An appalling totally unprofessional company. Strongly recommend you do not use this company. Withheld my withdrawal of £800+ for 51 days until I sent them 3 months worth of bank statements, initially stating it was so I could pass money laundering requirements. When I explained I worked for a financial organisation and that I had already fully complied with all money laundering requirements they then said it was for an "internal risk" - when I asked what the risk was they said they could not reveal internal policies. Emails to their complaints team all returned an auto-reply which was flagged by Microsoft as unable to verify the source of the Email with a warning not to open it. Simply appalling from start to finish. AVOID
