If you value fast access to your winnings, I’d look elsewhere. Very poor experience.

I have been using Bet MGM for a while now with no real issues other than a slightly temperamental app experience. Today I used my daily 5 free spins and activated a bonus round, after 19 of 20 free spins of the bonus round were completed, I was quite pleased with a small win I had built up, low and behold the game freezes on spin 20. I take screen shots, send them to their customer service team, only to be told it was "a glitch". No offer of a refund, just sorry it was a glitch you didn't win anything. Safe to say I have closed my account as of today and will be using a more trust worthy site. Imagine if anyone won big how they would act!
