.
At the outset, I must write that the BIA certainly did not act against its rules. These rules are written (as with other betting companies) in such a way that they can do anything.
BIA has worked great for many years.
Then I was touched by the problem with the bank, which was already mentioned here. BIA made excuses for its partner for weeks, refusing to accept responsibility. They eventually returned my money.
What happened to me then?
I sent an amount of around 110 euros to my BIA wallet twice via bitcoin. BIA accepted the money but refused to put it in my account. After several days of persuasion, they did.
I was doing well. I wanted to withdraw money.
BIA has blocked my withdrawals saying they want the wallet address I sent them money from. Absurd request. If (theoretically) the bitcoins were collected from the BIA and the recipient wanted that address, I wouldn't have it available.
I didn't use a bitcoin trezor or a paper wallet. I sent the bitcoin through a company that of course refused to give me the addresses.
The BIA therefore demanded a screen from the account from which I purchased the original bitcoin with the money. I gave them the screen.
They wrote that they don't work over the weekend and I should wait.
I stopped doing well, I lost money.
My withdrawal are (probably) still blocked.
And that's all.
I hope that was understandable.

They adamantly refused to release the money.

2nd: many, many, many customers reporting hacked accounts and lost money. just google it. All telling the same (like i do, too): it never can be my fault, i am no noob, it has to do with the plattform. In the end: money gone and NO HELP FROM THIS PLATTFORM. you cant even call them.

Subject: Negative reviews because of bank transfers
A banking partner of BIA was "Transactive Systems UAB" in Lithuania until February.
But, and BIA is not to blame for this:
On January 20, 2023, the Bank of Lithuania temporarily suspended "Transactive Systems UAB" due to its significant breaches of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. The central bank froze its funds and ordered it to stop servicing clients.
... So BIA has neither "stolen money", as it says here in the reviews, nor has it committed any kind of fraud! BIA is not at all to blame for the incident!

I opened orbit exchange account through betinasia nearly 2 years now, But when i started winning money these last 2 months they closed my account and kept my money around 2007 euros and gave a reason fund passing. which is completely false, after repeated requests betinasia and orbit exchange didnt paid my money back. so these betinasia is for losers and they take money from winners and close the account complete fraud company.
