Absolute worst!!! Got a promotional offer for a deposit match, I played and won. I met their betting requirements and was informed that the money was mine. Attempted to withdraw. They sent the email to the wrong address, after contacting them and working with Customer Service the withdrawal was cancelled. I had to wait 48 hours before I could try it again. Again they sent the withdrawal email to the wrong address and again after chatting with customer service they cancelled the withdrawal. This time, I was told that I would receive an email when the the issue was resolved, of course, it never came. I was up $500 and it sat there for almost two weeks waiting for someone to get back to me...all the while I was able to receive all of their promotional emails, just not the email with the Interact link. Today, I decided to just play my account it down to zero, which is what I'm sure their plan was all along, and delete the app. Whatever you do AVOID THIS SITE!!!

Do NOT sign up for this site! They will take your money than kick you out of their site after few plays and if you win to much you will NOT get paid believe me!!!! I have been fighting for my $$$ with lawyers for 2 years now!!!! Do not give in MGM is a scammer if you are in Canada !

BET MGM does not pay out. They have no problem accepting your money, but when it comes time to a withdrawal, you can’t get your money out. Wasted days calling in with no results. I called, the rep said they’re gonna send me a check, when I asked for confirmation email of that check being sent miraculously they weren’t able to email me. I told the lady I’ll stay on the line until I receive the email and she hung up on me. I called back, the next rep told me they don’t issue checks and that I would have to use PayPal or another means to make another deposit before I could withdraw. Again, I was hung up on, Upon calling back, the new rep said yes we do issue cheques, But still not able to email me with a confirmation of such action. Players beware. I am not the only person that this has happened to, quite a few other people are having the same issues with them. Where is the class action lawsuit on BetMGM?

This is the worst gaming site ever. It glitches when you are about to win money. Customer Service is a joke. They want you to do work for them. Do not use this site stick with Bet365 and the big ones. BetMGM Ontario are facking crooks.

Great site great customer service I made a deposit 2 years ago for 50 and after a few hours I withdrew 46k yes 46000 now since then I have monthly withdrawals around 2 to 6k but nothing like the one few years ago I like them cause they have good account limits and the withdrawals take about 30m to hit my bank account no funny business when I win I see the reviews are low but it could be the games there playing who knows.

Worst online casino there is …. RPR is beyond ridiculous, the minimum ( standard ) should be 87% return pay rate but this site is WAY below that, would be lucky if it’s 60% RPR . There is algorithms set in place to monitor your play rate and winnings . Yea you will win some but good luck with continuing that, once your account has that algorithm, you’re screwed . No more winnings and you’ll be broke in days . There is no support when their servers crash and you lose your bet wager , they stale for time when there is issues , live chat is NOT live chat , automated messages only ….. save your money and invest in life , not this fraudulent site.

STAY AWAY! (My experiences as well as friends this week)
I have referred a friend using my referral link code and my friend didn't get his free $100 sports bet upon depositing $100 & signing up after clicking my link and following all steps I gave him when he was with me in order to make sure all was done correctly.
To our dissapointment nor did he or I receive this sports promotion after my friend wagered $100 & the chat hasn't helped him or I even though they affirm that the steps were done correctly...pretty awful to promise something under your terms which I read and to not honor your words on your terms...I would stay away...that is the last person I refer to BETMGM and I will certainly use the other guys who do honor their promotions.

Absolutely horrible stay away save your money! When you deposit money it goes to a bonus account and not your over all balances it's two different things not sure why and when you try to withdraw the cash it won't let you because it's not in your withdrawal it's a bonus what's weird and wrong when you put your own money and can't withdraw it makes no sense.

