Terrible site,stay away
Terrible site and the chat help is awful!
i gave been trying to close my account because of the tons of documentation they insist on to verify the account.
I have a balance left on the account but because I haven't completed the verification I can't withdraw it nor can I close my account.
Have been told that they have escalated the problem and they will u date me when they can.
