i won thousands, but they get 1 for false advertising and shutting my account down after i win to much. they didnt fix a single solitary issue ever .after my last straw their email said howwas the support , they askedme so i told them,horrible they dont fix anything and one of the staff got butthurt and shut my account down oh well i won more then i lostbut DO NOT USE MGM horrible customer support they are thieves and false advertise 24 7. your wrong they arealways right. stay far away. they arealla bunch ofbots and very arrogant and rude.i amcurrently dealing with the gamgingcommision

Customer service is brutal. Even the replies back to all the bad reviews, are all fake..company is holding my initial deposit because I immediately tried to withdraw it. I simply thought the app was terrible. Now they are requesting very intrusive documents and not letting me withdraw, deposit, or wager! Completely locked out! Customer service doesn't help they just repeat and repeat. Why is BETMGM against all rights of humans? Sportsbooks rule the world now I guess?

This site is nothing but a cash grab. They just take take take and don't even have the courtesy to send a thanks. Bunch of crooks if you ask me. After spending nearly 2000.00 dollars of my hard earned money I have absolutely nothing to show for it except a hatred for these crooks. It's an absolute joke. All I won were insignificant amounts which were immediately taken away with losing spins. An absolute joke. A couple times I won like 30 dollars so I decided to increase my bet. Well wouldn't you know the winning came to an abrupt halt and I didn't win until I had just enough left to make a .20 cent bet which I won a measley .04 cents. This site is corrupt and I'll never waste my money on it EVER again. Fu#%ing thieving crooks!!

After 12 hours I between online and phone customer service I thought I was finally getting a refund. Didn't play one hand because they could not and would not help me with the software issues. Refund Didn't happen. Now my cash is frozen. I see others in the thread with the same problem. I contacted Ontario Consumer Protection Services by email. That takes up to 15 days, but can be done over phone or in person at Service Ontario. I decided to troll BETMGM a bit and let their customer service know what I did and Immediately DO NOT DISCONNECT warning pops up in the reply. Deal with it now BETMGM. You've earned that right.
UPDATE

Within an hour after letting BETMGM know I had contacted Ontario Consumer Protection service they actually emailed me directly saying they had refunded my $ to Mastercard. No loner shows in my BETMGM account, but yet to get my refund. They said 4 or 5 business days, so I am waiting. They were arrogant enough to ask if I needed any further assistance setting up my account. I won't ever play with them and their customer is support is so bad I do not care to even try what might be an honest iGaming host casino.

Signed up for the 1st time on betMGM on the 17 Jan 2024 and made my first deposit, here we are on the 22 Jan 2024 and I haven't been able to play on the site yet as there are apparent issues with my account, apparently not issues though that prevented my deposit from going through. I have contacted the live support, I have spoken directly with customer service and I have forwarded emails, the general response is always that I will be contacted by email to rectify my issue, the email never comes.
I have requested my deposit be returned so I can try another online site but am not naive to the fact that my money will not be returned. All my concerns with Bet MGM now being sent to the Ontario Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario so no need to response BETMGM and tell me to contact your customer support.

My favourite online casino. I really like their site layout. It's very organised and transparent; often I compare other sites to BetMGM. They offer lots of odds boosters, coupons for lost bets and lightening speed withdrawals all hours of the day.

At the beginning it was frustrating because it would not let me withdraw until I contacted customer support and got it resolved and since then it has been very good compared to other sites. Highly recommended.

Do not play horrible site. 30 minutes they took everything on one game. I had 200 dollars in and all gone. Not one bonuse. So bad. Don't spend your money you'll lose it all. This site is known for not paying out don't waste your hard earned money. Much better sites online that actually pay out.

I did not enjoy my experience with betmgm but I found them less offensive than OLG. betmgm just seems to have "tight" slots, slotgames that dont pay out. I thought their customer care folks were well meaning but without useful information and advice. This was true for me at OLG too. Cant comment on withdrawals as did not win anything to withdraw. Cannot recommend; would point people to Betty Casino for fast payouts and good service; and Ojo for better game selection overall.

Was playing Hawaii surf slot and I get 6 orbs so I win that bonus where you get 3 spins and every Time you collect an orb it gos back to 3 spins so I end up filling all the spaces and I’m so happy I just one the jackpot

Truly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After numerous issues with withdrawal (them claiming to only be able to withdrawal via the way its deposited then trying to make me withdraw to a card which I don't use). I tried contacting customer service, after waiting a reasonable 4-5 mins I get a reply. As I am writing my reply she closes the chat because I am not responding. This is after 1 minute. Also not useful at all made it very hard to withdraw to the point I didn't.

BetMGM assured me I'd be self-excluded on their site and I wasn't. They promised over and over that they provide self-exclusion for those excluded at PartyCasino.

After I experience an immense amount of gambling harm and spent my life savings, they tell me its not true and that I won't be entitled to a refund.

I tried to protect myself as I knew I had a gambling addiction and they choose to profit off of me...

Disgusting lack of empathy for vulnerable people.

I still believe BetMGM makes it impossible to receive a bonus/scatter and very hard to win good payouts, but overall they are designed to scam players and now they have another crap casino wheel of fortune that is worse for game plays and horrible payouts. I advise to check out other casinos unless you don't mind be scammed or robbed with their rigged gaming sites that are unfair in my opinion.

Deposited $500 won a few bets and boom, they restrict my account to $1 bets so I can’t bet anymore cause I won a couple and forced me to withdraw my funds. Pathetic book and waste of time!

I'm so done with the MGM. I will never play online again or any online gambling site again for that matter. I will only play at brick and mortar places as I will never have to worry about getting screwed over and get paid instantly.

MGM closed my account just recently because they could not face the truth and the principle of it all that they owe me money but they deny it. They just couldn't handle all the emails from me as they are nothing but a bunch of crybabies. Stay far away from that website as possible as everyone is incompetent with the attention span and intelligence of a pile of dung!

Deposited CAD$100 and won ~$16 for a total balance of ~$116 and have opted to withdrawal/cashout and will see how fast the withdrawal process is.

That said for the 2-stars, this playing site has bugs which can be annoying. I am playing with latest version of Google Chrome and some games load but immediately "error out" into what appears to be HTML code with message "Access Denied." (????) Load time of games is notably slower (I am talking in seconds but still) than other online casino sites despite being on a 100Mbps downlink.

While not necessarily MGM's fault, I have been booted out of games due to inability to verify my geographical location but that may be the device I am using.

2 stars very much reflective of the slowness of load time and errors loading what should be available slots.