I'm not sure if MGM owns and operates the online game server but it may be actively manipulated to raise and lower RTP depending on whatever the goals are.
As a server based game platform, regulators can't ensure compliance because the settings can be easily altered. It's what's referred to as the honor system and if you play on this server. you'll quickly realize that although there is only a fraction of the expense in operating an online casino compared to a brick and mortar building, these games seem tighter and more streaky than what you might be expecting.
If you are shocked at how quickly the dead spins stack up and decide to contact online support, they will give you a scripted answer that the games are tested and based on a random number generator. That answer isn't what is sounds like. A coin toss is random with your odds being 50% that you win, a 6 sided die roll is random with your odds being 16.7%. What they aren't telling you is what your current odds are, yes it will be random that you spin a return greater than your bet but what are those odds and are they changed at the whim of the casino? If they are being altered depending on time of day, week, month or current earnings targets, then we aren't gambling anymore because like a card game, your odds are supposed to be transparent and that's what you're betting on.
What I've noticed most of all is that the RTP seems to be low when the server is busy and more fair when the server population is low. This could be a tactic to increase the hold when the population is up (reduce significant wins) and then let a handful of players experience a more fair game play when the casino has less players. The side effect of lowering the RTP is that the features and bonuses just don't function properly as intended and trust me, you'll be ticked off at 200 spins before you see a bonus and then it pays you 10% of the money it took to get.

Please stay away from this BetMGM. You will consistently lose all your money with no wins. I’ve played with them for a few months now, mainly the casino slots. Eventually you will get a win streak that seems very odd, then once you earn a certain amount, they will take all of it back with consistent loses and minimal wins which are small to medium. It’s 100 percent rigged and I really think most these online casino sites should get sued for stealing money. They will give you the bs “RNG” saying, just to cover themselves but in reality, they’re completely robbing you.

I've played well over 200k in bets and probably 50-70k in deposits in the last few months and have had multiple conversations with customer support so I think im qualified to write a review.

The games are fair, I get hot streaks and slow streaks. They pay out quickly and honestly. No scams or attempts to keep my money.

I've had a few issues AND this is where my only complaint really comes into being. There was an error with my account, I notified them, my account got closed for over a week despite me messaging them and following up.

Later i've had some issues where the game glitches and it kept happening whenever i'd win a jackpot. I hit a jackpot of 1200 plus the bonus game once, plus a series of other smaller/medium sized payouts (ranging from 2-600 dollars) it didnt pay it just froze and closed the game.

Now in their defense they didn't just tell me "sorry better luck next time" but they gave me a $750 dollar casino bonus with a 10x wagering requirement.

Same thing when because of how long it took for them to get back to me I missed a deposit bonus they honored it anyway and gave me a $750 dollar casino bonus.

They have better customer service than many places, quick payouts, but I still came out behind on these bonus deals as I could never not once actually meet the wagering requirement and cash out, and it was less money then I would have gotten had the game(s) not crashed. They also recently updated their software to prevent future crashes.

So they are doing the right things in many ways which is why I still use them. Only complaint is the wagering requirement and the games cutting me off winnings/not being reimbursed the actual amount of the winnings in bonuses.

If you are a small or medium gambler I'd suggest you keep using this site. If you are a big spender maybe their are greener pastures elsewhere, I havent found them yet though.

Made an account last night to try their poker games. Everything was verified, deposited $200 and then my account was suspended with no explanation. Customer service has "escalated" the issue....what issue, that I gave you my money?

This company is fraudulent. I have played about 7 times and they have no issues charging my credit card. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, they tell me my bank is returning it and they credit the amount back to my gaming account. My bank confirmed they never tried to credit. When I finally got a human on chat, they kept telling me to give them my bank info instead as my credit card is being declined. My bank confirmed they are fraudulent. Company responds by saying that I need to contact them, but you can't get anyone in the phone, and the chat just tells me to provide bank info (which my bank warned me to never give that if they ask).

I believe this company is a total scam ! I decided to withdraw only $100. CDN . They asked for so much personal and banking information. They have the card with which i made my deposit. I then had to send a copy of my license and me holding my license. They know my email account and still they refuse to send me my money . I now wish to withdraw whatever funds are there because i would rather not deal with robots who keep sendinf the same email under different names.
